Her familiars weren't stated to be especially good at surveillance, so their sight/hearing's equivalent to an average person, not an average person with binoculars or something. So, since you've made it able to make out details of conversation and whatnot, it's not going to be incredibly far away, regardless of what Seyrun wants to believe on the matter.

That said, it was said to keep a distance in some regard, so it being directly in front of Rasputin's car such that it could be accidentally run over wouldn't be a thing.

@UnoedipalIf I'm being honest, I've no idea. ^^ I would certainly like to join this rp since the concepts behind it you came up with are neat and there are a few roleplayers I know here. But, if you are full, then I understand. Especially since I wouldn't have any good ideas as to why a character could be summoned at this point in time.

You're severely overestimating how many methods there are to summon a Servant without the Holy Grail or a separate Greater Ritual.

We can just stick to simpler explosives tho if you want. Theoretically speaking, synthesizing most traditional non-plastique explosives with alchemy should be easy with some previous knowledge of chemistry, all the basic raw materials, and the internet as a reference guide.

I have a friend in the military who works with explosives on a very regular basis; if needed I can ask him to tell you why it's not the case when he's free.

But yes, simpler explosives are fine. C4 less so. That said, even if you're being careful as hell, risks are always there. So, if you are bomb making, I'll do dice rolls for every quanta you make, to decide if something ends with an explosion in your face.
