In-Depth AppearanceAgent Decker is quite the cocky bastard, and can rarely be seen without his smug grin that just really makes you want to punch him in the face, whether he's on the enemy team or your own. He's pale with dirty blond hair, which gets pretty long considering he never cares enough to get it trimmed. He tends to go with the "carelessly hot" look, combing his hair back easily into a hat for convenience. His clothing is almost always causual, only dressing up beyond sweatpants and hoodies or t-shirts for special occasions. In the field, he wears his nanotech armor, skin tight and incredibly resilient. The suit is pure black, light blue circuitry lining the entirety of the piece. Thinking he looked too much like a character from Tron with only the suit, he likes to don a white leather jacket and combat boots over top of the suit. He also wear his tactical visor in the field, which is made from tempered steel with an icy blue lens.
Habits and Quirks- He tends to talk to the Orbs a lot. He seems to be able to tell the difference between them, calling them by names, even though they are identical, and his visor gives no indication of which is which.
- He has a very small bruise on his upper lip from chewing on it a nervous habit. Mention anything about him being nervous ever, though, and he'll deny it profusely.
- Flynn actually suffers from a lot of anxiety, but covers it up with his perpetually cocky attitude. Get close to him, though, and he will eventually let loose, and that's when his caring side really shows up.
- Flynn is incredibly ticklish. But don't tell anyone.
- Flynn treats his creations like family. Don't insult them, or else it will be very hard to get him to like you. Overall, though, he's a very friendly guy.

FearsPersonalityCocky. No doubt about that. Flynn loves to have fun, especially if he gets to defend those he loves in the process. He believes that people like him, those who are stronger than most, have a duty to protect those who who can't protect themselves. Despite his confidence, he has an inferiority complex, and if you can make him believe a situation is truly hopeless, then he's prone to giving up.

BackgroundFlynn was always a curious young boy. He loved to take apart machinery and put it back together, learning new ways to improve upon the tachnology in his house. He would improve the vacuum at the cost of their toaster, or make their stove boil water faster with parts from the TV remote. His parents often got exasperated at his experimentation, but they were very open and nurturing of his creative spirit. This environment cultivated who we know today as Agent Decker.
His for st original creation came amongst his middle school years in the form of his earliest Orb technology. With only a handful of these early inventions, he played pranks on his teachers and classmates, who were equally annoyed and amazed at what he could do. He was placed in the school's program for the gifted, where he founded the Society of Highly Imaginative Technology, strategically named so that the school would have to put their acronym up everywhere.
The members of the Society followed him throughout high school and even college, seeing him as their leader, and best friend. The group was tightly knit and always worked to help one another. Here, the Orb technology made leaps and bounds in their capabilities.
When war encroached upon the world once more, Flynn knew what he had to do. He collaborated with the Society to transform the Orbs as they were into an effective weapon, and Flynn knew he could weird it perfectly. He'd known this technology all his life. He answered the call for heroes without hesitation, with that cocky grin still plastered to his face. He was born for this. He was Decker.

FamilyHis family consists of his parents, Lynn and Clement Lesline, both professors at the Cleveland Institute of Engineering, both openminded and caring individuals, as well as his little sister, Lucy, 9 years old, a dancer since she was 3. While Lucy can be very dramatic, she loves her brother unconditionally, and sees him as a role model.
Abilities[Passive] OrbTech: Decker commands a fleet of 12 Orbs, black fist-sized metal balls that are surrounded by six glowing blue circles in their axis and can create walls of enervy with different atribute between them. Decker can attach these Orbs to enemies (for up to 3 seconds) and allies, but any Configuration made by an Orb given a movement command will break upon that movement. The Orbs give vision of enemies they are attatched to.
[Active] Configuration: Construct. - Decker commands at least 3 Orbs to form a wall of whatever shape the Orbs used can create. These walls last 4 seconds can either entirely block movement from both allies and enemies or allow allies through at the cost of only slowing enemies by 25%. Enemies that make contact with the wall take 10% of their max HP on damage every second. Every additional Orb used to construct the wall beyond the minimum increases the damage by 2% and the slow by 5%.
[Active] Configuration: Repair. -Decker commands at least 4 Orbs to create a field that lasts up to 10 seconds, but only 4 seconds after an enemy enters the field. This field heals allies and damages enemies for 5% of their max HP each second. Healing is reduced by 50% while enemies are in the field. Each extra Orb used to construct the field beyond the minimum increases the healing and damage by 2.5%, as well as granting 10% damage reduction to allies and 5% damage increase to enemies (only applies to damage Decker does not inflict.
[Active] Configuration: Transmit. - Decker commands at least 6 Orbs to create two walls that act as portals to anything that passes through, including projectiles. These portals last for 4 seconds.
[ULTIMATE Active] Configuation: Polarity. - Decker selects two Orbs, which polarize, pulling all allies attatched to an Orb to one of the Orbs selected, and all enemies attatched to an Orb to the other. The strength of the polarities creates a magnetic burst after the Orbs reach their destinations, giving allies a 50% movement speed buff and enemies a 50% movement speed slow for 4 seconds each.
WeaponsBesides his OrbTech, Decker uses a plasma gun that can fire either a long-range beam or an explosive orb.
