Garfield will be fully unarmed at the beginning of the fight, including any augmentations that are not part of his base form being removed. On top of that, all of Garfield's outlier feats will not be counted towards his total strength.

You've heard the rumors, and now, they're coming true. Brace yourself for the arena fight of the millennium.

On one corner, we have Shrek, the ruler of far far away, King of the Swamp, and subordinate to none. Played by the legend himself and champion of the arena @Doc Doctor.

On the other corner, we have Garfield. The paragon of masculinity himself, a hero among heroes. How can Shrek possibly hope to stand up to such a powerful threat? Only time will answer that question. Played by the novice @Warpcircuit.

Arena:

Shrek's Swamp

Win Conditions:

Shrek is swamp lusted. He wins if he is able to successfully extradite Garfield from his swamp.

Garfield is lasagna lusted. In the center of the swamp, located in Shrek's own home, is a freshly baked lasagna. Garfield does not know its exact location, but he is able to follow the scent should he remain unobstructed. Garfield's win condition is to successfully consume the lasagna before Shrek forcefully removes him from the swamp.

Destroying the lasagna, or Garfield stalemating (becoming unmovable) will result in a draw. Incapacitating either party will result in a victory for the last man standing.

About thirty years ago, in a lonely russian village named Vyatskoe, is where Nikita Jr.’s story began. There was a signal for help from this lonely village, the type that the then in place soviet union would never respond to. It would’ve been futile regardless, for this was a special call, one that needed a special kind of help. Fortunately for Vyatskoe, both of the individuals who came to their aid were exactly the kind of help they needed.

For there was a wolfbeast rampaging it’s way through the village, and these individuals were Nikita Bello Sr. and Vanessa Korikov: two skilled hunters and the parents of Nikita Jr. They fought the wolfbeast together, and after disposing of the unfortunate lycanthrope, they joined together to face their supernatural perils together. Four years later, they’re married; The next year Nikita Jr. is born.

Nikita Jr. was raised primarily in Moscow, where his parents decided to settle. Their days of chasing supernatural monsters through the countryside had left them with a decent amount of money saved, and they were able to survive off payments for hunting weaker local monsters.

Nikita went to Primary, Basic General, and Secondary school all without incident, where he got his high school degree. While he was not particularly odd, he was never the most popular in school and thus only had a few close friends. Nikita Jr. was an average student, but was extremely industrious. He never missed a homework in his entire school career.

From the first days he could talk, Nikita was taught by both of his parents what he was going to do in the future : Hunt the Supernatural. They told him stories of the very worst of the supernatural, as to be expected for the son of a Korikov, and Nikita Jr. developed a very prejudiced and negative view of anything supernatural.

From the first days Nikita could walk, he was trained to hunt the supernatural. Every day, after school, Nikita would be trained by either his mother or father for several hours. They would do everything from physical training, to teaching him about specific monsters weaknesses, to mock trials where he would have to dispose of make believe creatures. Sometimes, they would even bring him on a hunt, and eventually, they would allow him to participate. By the time Nikita was sixteen, he was a skilled enough hunter to kill some of the weaker supernatural on his own.

The most shaping experience for Nikita in his youth was also at this point, where he had just began to hunt on his own. While tracking down what he believed to be a vampire in Moscow, Nikita came face to face with a female Arachne Demon. Having absolutely no way to combat this demon, Nikita was overpowered and captured where he was imprisoned along with several others for three days. The Arachne had brought him to what was essentially their pantry. Unfortunately for this Demon, Nikita’s parents were now veterans. They (relatively) quickly tracked down the Arachne and killed them at no harm to Nikita. However, this experience morphed Nikita’s view of all supernatural from prejudice to animosity, especially at Arachne.

Once Nikita was eighteen, his training was more or less finished. Because he no longer had a reason to stay at home, and was such an industrious worker, he applied to and was accepted full ride at an American business school. He wanted to learn business, for his animosity for the supernatural was so great that he wished to kill on his own volition. Even just relying on paid work to hunt down supernatural beasts was not enough for Nikita, as he would have to focus on the beasts he was paid to kill rather than the supernatural as a whole.

While he was in college, he continued to vigorously work and hunt, and graduated with highest honors.

Now, Nikita is a hunter in peak condition. While he is not as skilled as his parents, he is physically a stronger specimen. His ability, honed through his experience, is enough that he can reasonably hunt weaker to average demons. He supports himself through day trading, which has allowed him to live comfortably without straying too far from hunting.

He moved to an apartment in Erewhon due to the apparent concentration of supernatural. Having truly become a Korikov, he plans to make life for the supernatural there hell.
