Also this version of the kitsune has definitely seen some shit, Robotnik was hardcore in the Archie comics.

Yeah, I'm quite familiar with Archie Comics and all the crazy shit that went down no thanks to you, Ken!

Though, I'd say my interpretation wouldn't be so much resentful of Sonic (seriously, that thing with Fiona was dumb), as finally coming into his own. I'd especially want to elaborate on his use of gadgets and see him create an arsenal of crazy weapons. This is based on my assertion that Tails should've been the one to use guns in the series, instead of Shadow.

Nothing realistic, as I don't think that'd work with his character. Rather, he should make stuff not unlike Ratchet & Clank, or Borderlands, or even Dead Space.

As for my character; I'm definitely leaning towards Trunks at the moment.

But, on another note, I also tried to write a series of Ed Edd 'n Eddy fanfiction where they'd get into martial arts and have more action oriented adventures. Problem is, if I have them show up with their respective fighting styles and abilities already, it'd probably come off too confusing, since I'd have to exposit a lot of backstory.

On the other hand, having them start off just as themselves and have them develop into what I imagined may take too long? I mean, I like the idea of the three of them blundering their way through every fight until they stop depending on luck, and more on skill. But, that's assuming they don't get themselves killed before then.

I do have designs for original variants of "Action-Eds". But, I need to decide on several things before I go there.
Might want to play Tails myself as I stated before but I'm still deciding.

Oooh! What were your ideas with Tails?
Funnily enough, I had designs on doing something like this. It was going to be a Kingdom Hearts/Yamibou-styled multiverse where the players' character(s) hailed from different universes. These would be original or canon, depending on what the player felt like going with. And basically, we'd get together and go on adventures and stuff.

Anyway, this would actually be a good place for me to play with some fanfiction concepts I've been toying with:

  • Huey Freeman from The Boondocks becoming a Samurai/Jedi. He might even get his hands on the darksaber, since it's vaguely katana-shaped, which I think goes with this theme.
  • Alternate Universe versions of (Future) Trunks and Gohan from DBZ, based on their TFS depictions. I basically wanted to extrapolate on their abilities. Such would include Trunks either channeling ki through weapons, or outright shaping his ki into weapons. Meanwhile, Gohan could learn alternative use for ki, essentially turning him into a sage not unlike those seen in Naruto, and cultivation fiction. I'm tempted to throw Tien in here too. But, I'm not sure what I could expand upon with him.
  • Superboy, based on his Young Justice depiction (since that's what I'm most familiar with), and he'd learn to use Hamon, and similar techniques. Essentially bringing together his human and Kryptonian traits to make him more complete in his own way.
  • Shinji from Evangelion, though he'd be based more on his manga depiction. While flawed, I find manga Shinji much more likeable than his anime counterpart. Not sure what I'd do with him though.
  • Tails, or really nearly any character from Sonic. Basically, just an excuse to play around with their characterization and abilities and see what I can do with them

Of course, I have original ideas. But, many of those are still in the works. Also, I don't intend to play all of these ideas. Or, at least not all at once.
Yeah, definitely interesting. I'll keep an eye on this.

Well, that just happened...

Wyndressa dismissed the spell. Next came the arduous process of cleaning Corpse Maker of the blood she spilled.

Then suddenly the cavalry came rolling in, hurling shit at them. Wyn needed only to shadowstep out of the way. But, even she had to realize she was burning herself with the amount of mana she was spending. She probably should've bitten that shirtless sod. But, hindsight is always sharper than foresight.

@Slypheed

Then suddenly Owl-Mage!

Wyn couldn't help blinking, it suddenly dawning on her that this giant birdy was on their side. And preparing a spell of some sort. Wyn noted which direction the villagers retreated. The village was saved... Mostly. As evidenced by the last of the burning homes finally collapsing.

Well, at least the villagers were safe.

A tumbleweed bounced over a villager's corpse as it rolled by.

It's been a long evening.

"Oi, birdie..." Wyn didn't have time for proper introductions. "How long can ye' keep that shield up? We got's to get outta 'ere!"
I'll post tomorrow. Trying to get my head straight.
Aw, I wanted to whup some more ass!

Aw, well, time to go, folks! In hindsight, I should've done something when Hinami's tag fell off. But, this is enough.
I wonder if it'd be a good idea to let Hinami have at it for a bit before trying to get the tag back on.
@Dark Cloud

Crap, sorry, I forgot about you.

One moment Wyn was taking heads and asserting dominance; the next, she's tackled by some shirtless fuck and dumped into a burning building.

"Really should'a shadowstepped there." She groused.

And then the bastard was on her, faster than should be possible. But, as the adage went: Timing beats speed. And so, Wyn simply rolled out of harms way. Once on her feet, she took a low guard with a sword that was no longer in her hands.

"Ah, fock!" Wyn knew she should've sprung for that recall enchantment. But, noooo. It'd interfere with the blood magic, she said.

And then a flaming hot reminder dropped on her head. Before this wannabe Viking charged again, Wyn pressed to the wall, kicking off it to dive across the house. In the air, she twisted, hitting the raider with a curse. If he tried charging again; he'd find himself moving at a snail's pace.

Even with backups strapped to her boots, Wyn glanced about for Corpse Maker. If she couldn't get to it now, she'd want to know where it was. It laid where she had been tackled from, not too far, thankfully. She could shadowstep to it. Hell, she could use the hemocraft to simply pull the sword back to her (that's why she opted out of the enchantment!).

And then a deliciously sadistic thought occurred.

With the Varjan slowed to a crawl, and in a burning building, he was pretty much dead. Just need to smack the final nail in his coffin. Taking her daggers, Wyn shadowstepped behind the man. "Nothin' personal, kid!" She didn't much care if he was a kid or not. She stooped down, clipped his Achilles tendons before shadowstepping back out.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled rampage!

Wyn noticed some prick snatching Corpse Maker from the ground.

"Oh no ya' don't!"

With a gesture, the sword moved as if alive, and forced the Varjan to cleave his own head off, before it flew back to Wyndressa's hand. It was about time this shit-show ended, she would think. As her demonic essence flowed into her bloodied Corpse Maker, she surveyed her surroundings.

Something was going on with Hinami, it seemed. The tag was still on, but now she had two swords (Wyn knew she should've brought scimitars) and hacking away in a trance. The tag was still on, right?

"Luna! Hinami!" She shouted. "On me!"

The villagers should be a safe enough distance. Now, it was time to blast these bastards to hell where they belonged. The task force can pay for the damages later.
