I think not, but dragons have descendants (It seems). They are the dragonkin. It appears that the head of a dragon appears in fotian coin and the descendant on the other side of the coin. That's all the clue I've got.

Phoenix Down cane from Final Fantasy. I dunno how it works but. BUT. Maaaybe you gotta place the feather on the dead body? Just confuses me on why final fabtasy characters die when phoenix down can revive them. Like Minwu.
