Seconded. It's also part of why I'm allowing custom cards; so that if stuff DOES end up on that competitive tier, we're ready.

You still need a personality. So unless it's one of those "XXX outside of duel, but uber-focused and serious in duel" types, I see absolutely no reason to decline this character.

This band seems pretty neat. I like bands who have the skill needed to write longer songs, and it feels like a Deep Purple/Dream Theater mix to me. Maybe with a splash of Rammstein in there. So kudos on that. Me, I'm not in a band. All solo work here. And since you did a YouTube link, I'll do one as well.

I like to keep things varied up, both in my style and in what I listen to. Some days it's Dream Theater, Ozzy Osbourne, Dio, Rammstein, and so forth. On other days, I'll listen to the likes of E.S. Posthumus (current favorite), Yuki Kajiura, Koji Kondo, and other similar artists. Sometimes I'll even just listen to my own works! But yeah, Dream Theater, E.S. Posthumus, Yuki Kajiura, Rammstein, Judas Priest, and a whole lot of other miscellaneous stuff.

I have to wonder about that effect. Searching out any Steelswarm card seems a bit powerful, even if you don't get to play it that turn. Not to mention you'd also get your normal draw, which would add up to make your deck insanely fast. Perhaps give this a shot as an alternative?

During your Draw Phase, you can add 1 "lswarm" card from your Deck to your Hand instead of conducting your normal draw. If you activate this effect, you cannot play the selected card, or cards with the same name, during this turn.

Kept the "can't be played" claus because otherwise, this + Scout + Caucastag = gg bro

I don't see much harm in it. You could even add this to the field spell's ability so that we don't even have to remember it as a ruling and whatnot:

While there is a "Steelswarm Scout" in your Graveyard, you can return this card to your hand during your Standby Phase.

That way, it goes right back to your hand just in time for Scout's summon, then you can just reactivate it from there.

That aside, the bio seems alright by me. I'm all for the custom cards, but I don't think you should go about modifying pre-existing cards. Leave that to Konami.

Knowing me, I'd spend a day or two going to completely random locations (though various national capitols are givens) then never use it again. Or blow it up. I bet something that cool would make great fireworks.
