Legendary powers: Alain is capable of draining the life force of anything he touches, and is able to drain from a distance of fifteen meters, although this is much slower. Said draining can result in nourishment for him, which is useful for his time on the street. Despite his scrawny build, he is incredibly fast, preferring to dodge attacks rather than tank them. He is also capable of moving life force from one thing to another, acting as a form of healing. Should he drain something dry, he can gain access to some of their memories, although he has only ever drained a human once.

Appearance

Personality: Alain is arguably one of the kindest and most cheerful people you could ever meet. Despite his awful life, he just cant bear the thought of hurting people unnecessarily and always feels a little guilty using his power, even when it is on plants. However, he is not soft in any way, and if he will viciously attack if someone is being threatened by someone unpleasant. Thanks to his life on the street, he has had very little interation with other people, and as a result has no social skills. Especially when he is talking to women. When talking to people, he has a habit of stuttering. Although he is a good artist, he is incapable of making a career out of it due to aforementioned lack of social skills. He generally just gives his paintings away for free. Although he is usually quiet, he does have a habit of calling his attacks.

Backstory: Born as the to the heir of an important family and one of their maids, his mother was fired the moment she became pregnant, causing her to lose her home. Therefore, he was raised in various abandoned buildings and alleyways.

When he was eleven, she died of a unspecified illness, leaving him alone and frightened. He spent the next four years surviving on his own, coming close to starving many times and attempting to avoid trouble whenever he could. When he was fifteen, he met a scyther who had been abandoned by its trainer, and like Alain, he was slowly starving. The scyther became his only friend, with him naming it "Exo"

A few days later, him and Exo came across a old man close to death from the cold and wet. Out of simple kindness, Alain decided to stay with him in his last hours, as simply moving him would be fatal.

During this time, Arceus looked for humans to partner with legendary pokemon, and noticed the young boy who had lost almost everything that had ever mattered to him. Alain fell unconcious. When he woke up, he felt the power of destruction flowing through his now changed body.

He was shocked, horrified even. But he turned, and saw the old man close to death. With his newfound powers, he eased his passing, draining the last of his life force. Feeling invogerated, he was determined to use his new powers to help people in any way he could.

SInce then, he has attempted to change his life. He often likes to paint, although he has had little luck in selling his paintings.

Physical Description: Tall, standing at about 6'2, he is extremely well muscled, just like many other sith. He keeps his face under a hood most of the time, only taking it off when he is fighting something that he considers a challenge. His eyes are a bright red, with his skin being a slightly darker shade of red than the average pureblood. He does not wear the facial jewelery so common with sith. He has spines on the side of his eyes and either side of his chin.

Weapons (if any):Two lightsabers, one being a deep red and one being a dark purple. The hilts of the lightsabers are rather plain, as Liliam has never seen any point in making a hilt look pretty. He only uses one lightsaber at a time unless he is put in a situation that specifically needs two. He is far more skilled with just one.

Clothing: Heavy armour styled in red and black, composing of heavy plates over his arms, chest and legs over a black bodyglove. It originally covered his entire body, but he removed parts of it to allow for speed.

A D-5 Mantis patrol craft, repainted black and red to signify it as a sith ship.

Combat [-]
Power/Abilities:
Force Lightning- An offensive attack where he fires lightning at an opponent. He is powerful enough to fire much larger blasts, but prefers to fire many small ones instead in the heat of battle.

Force Destruction- Another offensive attack, where he creates an energy field and fires it at an opponent. He rarely uses this, considering how exhausting it is.

Force Speed- Again, something he rarely uses unless it is an emergency. He believes that he should rely on his own skills unless absoutely necessary.

Force Choke- Choking with the force.

Force Healing- He has been trying to learn this, however, he is very bad at it, being more of a light side ability.

Combat: Liliam uses form VII in combat, preferring to cut his opponents to pieces as quickly as possible without giving them a chance to strike back. However, should a opponent be strong enough to challenge him, but not strong enough to pose a serious threat, he is known to switch to form III, to prolong the battle a little longer. He does this simply because he enjoys it. He utilises the force in combat, using attacks such as lightning and force destruction. He prefers to only use the force to give him an advantage in a fight, beleving that a worthy opponent should die from a lightsaber, not a blast of lightning.

Personality: Surprisingly for a sith lord, Liliam is a perfectly cheerful and friendly man in person, always remaining polite and kind to even his opponents on the battlefield. Many people who have met him can barely believe that he is a sith, although the armour and lightsaber often give it away. However, he can be incredibly immature at times, considering important missions to be little more than jolly games, snarking at sith lords both older and stronger than him, and interpreting orders in his own way. He does know where to draw the line, although he does come close to crossing it at times.

However, when it comes to battle his friendliness drops and he shows a far more vicious side. He loves battle and everything about it, and will pick a fight for the simplest reason if he feels that the opponent is worth fighting. Oddly enough, he does accept yields, although he considers them to be beneath contempt. He generally shows more respect to his opponents than he does any other sith. It is his lifelong ambition to kill a jedi master, and often irritates any other sith who has killed a jedi with questions on what the battle was like, even if said jedi WASNT a master. He cares little for sith politics, but knows enough about them that he knows how not to be used. He is a lot more intelligent than he acts, but dousnt really care what his normal personality makes him seem like. Although hes a deadly fighter, his lust for battle can cause him to make mistakes, plus, his armor isnt all encompassing.

Religion: Nothing really.

History: Born on Korriban to a well known sith assassin and his paramour, he was placed in the academy at an early age and excelled in almost every way, proving himself to be one of the deadliest acolytes of his generation. He killed several others on his way to the top of the class, something he secretly feels a little guilty about.

When he was 16, he finally got to go up against the republic. He slaughtered an entire squad single handedly, and by the end of the mission, a total of thirty-eight republic troopers were dead at his hands, including their commanding officer. He enjoyed this immensely, and often watches holotapes of the battle in his spare time. SInce then, he has been on several low-key missions, of which he never actually enjoyed.

Since then, he has been getting more and more powerful by the day, and in his lust for more power, he has briefly considered practisting the light side in secret. He hasnt been able to though, with only a weak force healing ability to show for his research.

Family: Both his father and mother are still alive on Korriban. He is on relatively good terms with both of them, although he does consider them both incredibly stuck-up and jealous of his abilities. Hes not wrong on the first part.

My faction. I might add a little more, but this is the bare bones of it.

The Silence

Everything i know...i could start another war if i was so inclined.- The Muted Man

Strength: No one truly knows.

Aim/Objectives: To gain information for the aims of the Muted Man
History: The silence is the coined term for a number of people in various factions and positions that have all been bribed by the mysterious "Muted Man" to pass information to him pertaining to factions and individuals that they might be working for.

Workings: The Muted Man has contacts of contacts observe and approach people whom he wishes to bribe. If they accept, he pays them in caps, weapons and promises, making them into another "contact" If they refuse, he leaves them alone, if they are lucky. More likely he spreads rumors about said person working for the silence anyway, making their name mud and putting them in immediate danger. He also does this to a "contact" who is attempting to leave, although he tries to keep this as rare as possible.

With the information, the muted man usually sits on it until it is needed. He spreads rumors, blackmails and otherwise manipulates others for his own bidding. No one knows who the Muted man is. Therefore, he has become a figure of both fear and awe for all who know about him, even the contacts.

APPEARANCE – This is just his normal appearance when hes out in public. When he needs to meet with people, he uses a variety of disguises. Therefore, no one really knows what he looks like. His preferred disguises are a mercenary in leather armour and a simple civilian in a t-shirt and jeans.

PERSONALITY – Ethan can switch personalities at a drop of a hat, depending on the disguise that he might be wearing at the time. Normally however, he is friendly and polite to anyone he meets, which is enough to hide the fact that he is secretly a borderline high-functioning sociopath who sees almost everyone he meets as a means to an end, to be used and even discarded for his own ambitions. Even his own allies are disposable, and feels no loyalty to anyone or any ideal.

He can be charming when he needs to, mostly when he is speaking to women. Generally, he just prefers not to speak to anyone at all, unless he actually wants something from them. However, to his underlings he is extremely generous if they follow through with his wishes, making him quite popular with them, not to mention making his network a good option for many a wastelander. He also builds explosives, but that’s just a hobby. When it comes to getting what he wants, he will threaten, bribe, beg, seduce...anything really.

FACTION – The Silence (A information network headed by him, currently under the unofficial employ of the Orleans Order. At least, thats what they think.)

BIOGRAPHY – Ethan hasn’t told anyone about his past. At least, not directly. He has deliberately thrown stories into the rumor mill to make people guess at his history, simply because he thinks of it to be amusing. The three most commonly known are…

1. A former raider slave who murdered his captors and escaped.
2. A former guild of voodoo member who stole a great deal of technology, of which he sold to finance the creation of the silence.
3. The child of an enclave war criminal, who became a thief after his family were murdered by bounty hunters.

He never even tells anyone his real name in his organisation, instead going by the alias of “the Muted man” He simply makes up random names for his various disguises.

In his civilian life, he is simply known as a wealthy yet friendly man who isnt seen very often. Therefore, hes easy to forget about. The only thing that people know for certain about "the muted man" is that he appeared out of nowhere and became an extremely well known figure within three years. He sells information to anyone who might need it, although its rumored that he keeps a LOT of blackmail material for himself. He has been known to trade with just about anyone, if they can meet his demands. Even his own men have no idea who he is, as he usually makes use of proxies and always wears a disguise when meeting with people.
