No. I would like to say that I do, but there's no nervous system analogue to speak of within me anymore. I can still sense things, it's just more like how an instrument might detect electromagnetic radiation passing through a planet, and even then it's not exactly the same.

At first it was all dumped into the creation of a mega-continent with various soulless lifeforms, animals and the like, though I eventually expanded that into other worlds and even star systems as time's gone on. Now I'd say I have something similar to the universe I came from inside of me, albeit much smaller in scope.
