The solution I see is Tobiax would probably send the base CS. I'll cut down the work for that if it's the same as in the first one. Otherwise, The GM should make the Thread but the creator should provide the resources (are they not available otherwise)

Well I'm just a Dm in this. The Ooc is not my Order of business. Because I don't have any CSes from the creator to work with its difficult to make the Ooc.

My personal suggestion would be for Tobiax to create the OOC post anyways as the creator of the tabletop game, and promptly make Iatos co-GM. I don't see how splitting the responsibilities 50-50 would do more harm than good. Tobiax can handle the system, Iato the other story.

Well, I can still give inputs. And it will be easier doing so if I see how you set it up first.
