Bio

I am the prince of all Sainyans. I have learned legendary techniques such as the Kamehameow, the Spirit Paw, the Nyanzan, the Special Beam Cat-Nyan, the Whisker Flare, the Kitten Fang Fist, the Super Feline Fist, and the Feline Flash. In case you haven't noticed, I'm probably a cat. I should be a cat. I would make a great cat.

I don't always make sense.
I don't try to make sense.

I think that's all I'm going to put here. KAY BYE! :D

I probably won't be able to get back to this until after Sunday. Hope everyone has a good weekend!
Damon started becoming a little lost in his own thoughts, mindlessly leading the rest of them. As he walked he heard Arlotte mention the bank. Damon stopped in his tracks and quickly looked for the nearest bank.

"Looks like there's one just a little ways from our house. We could get to it pretty easily from here. There's another bank in the market, but it'd be a good walk before we got to it. I'm not sure what time the shops or the banks close down, though. I say we vote on where to go first and which bank we should go to." Damon said to the group as he looked up from the map.

Damon had forgotten all about the bank. Forgetting important things is something that Damon had a tendency to do if he doesn't think about them too much. Damon was very focused, however he only focused on one thing at a time. He had forgotten about the bank because he had been wanting to head to the market since he had gotten to the city.
I won't be able to post for a few hours, a coworker left last minute so I have to fill in.

That's fine Trillion. I have a show on both Sunday and Tuesday, so don't expect to see me much from Friday til late Tuesday.
Mana will work similar to Ki or Chakra, but I think potions would be a good fit, though they'd have to be in small vials as to maintain mobility for combat purposes. I'd say a regular meal at a restaurant would cost roughly 15-20, yes. As for potion prices, I'd say a weak potion for mana would be 10 and strong would be 50. Unless anyone has any opposition?
"He's right, we should just talk about it on the way. From the way the map looks, our best bet on making good time is to go to the train closest to here and stay on that train until we make it to where the North District and North District meet." Damon said as he opened the door. "I hate to rush everyone, but I also have no idea when the shops close either."

Damon was ready to go, as always. It was in his nature to keep on the move. He had always been quick to do everything, which had a tendency to get him in trouble. As he looked over his teammates, he knew it would be a problem in combat. However, he'd already grown to trust them, and it was as if he knew they would have his back. He felt safe with his team. Damon didn't often ever feel safe working with anyone else, but something about today had reassured him that everything would be alright.
Wolfy is a handsome devil

Just wondering how much would some quality weapons cost on average? This will affect how much money I will say me and Arlotte brought.

On another note does everyone here have a Skype? we could make a group for OOC stuff like my question. If not that is fine I just think Skype lends itself for more convenient Q/A and stuff.

My laptop hates everything, so Skype is out, I'm sorry. But I'd say basic weaponry runs 40-80 silver depending on what it is. Basic armor runs 20-100 depending(ex: a small plated arm guard would be 20ish while a chest piece of the same set being 100). But since we have futuristic technology, there are weapons and armor that are designed to enhance magic usage. So, if a standard long sword would be roughly 50 silver then a custom long sword like that would cost roughly 150 or so.

I think Wolfy might be a modern ninja.

Look like you were right. It also seems that at least for now I'm the team treasurer, I'll try not to gamble any money I'm given .

I didn't even think of gambling in this. I guess it'd be better if someone did hold onto my money in that case. I'd spend it all on slots and be broke before the first day of schooling.

P.S. Sleepy Wolfy is sleepy. I didn't mean to make my post that long, but I was kind of sleep typing. It's coherent though, so I guess it's better than a post filled with jumbled up words(this has happened before).
Tim offered money to the group to assist with funding anything someone would want to buy. Damon found it very generous. He was thankful for how generous his teammate was, and yet he couldn't bring himself to take any money from someone, especially with first meeting them.

"That's really nice of you Tim, but don't worry about me. I managed to get some decent money before I came here. I knew I might need it. I'm not really looking for anything, but I figure it might be nice to check out all the market has to offer and make plans for future equipment. I'll go set my stuff in my room and we'll all head out once everyone is ready."

Damon walked into his room and set his bag next to his bed. He sat on the edge of the bed and trifled through his bag. He found his map again as well as the bag he had his silver and few gold coins in. All together he had about 350 silver counting the three gold coins he managed to get for a dragon's tooth he pulled from a carcass the month prior. Damon put his map in his pocket and proceeded to head into the living room.

As Damon stepped into the living room, he noticed that Arlotte had handed Tim his money.

"I'd say you could carry my money too, but I know it can kind of weigh a person down in bulk like that. Anyone is welcome to my money too, though." Damon was starting to see how the group dynamic was going to work when it came to living together. "Maybe we should just pool all of our money together, but our spending money and our food money. It'd probably be easier to keep track of that way. Might put a strain on the team if we get stingy, but so far everyone sees very laid back with each other." Damon stated as he was already starting to trust in the integrity of his team. "I guess we should probably wait to discuss all of that, though. After Erin comes back, we should definitely head out though. From the way the map looks, the market is huge."
I've been thinking about it, and I'm going with coin/card based. Gold/Silver(Gold being 100 silver) coins have long been the currency, but there are banks that do offer basically debit cards. Our food money will be put on a card every month, and all characters are welcome to have bank accounts so that they can carry cards instead of gold/silver. We will be paid by merchants for any loot we get in gold/silver though, so we'd have to go to the bank to deposit money.
