Bio

Hey there, I'm Wolvena!
So, after being away from the roleplay world for a while, I'm ready to jump back in. I don't do many 1 on 1's because I tend to struggle to keep it going after a little bit. I normally go with group rps on the smaller side, just because I tend to get a bit lost in larger ones. My go-to genres are animal(mostly wolves), anime, sci-fi, and fantasy, though I'm always up to give something new a try.

Location: Texas
Addictions: Minty chocolate, Wolves, Supernatural Tv Show, Anime
Favorite Quotes:
Even if you think you're alone, even if you think
there's no one else to listen to you. You're not alone.

You are Not making mistakes,
you are Not losing.
You are either Winning or Learning!

Esme Stirling

Esme sat there with her face still in her hands as she listened to Natalia tell her to ignore Mika and then explain how it was between Dean and Mika. Natalia’s words didn’t really make her feel all that better. She was beginning to feel sick to her stomach as she listened. Esme didn’t look up from her hands until Natalia had finished talking. She really had no words to reply to Natalia with about what she had just told her. Her mind had gone completely blank.

She knew she wasn’t the only one to give Dean something. That wasn’t news to her. It was just something she had done to show her gratitude for his help and friendship. She looked away from Natalia and ran her hands through her hair. “This might be anything new for them, but I don’t want to be the cause of tension between them.” she told her. “Maybe it was a mistake for me to come here.” she said, mostly to herself as she took to her feet.

“Even if I wanted to see if he was truly back from the dead…….. Maybe I would have been better off not knowing the truth and continuing things on my own.” she continued, still mostly to herself. She was now getting a headache and the feeling that everything was closing in on her. “I…..I need some air.” She needed to think about things, but her mind had become muddled. She rushed to the door, opened it and dashed out, letting it close behind her.

Her breath caught in her throat when she saw Dean and Mika were talking in the hall. “Hellfire!” she muttered. Esme then walked past them as quickly as she could, not making eye contact, to get to the stairs and outside.

Esme couldn’t help smiling when Dean kissed the top of her head again before he pulled away. As he did, she released him, letting her arms fall to her side. She watched as he lifted his arm and pulled his sleeve down to reveal the wire bracelet on his wrist. Her smile grew when she saw it. “Who would have thought…..” she said with a laugh before Mika stormed in, cutting her off.

She jumped in surprise just as Dean pushed her behind him protectively and kept a hand on her back, which she wasn’t expecting. It was a strange feeling having someone protect her from another. She couldn’t see Mika from behind Dean, but she could hear the rage in her tone, which caused her to wince. Notches? She thought. Her eyes widened as she realized what she was getting at.

She thinks Dean and I…… she trailed off in her thought. She was about to speak out, but Dean had tried talking to Mika before she could. She winced again as he stammered as Mika screamed at him. She remembered earlier how Mika stuck close to Dean and seemed to calm him when no one else could. She had thought little of it at the time, but now she couldn’t deny it.

There was definitely something between them and she had apparently stirred up some jealousy in Mika. She felt terrible now. She didn’t want to come between anyone and mess anything up between them. That was the last thing she wanted. She took in a breath when Mika stormed off. She hadn’t realized she had been holding her breath. When Dean turned to face her, her face and eyes held a soft look.

“It’s alright. Go after her.” she told him softly. Esme’s eyes closed when he kissed her forehead, then opened as he ran for the door. She flinched just as he did when the door slammed in face. Once he was out the door, she walked over to a chair, wiping the tears from her cheeks as she went, before she sat down. She placed her elbows on her knees, then put her face in her hands and sighed heavily. She now wondered if she should stay or leave. Would her being there put too much stress on things?
Man, what has Esme gotten herself into? lol
I have to agree with the trio dynamic.
I can see the tension between Esme and Mika lingering for a little while.
Oh boy, is she ticked! lol
No time to even explain before she stormed out the door. lol
@AnnaBeth
Thanks for the heads up. I hope things go well.

Esme tried to collect herself as she waited for Dean to say something, but her thoughts had drifted too far into her lost family members. Yes, a good amount of time had passed, but it still hurt terribly. She fought the tears that threatened to fall from her eyes. She hated showing weakness and this side of herself. Dean’s hushed voice brought her back to the present, but she hesitated at his words.

She could see that she touched on something that both made them emotional, but wondered if something else was there. She didn’t have the chance to finish her thought, because he suddenly pulled her into a hug, causing a gasp to escape her lips and drop her phone. After the initial surprise wore off, Esme almost collapsed into his embrace.

She wrapped her arms around him, hugging him tight, then rested her head against his chest as he placed his hand on the back of her head. Then his words broke her. She lost her hold on the tears she was holding back. It was as if his gentleness, soft words, and her sleep deprivation had broken open the floodgates of her bottled emotions.

His words echoed in her mind, and she could still feel the kiss on her head, which brought a smile to her lips and made her relax. “I couldn't ask for more.” she whispered in response. Esme hadn’t noticed that they had moved beyond the wall and were now within eyesight of the other women. She was looking in the opposite direction, seeing nothing but a wall and Dean’s arm.

“Do you still have it?” she asked after a moment of silence. She was genuinely curious to know if he still had what she had given him before they parted ways. If not, it was alright, it wouldn’t upset her. What really mattered to her out of everything was that he still remembered her and had accepted her into their group.
@AnnaBeth
I know. I just don't like making short posts. lol
Kinda makes me feel like I'm not making an effort.
@AnnaBeth
I’m going to work on a post here in a bit.
Hopefully, I don’t make it too short of a post. ^_^
Oooo, what a post to come back to after grocery shopping.
I absolutely love it!
I think this is exciting me way too much to see Mika’s reaction. Lol

Esme listened to what Dean had to say, glad he wasn’t there to attack or make assumptions. She then gave a small nod to the first half of his words. She too thought it was odd that she met up with his sister and ended up following her here. A small smile returned to her lips as he spoke about how he believed her, and she was the most normal thing in the room on this weird day.

She felt the urge to hug him at those words, but she fought it. When he seemed to go into thought, she looked into his hypnotizing green eyes, trying to figure out where his thoughts had gone. She soon found out as he spoke. Her smile faded once again at his words. They hit her hard. “You did?” she said in almost a whisper. Her gaze dropped to the floor, and she slid back along the wall to put a bit of space between them.

He really tried? She thought as she slid back into a corner. She closed her eyes for a moment, then pulled out her phone and scrolled through her contacts, stopping on Dean's name. She sighed heavily as she looked at it, then fixed the problem, gripping the phone tightly as she let her arm drop. After she had never heard from him, she made herself think he had just told her what she wanted to hear, that in the end he didn’t really like her and had faked it.

Now she felt terrible for letting herself think of such things. “I had no idea.” she finally got out after a moment. Esme made herself look back up at him, her blue eyes meeting his green. Her eyes held sorrow for never returning his call and making him think she didn’t want to be found. “When I didn’t hear from you, I thought you didn’t want to hear from me.” she admitted.

“But it seems that my overprotective father had gotten ahold of my phone and blocked you from calling me.” She closed her eyes again and sighed heavily, an image of her father sneaking into her room and doing as she said played behind her closed lids. “I’m so sorry, Dean. I never meant for it to seem that way.” she apologized as she opened her eyes and looked at him once more.

“To be honest, I often thought about calling you, but would eventually talk myself out of it.” she told him. “Then after my parents and most of my family were………” she trailed off, her body tensing up and tears coming to her eyes. “I could have really used someone to talk to then......but I talked myself out of it again. Still thinking you didn’t want to hear from me.”
