Appearance: Nowadays Sarah actually has two looks. Her normal appearance does not give much indication that she'd take the cape life or is much of an angel. Having a straight body type she doesn't have much in the way of curves to her figure. Standing 5' 7" she has an average height for her age. Keeping to a fairly strict workout she has a decent heavy build to her. Always more of a tomboy she often sports more masculine clothing. This also may be inspired by some of the more outlandish Parahuman villains and lackeys she's accustomed to being around. Hair cut short above her shoulders, simple crop top, long black leather jacket, fingerless gloves, and black denim pants complete with silver skull belt buckle is her go to look. Wearing a serious expression most of the time she does not come off as friendly.
In stark contrast her Breaker form is like an entirely different woman. Body type changing altogether she shifts to a more pear shape body type. Lean and thin she lacks the muscle tone of her normal physique. Her hair lightens slightly, extending down to her lower back and her normally hazel eyes glow a pale blue. But the most obvious features by far are the wings extending from her back and the halo glowing over her head. Her clothing becomes a loosely fitting open back white dress adorned with several pendants and she has a single winged armband on her right arm.
History: Growing up Sarah was always something of a rebel. Not fitting into the normal social cliques she started hanging with the wrong crowds. Her parents weren't exactly saints either so that only reinforced her behavior. So it wasn't that much of a surprise when one day the teen ran away. Hitching a ride with a couple friends they went to the next town where she stayed for a bit. That wasn't the end of her wandering though and after hopping around a while before ending up outside Dernver.
Part of a lot of the gang wars, Sarah learned what she needed to survive. There was something of a status quo until Patriarch came into the picture. Disrupting everything the man used his influence to muscle out the competition. While some joined the ranks others tried to hold onto what remained.
But inevitably there was a clash. Sarah and a group of the same gang were ambushed while on a job. While they weren't outnumbered it was clear that there was at least one Parahuman among the attackers. Not having a powered individual themselves after a few members were tossed around they tried to run. Most of them got away but Sarah ended up getting nabbed and dragged back. The woman still isn't quite sure who or what power was used against her. It was like some invisible force grabbed her and whipped her around. During getting thrown about and beaten her head slammed against the floor. Things got hazy after that, her head swimming and stars flashing in her vision.
Left there broken, dazed and confused Sarah still isn't entirely convinced she didn't die. Whether she did or not the event triggered her Parahuman abilities. Changing body and mind she was nearly a whole different person. Given a second chance and a new drive she came onto the cape scene. An angel showing up and saving people doesn't exactly go unnoticed and the public quickly began calling her Guardian Angel. Only being active for a few months she's intervene in a handful of situations before disappearing for a time.
Motivations: Sarah herself would say she wants to be rid of Guardian Angel so she can live her life. Ironically one could say that as a cape she is fulfilling a larger dream to make a difference.

Derangement: Sarah has a peculiar derangement that one would not ordinarily identify as bad. It contrasts strongly with Sarah's will to control her own fate. Her moral compass has been realigned and she finds it difficult to deviate from it. It seems to focus more on actions as she finds that she must do or not do particular things. Most annoy the woman even though she can live with the results. But the main thing is she finds herself compelled to protect and defend. And while that usually applies to the innocent and the "good guys" it isn't always necessarily exclusive. And in circumstances where killing off scum would be the smart thing to do, an action Sarah wouldn't normally have trouble performing, she cannot seem to bring herself to do it.
Skills: Through her time on the streets and in gangs she's learned to fight fairly well. Her style lacks grace but worked well for her environment. Most of what she knows would fall under kickboxing. She's also fairly proficient with handguns. While she can use other firearms she doesn't have as much practice with them.
Classification: Breaker, Brute, Mover, Master
Details:A result of her head injury, Sarah's Breaker ability first and foremost turns the rough and bitter woman into a gentle and kind angel. It's best not to mistake that for weakness because what classifies her as a breaker is her ability to alter her own density without affecting her size or volume. Using this she can raise her density to make herself extremely durable to the point of being bullet proof or lowering it to become lighter than air.
Despite seemingly losing muscle mass as Angel, due to the physical beating she sustained she is actually a Brute. While it doesn't inherently afford her durability she does gain a marked increase in strength. Assuming her body can take the stress she could lift a car over her head relatively easily.
As a Mover wings are a clear result of her attempt to run from the fight. It doesn't take much imagination to conclude that they allow her to fly and maneuver through the air.
Having been abandoned her Master ability ironically has a way of drawing people to her. Eye contact with Angel doesn't have disarming effect so much as make her appear friendly. This sometimes can help deescalate situations as she could be seen as approachable or less threatening. Not that a beautiful angel that saves lives always inspires fear or anger but it does add to her appeal.
Limitations: Universally, none of her powers work when she not in her Breaker form.
Density control can be somewhat fickle. First her durability is reliant on her density. Most of the time it doesn't make her more frail unless she significantly lowers her density. On the opposite end she has to be aware of what she may be standing on with increased density as the material may not hold her weight. When using a lower density she has to be careful not to put too much stress on her body using her own strength. Flight is more or less what you would expect from the use of wings. While her increased strength helps, she cannot fly at super speeds and has to lower her density to make flying practical. So she cannot be super durable and fly at the same time.
As far as her Master ability, just because she appears friendly doesn't mean the person being affected will respond in kind. It also has the potential to draw unwanted attention.
Equipment: Given that she has weight restrictions for flying, she doesn't usually carry around a bunch of additional things. Though she could make them lighter it just isn't usually worth it.
