"They all have CO2 in them. soda does not contain oxygen but CO2, if you blow up a balloon you blow CO2 out of your longs into the balloon and the aquariums get oxygen pumped into the water but the plants and the fish that are in the aquariums use it and turn it into CO2." she explains.
