Alrighty. Then just capitalize the "C" for END, give the alignment the Lawful/True/Chaotic modifier, and you're good to go.

Name: Miyamoto Musashi

Class: Saber

Gender: Male

Appearance:

Wears a plain, dark colored kimono.

Alignment: True Neutral

Personality: A man equal parts stern and zen, Musashi's number one goal in life is the status of Japan's greatest swordsman. As he has long since achieved that goal, however, he is no longer a hotblooded young man. Cool and calculating, he has a wit sharper than his sword and is not unwilling to manipulate the enemy. In combat, he's ferocious and clever, and his swords resemble the fangs of a tiger and the claws of a dragon.
His hobbies are painting and woodworking. He has an aversion to baths.

History: Musashi was a famous ronin from 17th century Japan, notorious for being an expert duelist, winning numerous fights throughout his life through a combination of wit and skill. Most famously, he fought and killed Sasaki Kojiro when he was about twenty-nine or thirty. Besides this, Musashi was known for his skills as an artist, philosopher, and writer. He was said to have a rough appearance and mannerisms, despite his skill.
For more information, go to your local library. Or here.

Weapon: Musashi personal weapon consists of a daisho, a matching set of samurai swords consisting of the longer katana and the shorter wakizashi. These utilize the iconic twin ring tsuba he's associated with.

Parameters:

Strength: C

Endurance: C

Agility: A

Mana: E

Luck: C

Class Skills:
Riding: E
Concerns the usage of mounts and vehicles. As Musashi was no cavalryman in life, this is more of a courtesy skill. He has a functional grasp of most vehicles and animals, enough to drive normally.

Magic Resistance: C
Cancel spells with a chant below two verses. Cannot defend against Magecraft on the level of High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals.

Personal Skills:
Eye of the Mind (True): A
Despite his countless duels and battles, Musashi mastered many forms of art aside from swordfighting. His powers of observation and analysis have been honed through a lifetime of experience devoted to understanding the Way.

Noble Phantasm(s): n/a

I flipped a coin to continue not taking stats seriously at all. It landed as tails, so the stat is now C. I won't bother reposting the full sheet for a single letter change.

I mean, sure. In that case, you're approved. Remember that Musashi should have been summoned by the Greater Ritual prior to coming to Fuyuki, so you'll be starting with him already summoned.

I don't see explosives knowledge on the skills, and knowing how to make bombs isn't something an average person would know.

You'll need to do research to get said knowledge before you can make them.

I apologize for my absence. Some stuff came up over the weekend, and it totally did not involve copious amounts of alcohol.

He's using guides on the internet. He's never actually done this before, though he has theoretical knowledge of the chemicals and processes involved due to his specialization in alchemy.

Also it is frighteningly easy for the average person to make a bomb after spending just a few minutes perusing the internet. The usual problems are (a) not blowing yourself up (Wes is well aware of the dangers posed by the chemicals needed to create these and would/will be careful not to get too rough with anything unstable) and (b) getting caught before the bomb is finished due to your shady as fuck activities, the answer to which is

He knew a recipe for creating Comp. 4 in the kitchen

Doesn't sound like he's googling stuff, it sounds like he thinks he has this stuff memorized.

Also the bombs you can make with bleach in your kitchen are not C4.

That was more meant as "I know a website" or "I know where to find a guide on how to make this" rather than "I have the cooking process totally memorized".

Not gonna claim I'm an expert on explosives by any means, but I was actually referring to this homebrew recipe I found myself: textfiles.com/anarchy/INCENDIARIES/kip..

I maaaaaay have only skimmed it tho xP

We can just stick to simpler explosives tho if you want. Theoretically speaking, synthesizing most traditional non-plastique explosives with alchemy should be easy with some previous knowledge of chemistry, all the basic raw materials, and the internet as a reference guide.

I have a friend in the military who works with explosives on a very regular basis; if needed I can ask him to tell you why it's not the case when he's free.

But yes, simpler explosives are fine. C4 less so. That said, even if you're being careful as hell, risks are always there. So, if you are bomb making, I'll do dice rolls for every quanta you make, to decide if something ends with an explosion in your face.

You know what's funny, gunpowder is truly the byproduct of some random crappy nameless alchemist trying to produce the Elixir of Life only to create the substance that has, directly or not, taken most lives on the history of mankind. And also killed a looooot of the old mysteries of the world in the Nasuverse. No wonder why true magi dislike it.

Looking at that guide, it seems to suggest a lot of things that would either make you extremely sick or do nothing much in particular, like it asking you to knead C3 while making it. C3 was phased out in favor of C4 because it was so toxic that the army operators who used it bare-handed would be poisoned by the stuff. Also worth noting is that C2 was much more toxic than C3, so that should give you an idea of how serious this stuff is.

Generally speaking, most Anarchist's resources on the web are either blatant misinformation or dangerously ill-informed on some parts. Unless you've practiced it, making a homemade explosive is a good way to kill or hospitalize yourself.
