I'll write something here eventually.

If you're a friend of mine or if you're someone I know well enough to not cause issues or drama, you can find the invite link to my discord server right here.

Welcome to the guild, @Son Of Hades.
Woah, I posted
Posted + added a floor list in the 0th post in the CS tab. Lemme know if I missed anyone or anyone has any ideas brewing for potential NPCs.

Apartment Complex's Lobby
Shit. Fuck this shit.

It was difficult for Christopher Reed to focus on anything as he stared deep into the unmoving fog outside the complex. His usual, bored face was now plastered with fear, horrified by what he—and those gathered with him in the complex lobby—heard moments earlier. The terrified screams. The loud shattering of glass. The wincing crunch of metal. Chris couldn't see what was going on outside the complex, but he had a good idea. Alton, the complex's security guard, being carried off by whatever was out there made sure of that.

Alton had a gun. Didn't fucking help him one bit.

Christopher wondered about the others. Were they as scared as he was? Surely, he figured, they had to be. Some of them probably had family in the complex—children, siblings, or maybe even a spouse. People they had to protect against what laid in wait outside those doors. But were they willing to die to save another? The college student knew deep down inside he wasn't. Chris was too much of a coward; he didn't want to die. And yet, he was probably going to die here regardless, like it was some sort of fucked up punishment for a crime he didn't remember committing.

"We're fucked, aren't we?" He asked, turning away from the window he was looking through to face the group. "No one is going to come for us. Not the police. Not the military. Face it; we're already fucking dead no matter what we do."
Floor List:

Hope you all had a happy Mother's Day, everyone. I'll have the IC up most likely tomorrow or at least by Wednesday.
Review time! Pleasantly surprised that there weren't as many concerns or issues that I needed to raise with people. In fact; feel free to put your character sheets in the CS tab once you're finished addressing any potential changes. Gonna accept everyone right from the get-go given my impressions from the sheets and that the cast size is perfect for what I want.

Though, however, I am going to make changes to Glenview. It now has an extra story, with the bottom floor reserved for the amenities and other things like mailboxes while the apartments start on the second floor. Change your apartment # as you wish.

@rezay - I'd like to know a little more about Wyatt's "petty criminality and drag racing" in his biography. Also:

He lived with his mother, father, and two sisters until the age of 14, when his father and younger brother were killed by a drunk driver.

I happened to notice you left the brother out of the first half of the sentence. Nothing really of note, but I figured to bring it up anyway. Maybe just rewrite the "mother, father, and two sisters" part to say just say family instead of restating father and younger brother.

@corneredbliss - Nothing to note/no concerns or issues for Mari!

@Xandrya - My main concern with Emma is that there is a lot to unpack in her background. Lots of ups and downs. Personally, I would try to streamline her background since it feels too sandwiched with tragedies, if that makes any sense. But ultimately it is your call if you want to make changes.

@Bartimaeus - Nothing in particular that concerns me regarding Vesper's sheet!

@Wolvena - iPods weren't around in 1994. I'd suggest swapping it out for a cassette player (walkmans), or an early portable CD player, as both were around at this time.

@Kyrisse - Nothing of note that raises issues with Allegra!

@Infinite Cosmos - Nothing particular that worries or concerns me about Kai's sheet!

I'll be giving another day for people to get sheets in before they'll be closed for review.

Gal squaaaaaaaad

I’m also certainly happy to switch genders if ratio is a thing you’ll be taking into consideration, GM. Either way, excited to follow this adventure!

Honestly, I'm surprised there had been so many female apps, but personally it doesn't bother me all that much.
