Jade was shocked at the scene she entered upon, the crimson substance staining all that it touched. "So much blood..." She said in wonder, trying to picture the size of a person who could loose so much blood. "Unless it belongs to more than one person?" Jade mumbled to herself only to be shaken from her thoughts by Jack's aggressive behavior. Sighing heavily, Jade paced herself to follow Mocha. She was half tempted to kick the beast while it was down, but she figured Okori could continue to handle the situation as he was. "I'll go comfort Mocha, see if you can find anything else down these halls... Maybe it connects to somewhere else in the house that we've missed." Jade called over her shoulder as she jogged by, leaving the three boys behind to run up the giant flight of stairs.
"Sorry about that Mocha, we found him in the dining room when we went back downstairs. I guess someone thought it would be a good idea to invite him... but don't worry, he's still half-human. We can take him on if he tries that again." Jade called out as she reached the top of the stairs, walking slowly so as not to miss Mocha by mistake. "It's alright now, Okori has him under control for the moment, you can come out now." She did her best to use a soft, calming voice knowing that Mocha would still be able to hear her through the walls.
