It’s a lot of things, really.
*Tilts my head back and faces straight up*
Man, hot water is sooo nice for loosening up.

I like this spring cuz it’s so peaceful. And the owners are just adorable.

Another difference depending on before versus now. Absolutely nothing before. People are gonna hate, and it is what it is. Now, though? When I was slandered and falsely accused of major crimes? Well, that’s a work in progess tied to stuff we talked about before we came here.

That sounds more like harassment!
<Snipped quote by Webmaster>

I’d say percent-wise, it was small before. Now it’s much more.

What do you do about it?
<Snipped quote by Webmaster>

Now, definitely. Before, depends. It’d be a big number if you counted them, but there are a lot of people in the IA who have at least heard my name before. Like a lot.

So it sorta balances out?
<Snipped quote by Webmaster>

When you become popular enough to be called famous by any metric, you do garner haters by nature. I’m sure something like that is the sad truth to their motivation.

Do you get a lot of haters?
<Snipped quote by Webmaster>

Huh?

Like, if you’re making something for someone else, do they ever get jealous because they couldn’t do something like that, and take it out on you?
<Snipped quote by Webmaster>

Not for my own opinion of myself, I don’t. I like what I do, I enjoy what I do, and if something I make or do is not something that I like, then it gets redone, or binned entirely. If others see value in it too, then great. That means I’m on my A-game, or that they can relate, or the quality is high, or all of the above. But if something exists with my name on it, you can bet that I enjoyed it and thought it was worth.

The quality is too high?
<Snipped quote by Webmaster>

Yeah, of course. Just not in a way that lives or dies by it and it alone.

It sorta sounds like you don’t consider it at all.
<Snipped quote by Webmaster>

Lonely? I mean, nothing about not outsourcing your confidence says you can’t also enjoy others’ company. Nor does it mean you can’t appreciate when others respect you or your capabilities.

But does it mean you value it?
<Snipped quote by Webmaster>

If your confidence comes from others, they can tear you down whenever they want. Exactly.

Doesn’t it get lonely?
