Sure, it theoretically makes no difference as to who makes it (If you can add/ remove Co-GMs, that might be the only ground for using
@tobiax as the main GM)
As to "Set it up" is kind of a loose term and I'd stand with Tobi on that as You (
@Iatos) are the one who will in the end have to set up the story. The rules have been posted, the CS is out (if it's not updated). I don't see switching the GM mid RP is a viable option alog the way though as it's better to just get a different thread for that.
To that end, if it comes to neither of you wanting to make it I'd just have to make one and Co-GM you both (though for that matter
@tobiax would probably stand better as an equal with players without that)
The relevant goal for this is to try and work a story into being that is not affected by
@tobiax (in an authoritative position) as a kind of stress test for the tool (rules)
For that matter, it's still good to talk things out if something might still come from that.
