Name:Dame.Tamz'Kuna The Tall

Age:28

Height:6'6

Gender:Female

Race:Orc

Origin: Tamz'Kuna was the eldest daughter and only living child of a fierce orc warlord, whom commanded a traveling warband numbering five hundred; three hundred and seventy of those being professional warriors though none in the group were to be trifled with. The band was one of those which made orc human racial tensions all the higher, raiding peaceful towns, villages and eventually taking a small keep which of course called for great celebration on the part of the orc's. Looting the keep they drank and feasted on the supplies within, awakening in the morning to find a great host outside the walls; lead by King Cassius himself with a number close to a thousand and a half. King Cassius was to give no quarter, the band had harassed his people for long enough and they had called for their heads few amongst the group were innocent and all had shared in the plunder of those defeated. Tamz'Kuna's father wouldn't surrender however, nor would he hole up inside of the stone fortress; before Cassius's siege weapons could be readied the heavy oak drawbridge came steadily crashing down across the shallow moat which surrounded the tall walls. And several hundred battle crazed orcs rushed from the keep, crashing into the center of King Cassius's army, heavily outnumbered they were quickly encircled by the superior force; albeit they fought down to the last child. Including Tamz'Kuna whom was only eleven at the time already standing at five feet and two inches, and already a tough fighter in her own right not that she stood a chance against any real combatants; it was in a melee between her father and King Cassius in which her father lost his life run through the gut with cold steel. The battle at that point had more or less been ended, most of the band lay dead but Tamz' was still alive and angry, as Cassius slayed her father Tamz rushed the King managing to squirm past the two Kingsguard which defended him; a small dagger in hand she managed to drive it slightly into King Cassius from behind. The blade finding a gap in his plate just near the hip, the blade drawing blood and sticking firmly into his side; she quickly found herself knocked unconscious by the armored gauntlet of a Kingsguard.

They were moving to execute the child as no mercy was the call and of course she had attacked the King himself, but Cassius spared her life finding her courage and ability to survive a battle at such a young age admirable. And he took the child with him sparing her life to allow her to work as a servant, and in the King's castle she grew strong and quickly, standing at six foot one by the time she was sixteen. She was unhappy of course to be imprisoned to the people who slaughtered her friends and family, though as she grew she came to understand why it needed to be done; and what kind of man her father was in truth. Considering her rapid growth and adjustment to human custom King.Cassius began to have her trained, his best knights and master-of-arms teaching her to use all manner of weapon; her greatest talent laying with the sword quickly picking up on its use and handling. Able to face three soldiers together by seventeen, fighting in her first battle for Cassius by nineteen in a small skirmish with a rouge lord; as soon as they felled the wall of the treasonous Lord's keep Tamz' Kuna threw herself first roaring with fury into the breach. She killed many men fighting alongside Cassius's own soldiers, her ferocity and skill fast spreading amongst the men whom attended the battle; and so at the conclusion of the fighting King.Cassius knighted Tamz' Kuna. It wasn't until she reached the age of twenty one that she was selected to be one of the Kingsguard, an honor which every knight dreamt of but few ever reached; her actions in saving the King's own son from a stable fire prompting her introduction into the elite guard. Along with her steadily increasing and well renowned skills in combat.

Awesome!
Heyo
Mawiyah stopped just outside of her shelter, curiously turning her head towards the sounds of the Dwarf shouting and the familiar banging of steel on wood. Setting the rabbit down after taking another bite out of the thickest area of the small mammal grasping her horned helmet and bow as she kneeled as well, pulling it on over her scarf with one hand, before kicking some dirt over top of her fire to extinguish it. Walking towards the sound of the shouting dwarf, along with a few other interested parties making sure to stay a fair distance from anyone else as the addition of her fearsome helmet in the dark only increased peoples fears or suspicions; but Mawiyah knew if there was a fight to be had a helmet was an intelligent choice. Only too often she had seen strong fearsome men fall in battle or single duels from taking a glancing blow to the skull, and weak less skilled men win or at least live to fight another day thanks to the metallic head covering not to mention the unique shape of the helmet often inspired fear.

As she got closer she recognized the thick low voice of the Dwarf, lifting the helm off her skull as she realized there was no true attack but only a quarrel of some kind between the Dwarf and another; not uncommon amongst his kind due to their stubborn nature. Which is why they made either great or very unsuccessful merchants in her experience, still curious she carried on until the came into sight of the soon to be fight; staying a respectable distance from anyone with her back to the treeline trusting it more than the caravan to not stick a knife in her back. As she observed the conflict Mawiyah grabbed a drinking horn tied around her shoulder with a leather strap, uncapping it to sip the sweet wine she had left from the Easternling city closest to the border of Gondor; the rich flavor leaving her body with a tingle and a slight longing for home and the hot desert sun. Her right hand laid lazily on her scimitars supple leather bound hilt, eyes scanning around the area the Dwarves outburst taking up most everyone's attention at the moment.
Mayhaps.
Mawiyah watched the man closely keeping her scimitar ready to be easily drawn free, listening as he spoke narrowing her black makeup surrounded eyes downwards in a bit of anger but mostly disappointment she had hoped to find at least some people who weren't so damned closed off. Tsk'ing loudly as she finished she muttered a swear in black speech beneath her breath 'aukuk', taking her palm off the pommel of her blade Mawiyah crossed her forearms over her armored chest; taking in a deep breath she reached upwards unfoiling the wrap around her head allowing it to drape lazily about her neck. Her facial structure was slender and fine with well pronounced features not unlike an elf but not so pointed, also revealing the tattoos as well; her black eyes gazing over the man for a moment afterwards before speaking.

"Most of us, we live and die in the same corner of the world that we are born in... I do not want to be most of us. Aye, I knew people would be suspicious even hateful, and there is no hiding what i am as you see by my face and accent so why change my dress? One day perhaps the Men of the West and the Men of the Harad can be allies, but I fear it will become worse before better."

Mawiyah nodded to the male as she finished, wrapping her head back up in the silk scarf as she walked back towards her camping spot cooked rabbit in hand; smoothly slipping out of sight behind a wagon and away from the campfire littered main area towards the treeline.

Cassie walked out of the small Tenpines bar, staggering a bit as she stepped down from the door; her worn leather boots kicking up some dust as she looked around a bottle of whiskey still gripped in her left hand. Her short coal black hair swept to the right with some kind of grease applied to hold it in place, across the left side of her face bearing three vertical claw shaped scars barely ending before her eyeball. Her combat armor securely strapped onto her body, painted black to assist in sneaking and for simple style points; beneath the armor she wore worn dark green army fatigues stitched together in various places her pants tucked into the long reaching combat boots she wore.

Her eyes landed on Jake a self righteous minute man type, annoying dribble they were Cassie had run into more than once during her travels in the Common Wealth; sometimes non-violently and others happened to fall on her knife while they were asleep. But she had no quarrel with the minute men here yet no one had paid her enough to, as she approached Jake her hand brought the glass bottle into her lips finishing the harsh liquor and tossing the trash aside to shatter on a fence. Her raider built assault rifle hanging over her left shoulder by a cloth strap, several dozen tally marks etched into the wooden buttstock; the silenced 10mm holstered under her right armpit. The pre-war design making it a valuable weapon indeed and a trademark of Cassie's best work, she stopped walking about three feet from Jake looking him up and down taking in his form and sizing him up to an extent; standing at five foot ten herself.

"So, got any decent shit to do for work? You minute men always have fuckin problems that need fixing."

Im going to have to drop out for now.
@Vas Khaleen, @Ghost Shadow, @Pathfinder, @Tala Avana, @Shadow Daedalus, @DepressedSoviet, @Burning Kitty, about to post the first IC! I'm going to be pretty busy here for a while, but I will still be able to post and keep track of this, just may not be as around as I would like to be. If anyone's interested in Co-GMing, pm me and let me know, it would probably help keep this going.

Anyway, we're going to start off in Tenpines Bluff and whenever everyone's ready to move on, we can all meet at the gate and go from there. If you're going to talk to anyone else, I'd use the [@mention] button so they get a notification and know that they're being referred to.

Without further ado, let's get this ball rolling folks!
