Even as david attempted his self centered admition he feels a ring of blades around his neck, crystals levitating in place almost imediately as stephen says evenly where everyone can hear him "how about we just say you died in the warp storm and everyone can be happy they don't have to work for such a prick. sound good? sounds good." as david would become intimately aware of the blades rotatings slowly around his neck, a mere centimeter away from him at the furthest with some pressed right against the skin, leaving the occasional, shallow cuts as they move, the connection to the soldiers fading over time.

Stephen just sort of takes out one of his rail pistols and tosses it over to him, saying evenly "it has a bit of casing damage but it's fully functional and stronger than most rifles out there. fires ball bearings and has a rechargeable battery hooked up to kinetic generators that can be put in your shoes. stephen stays still, his hand to his ear like a cell phone before he nods sits down, his legs crossed and his eyes closed as david could tell there was power flowing through him, but not into him like a cable rather than a battery. "there is a diplomatic course of action to take here and you are avoiding it like the plague. As the entire exchange goes on, stephen has his hand held against his ear like he was talking on a phone and, when asked that by david he chimes in with a distant "it appears as though the one owing someone something is actually you as, you had attempted to kill me while this... thing... took over and was feeding in order to piece me back together. Apparently it was doing so as peacefully as it could and only destroyed your gun because you'd threatened to kill me soooo... you sort of owe me an apology which can be easily remedied via a ride home" his voice sounding as though he was only partially there up to the end of the explanation, his hand dropping back to his side as he stares down the colonel

"Dominion?... never heard of it" stephen replies evenly, the colonel probably noting the lack of urgency to do anything he's said just due to the sheer fact that stephen's remaining still rather than walking with him to meet up with the transports.

There's a brief period of silence before the front end of the magnum's barrel falls to the ground, seemingly at random as the now disfunctional weapon is left pointed at the prone stephen, whom of which is begining to slowly rouse, sitting up and looking around, noticing all the guns pointed at him before putting his hands up and asking "did i miss something, gents?"

even as roy's gauntlet connects, he can feel a small amount of his magic leaving him, the crystals latching on at the point of impact with multiple arms sprouting from the crystaline structure, grasping in various positions, draining him of his magic at exponential rates before moving on to the next guard and the next, mages having very little ability to resist him even should they be physically fit as stephen's magic amps his own physical abilities before the average soldiers begin to realize they were possibly under attack, a shot connecting before stephen collapses to the ground, the crystals retracting as the crystal becomes too preoccupied with maintaining stephen's life.

With tiny drained of magic and no longer useful to whatever creature stephen had become, he was summarily dropped before it's attention is turned on the dominion forces with magic, seemign to be able to spot them from the crowd before leaping at them, pinning them and sucking their magic out rapidly before moving on to the next, and the next, and the next until everyone with magic is completely drained.

While the minor bodilly wounds that stephen had sustained were healed, tiny saw that his status didn't change, his mind currently in a state of great damage and flux, leaving him in a comatose state that didn't have a currently definite end. While stephen's body lies dormant, his new arm remains active, warping and changing almost constantly before spreading, animating him via the will of some sort of unnatural hunger. Tiny was the first victim of said hunger, stephen's arm shooting out unnaturally, clasping around his throat and visibly draining the magic out of him, the light glow around him flowing into the crystal until there was nothing left.
