I'll answer what I can in your from top down.

I couldn't find the adult and ultimate forms so I have no idea what they actually are.

The adult is XV-mon (Black) and the ultimate is Gankoomon.

I assume that the purple elecmon exists for a certain reason and not just because of genetic mutation.

Only reason it's Elecmon (Purple) for me is because seemingly Bandai had printed a card for it but I don't think it has ever appeared in any other medium so for people that disregard TCG as a source it doesn't even exist and it even normally just digivolves the way normal elecmon would.

Is it possible that in this AU, especially considering the Digimon will cease to be data and become concrete organisms, that similar color shifts can occur in other Digimon? I'm not suggesting anything like a complete color invert, but instead slight changes based off of Digimon within their evolution line.

An interesting thought. I don't weigh too much on that but I think that we could still go with Digimon being data in RW (Like tamers)

If not earlier I should be getting a character (at least mostly) thought out on the weekend.

Just on the side, I'm probably not at my most active as there's a damn catch up for Christmas that I have to deal with that puts me both under stress and takes away my time.

@Windicator In reality, art terms aren't very hard to understand if you're really trying, so i can understand what you mean when you say Secondary Colors (the term Secondary Colors actually means to mix two Primary Colors, just so you know)
Accent is a better term in general to use when referring to the side colors, bringing the original color a new blend with side colors.
Yellow and darker colors like Purple, Black, and Dark Grey work fine, as long as you can mix them appealingly.

Thank you, I've never really described a color scheme but for that matter I'll probably look into it on the holidays (maybe even start to practice drawing something other than the kuramon).

On a side note about Evolution, i will state that there is a basic ruling as to defeat and reverting
If a Champion Digimon is defeated, they revert back to their Rookie form.
If a Ultimate Digimon is defeated, they revert back to their InTraining form,
and as followed, if a Mega Digimon is defeated, they revert back to their Fresh form.
This can fluctuate as the power of the Digimon increase over time, but as it stands this is the set rules when it comes to being defeated.

Just to try and grasp the wight of that rule, what would reverting to fresh mean in terms of game (Ex, Downtime, possible work needed to climb back. other possible effects?) for that matter and just curious when we are discussing evolutions. I believe we won't be able to stay at champion level when we jsut start but later when we've got ultimate/perfect for some time or maybe when we attain mega we could actually maintain Champion level as a "regular" form so that all the defeating rules apply but remove the need to revert to rookie out of exhaustion. (unless a battle drains some of that energy.)

I'm not agains mixi it up and as such what I'm going to say can either be taken as an insult or an offense and maybe even as stating the obvious but:

I would presume that for the sake of balance of the game Knightmon corresponding a Champion level digimon displays power akin to such.

As for character, I think He is starting to come together (at least in my mind) probably using yellow as main color, dark gray/ black as secondary and something like purple as accent (isn't that what it is? I was never really taught anything about colors in school). ( as far as for characters ) There are also other details but I think it's just shaping and as such rapidly changing.

I'll probably get back to ya'll later but if I won't get anything up during the day I'm very busy today till evening.

@sMoKe X-Antibody Digimon were exclusive to a movie that's pretty much a self contained existence in as of its self.
It just might be hard but if I understand it right, you mean that you would like to create your own Digimon(s) it just could be worth checking this out.

If indeed I was wrong, I'd say that @Cynthx's advice is solid on that usually digimon tend to stay rookie (especially early) but maybe you just had to get some browsing through The visual catalog

(RIP me, having an unforeseen lack of inspiration for a character. Worst case, I'll port the one from the other RP...(really don't want to do that.))

Digimon Roleplay Anyone?

Well it became barren.

(I was sure I posted this already along with some long piece of text...)
As far as it goes for my character, I'm not going to get around to drawing him myself (at least in the foreseeable future) so his a free one if someone feels like wanting to actually do one. I usually roll without pictures though (but that's just the lack of my artistic skill. My greatest feat is my Kuramon that I usually sport in my Profile Picture).

Of course of course. I think the Humans are important too, but not so important as to replace them with a Digimon (frontier cough cough)

Anyways, i'm actually re-evaluating my Digimon, i think i might go with Phascomon instead? Kiimon -> Yaamon -> Phascomon -> Wendigomon -> Mephismon -> Belphemon(RM)

as for first, it took me a while to understand (or misunderstand) your argument with the human importance in Digimon. If you meant that the humans are important but not enough to warrant getting rid of digimon partners, then I would have said "not so important as to replace the digimon with them" but that's just me getting confused over a few words.

As for Phascomon, I think it fits the line especially at the mega/perfect stage.

Also, while Assaultmon canonically (at least where it was introduced) usually is the prior form of Cannondramon I ran into something interesting. Brachimon looks a lot like it could be pre-evolution of Cannondramon (while able to digivolve to Cannondramon, it's a joggress one.) and by the theme that could be one agumon line with greymon as champ (I'll probably use one someday but I'll hold with my centaur theme here. Don't feel pressure to not use that line but just a heads up, it'd probably be wise to not overlap digimon in a single RP(Rookie/Child and up))

Hell, my posts keep getting longer but I'll just get this out of the way, is there any specific (probably won't matter much anyway) setting for the RW or something specific in your rendition of DW?

Mecha Instinct: Infection

T'm atm fencing on this somewhat on the mecha side but it would really create an interesting RP to go as kaiju. I'll probably end up with something with most all in agility/ mobility or just some heavy thing probably with OVER THE TOP CANNON (that would probably be more for showing off and bosating as OHK cannon would have to have a HUGE drawback anyway) on some mecha with dinosaur inspiration (if not motif).

I'll probably get around to having a char (at least a base for one) done Soon^TM
Just hoping I won't forget though.
