SWEET TAP DANCING CHRIST ON A CRACKER, FINA-FUCKING-LY! it's not like I haven't been messaging you quite literally every time i see that you're on for the past month (i think it's been a month)
@thewizardguy

Kyoko was surprisingly unphased by the display of magic the Darquesse showed, completely lacking the necessary abilities to see, feel, or otherwise detect that anything was occurring at all besides the strange wind that had picked up. However a large portion of her focus was put on the stone as soon as it was handed to her, causing her to miss out on the explanation of the inner workings of it, but when the dagger was taken out she shakes her head, stating "I-I took an oath to not kill anyone. I can't take something like that." with a surprising conviction in her voice as she flat out refuses the god-killing blade despite the power it might contain (and despite how much the person playing her really wants it ;-;).

"Outside of that... I have no idea what's going on... Street magic's all well and good but you're not going to kill someone by pulling a rabbit out of a hat" Kyoko says with a confused tone, having missed an explanation for the world she'd been dumped into, why she'd been dumped there, or how in the hell she'd gotten her powers. Speaking of powers, considering the Darquesse was now this close, I doubt she missed the fact that Kyoko's eyes changed to resemble that of an entirely different species without magic or any sort of fan fare short of maybe a blink.

"u-um... ok, I enjoyed a lot of food but i don't really think I have a favorite, I worked as a nurse once I was out of school, and star wars. I know star trek was pretty good and supposedly had an interesting story but I just couldn't get into it for whatever reason. Also, no i can't fight really. I've pretty much been running away any time anything dangerous has shown up... What're you going to do to me?" Kyoko replies timidly, the comfort and relative friendliness she was treated with spurring her into talking though what the Darquesse was actually doing while the two of them spoke kept a look of worry on her face and a certain level of fear in her voice. While the fire helped, the Darquesse couldn't help but notice that Kyoko seemed to not really need it as her eyes shifted to a much more reptilian or perhaps cat-like appearance, allowing her to see in the near total if not total dark though the process seemed much more akin to her pupils dilating than a conscious effort, showing quite clearly that her powers extended beyond her inhuman strength. Outside of her new-found eyes, she appeared quite normal still and was actively looking around the room more for an exit really than anything else

While Kyoko was a timid girl, her time as a nurse had left her with quite a bit better of a stomach than most and while the tortured souls on the walls were gruesome and quite frightening, she at least had the proper disposition to not leave her stomach contents at the door upon viewing them. Her passage into the house was not particularly voluntary or easily won as she did struggle quite heavily once caught and depending on the strength of the cleavers may have broken free swiftly though was simple enough to corall into an area she could not run in and detain via restraints. Upon landing within the house she writhed on the floor briefly, breaking from her restraints with vastly inhuman strength no matter the material available however she was helpless to resist the gust that had taken her from her position and brought her to the throne room, most likely dumping her unceremoniously where she lay at the foot of said throne.

"I don't know, really... some giant thing started going on a rampage and I guess i got hit trying to save a friend. Next thing I know I wake up in this place but no one will tell me where I am or why I'm here." She replies to the darkness enshrouded figure before her as she stands, her strength enough to either crush the floor beneath her or break through any force attempting to hold her down. In terms of magical sense she had an odd something about her, but otherwise appeared to be nothing more than the average person however her soul seemed oddly vacant of it's normal position if the Darquesse had such senses, denoting that she most likely came from a place without any magic of any sort and was left entirely a physical entity, incapable of learning or wielding the mystical machinations the Darquesse herself wielded as idly as breathing in any method, which might seem like quite the drab and sour existence to one such as her. Her words hadn't been the entire truth, however they had been true which was in line with a summerization of events rather than a complete retelling of things which would most likely bore her to tears and take at least hours of talking to fully go through. Physically Kyoko appeared to be nothing more than an ordinary human girl on the surface with her clothes denoting a more modern and peaceful life than what might be found on Arcadia, though it was easy to tell from the dirt as well as wear and tear apparent that she'd been here for at least a little bit, most likely no more than a week or so. However, her inhuman strength was sorely lacking control and was thus easily apparent in everything she did which seemed to frustrate the girl, meaning she'd likely gained it only recently and had only just learned to stop crushing EVERYTHING she touched. Though the look upon her face betrayed that she most likely didn't quite grasp the power she had on hand which left her still cowed by the Darquesse despite most likely housing enough power to at least equal her own on a physical level.

Unfortunately for Kyoko, she had no such luck in avoiding her tenure at Darkblood camp both due to the intimidation of the guards and the sheer fact of not knowing where to go, she found herself trapped there for roughly a week, her powers going haywire for the vast majority of the first day, forcing her to hide away from the population at large. Kyoko had been ripped, or more accurately slapped, from her rather mundane life as an office clerk by an odd being 'gifting' her wither her newfound and rather unsightly powers that she'd thankfully gotten under control for the most part though she could definitely still use work by most standards. Things had been going as well as they could be in the camp up until the moment the guards had rather suddenly realized that they'd never seen her working despite scurrying about around the place suspiciously, her hood up to hide her face and her shorts boyish enough to diguise her gender via androgyny at the very least.

It wasn't that she couldn't work, on the contrary she was quite capable, Kyoko's issues simply arose due to not knowing what to do in terms of work due to all neccessary jobs being filled in camp, leaving her as merely a stray that had wandered in and had yet to wander out. She also didn't help herself by attempting to run from the guards when she was stopped, fearing them despite most likely being far more powerful just simply due to their weaponry.
Name: Kyoko Tanno
Appearance:

Personality: Soft spoken, somewhat shy, tries to be polite when she can though this can sometimes backfire. Think every anime girl with glasses from every anime ever.
Abilities:
Bio-matter Assimilation: She can 'eat' biomatter via various process, normally preferring to do so with dead biomatter though if it's small enough she can do so while it's alive though this does normally require it to be incapacitated or surprised in some way (by small enough, i mean human sized so something like a person or a tyranid hormogaunt.) and then digest it with the time depending on how big the creature was, allowing her to use it's biomass for her other abilities.

Biological Adjustment: Normally manifesting in arm blades or other form of weaponry, she can also use this ability to make herself stronger, more durable, faster, etc. though she can also use it to heal someone else if she knows what their issue is, including turning back aging.

Immense regeneration: does what it says on the tin, while capable of regenerating instantly from small (even if they are deep) wounds, regenerating a limb can take a few days, and if she's reduced to little more than a blood splat or 'meat football' as has been done to other characters, it can take to if not more than a month. It should be noted, however, that she can still FEEL wounds, so getting shot still hurts like a massive bitch even if it's not a very serious wound. It should be noted, however, that fire can drastically slow down her regeneration process, and while it doesn't kill her, being frozen solid does cause her to become comatose until thawed, also poisons can keep her from using her other abilities until they pass through her system though she can't be killed by them.

Equipment: Clothes, shoes, glasses, cellphone (most likely inoperable), and a laptop
Origin: Was just a normal girl up until about a week ago when she was slapped both with her new powers and into arcadia. She's since gotten used to them for the most part, though she still thinks of them as unsightly.
Theme Song: DO NOTE, THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
After a talk with matt, it has become apparent that I don't really care to keep playing xel'rath due to a mix of the sheer egotisticaly masterbatory nature of the high end of the power spectrum of the rp (looking at flamelord with that one for the most part. Seriously dude, if you want your dick sucked go get a hooker, don't come here) and have thus decided that i will no longer be playing him, and unless matt wishes to take the race over, he's going to be assuming his new life as the Emperor's tactical warp sponge shortly. My next post will be the new character i'll be playing which has already been oked by matt but i'll still post it here in case you wanna have a gander before she goes in the characters tab.
i don't really feel like i can do anything aside from cut off alucard's arm to keep it from devouring him due to the blatant flaws it would have without the supporting systems xel'rath and the Avianry construct to keep their shit from killing them.
CS Sheet

Photo: Due to his capabilities of bodily manipulation, he can take whatever form he wishes and i will describe it in as vivid detail as is fitting for the particular form

Name: Changes, though most people refer to him via screaming and incoherent gurgling. Outside of that, he goes by whatever generic name he wishes at the time, most commonly steve.

Age: approximately 50-ish years old, but he can look however old he likes

Job: Poacher. I don't particularly intend for him to work for the circus at least in the beginning and would actually like it if he started out working against the circus via killing people before they could be scared into forking over their souls.

Method: Via quite literally hunting them complete with gruesome death at the end, though at least currently the scare is entirely for fun more so than actual soul collection

Brief Bio: While not a seemingly old monster, the extensive study of the human race has left this creature with a rather appaling lack of empathy for them despite being birthed directly from them. In a sense, his race serves as humanity's 'Predators' as they find the best sustenance from their flesh whether via virtue of the 'soul' being present or just simply a quirk of biology, one thing remains certain, this particular creature has found the circus to his liking as a hunting grounds.
Thoughts on a monster visiting the circus and poaching souls?

EDIT: after some thought it should really be poaching people not so much souls
