Name: Jade Coy "The Scepter"
Age: 22
Gender: Female

Appearance: Jade is an average height of about 5'5" with black hair that falls just below her hips, usually kept up to not get in her way. Her skin is fair and she has deep blue eyes that seem to never be touched by her smile. She's a fairly thin woman but what she lacks in muscle and weight, she makes up for in speed and flexibility.

Kingdom: Water

Persona: Not quite as happy as she once was, Jade makes all attempts at showing no sign of sadness around those who she claims are her friends. She keeps a calm demeanor at, nearly, all times and can come off as if she's attempting to be stoic; although that's not the case. Jade likes to analyze things before she tackles them and tries to keep her head in the game as much as possible, but it can get quite difficult when someone has found a way to anger her.

Post Example

The sound of waves crashing against land, or something hard and concrete had always calmed Jade. Even in the most stressful times of her life. She often snuck out or simply disappeared in midday to come down to where the rocks jutted out, just beyond the trees next to the falls.

It was her refuge. Only those whom she deemed worthy in all aspects knew about her refuge, and she made sure that the amount of those worthy people stayed small.

Here she could toy with the water, test her limits, and think about her past. She would sit and close her eyes most of the times, letting herself get carried away by the voices in her head. All the screaming. It was the only thing that kept her from forgetting her roots; where she truly came from and who were family was.

As if the scepter wasn't enough.

'Jade?!"

Her blue eyes flickered to life as she was sucked back into reality at the sound of her voice being called out. With a long and forlorn sigh, Jade mustered the will to get up to her feet and begin to go back to her daily routine. Before heading back, her eyes scanned the waters' surface once more. It called out to her yet she resisted temptation. Instead, the young woman turned and sprinted towards a tree, climbing it with ease to get herself close to the brick wall and jump over so that she could re-join those who had come looking for her.

Equipment: A rather tall scepter, about a foot taller than she is. It is made of pearl and atop, there is a blue, crystal sphere. She has found it more than useful, along with her family, seeing that it controls any water that is within range of it. It has been passed down for generations. On either side of Jade's hips rest dual wield blades that have managed to keep her alive through her adventures.

Ability/Magic/Technology: Jade posses the ability to conjure and gather every water molecule that she is able to sense, whether it be from someone's sweat, plant perspiration, or puddles near by. With enough stamina and concentration, the woman can form from a small sphere of water the size of a soccer ball, to a sphere that could engulf a grown adult and completely drown them within. This is only used if, by some chance, Jade has lost her scepter and her blades.
It was all Cal's doing!
Athena sighed of relief as she trees around the car she rode in began to thin out. It had been countless hours of driving to get to the academy but it was always worth it when she got an eyeful of the campus. The girl stretched out on the passenger side of the car and turned to look at her mother as they pulled into the drive way. "Thank you. I'll make sure to either write or call..... If I'm not too busy." Athena grinned at her mother, and once the car was parked in front of the main doors, she reached over to hug her before giving her a kiss on the cheek and grabbing her stuff.

Like every year, Athena waved as the car drove off and was safely out of sight. She always liked knowing that her mom was at least safely out of the school grounds for some reason.

The young woman turned on her heels and made her way inside, giving the headmistress and glance but not returning the greeting. The lady gave off a strange vibe ever since she could remember. "Thanks," was all Athena muttered before making her way to the gym.

Naturally, she was interested in seeing what the new faces looked like but unfortunately for her, she had gotten there just a tad too late and the student body had already dispersed. Following the same routine, Athena walked over and grabbed her packet before looking through it. She practically beamed as she saw dance twice on her schedule. No other class really mattered to her except for dance. "Yes!" The girl wanted to jump around and clap her hands but she kept her calm as she focused on making her way to her new dorm. It was unfortunate she wouldn't be able to have her old roommate, Aubrey Collard, another officer from the dance team. She had hit the jackpot last year with her teachers and her roommate. Hopefully this year would be the same. "Floor two, room one.... Zaylin Devonshire? Oh.... A new name..... A freshman? A new kid?"

The girl's brow furrowed as she tried to match a face with the name while she walked up the stairs, ignoring those around her. It was a good thing too; Every year, without fail on the first day of school, many of the freshmen or new faces would fall under the spell of her ability. It was annoying to say the least. Not because of the blank looks or the amount of people that would be affected, but because she hated that she wasn't normal like everyone else. She wanted to draw attention because of who she was, not because of some freakish ability.

Athena finally looked up when she was at the door. It was already ajar so that made her feel a bit better because she did not have to be in suspense. She cleared her throat and looked down to make sure she looked presentable before opening the door and walking in, her eyes scanning the room. They stopped once they found her new 'roomie', dressed in all black. For a second, Athena wanted to laugh to ask if it was a joke but she bit her tongue and decided to only make any sort of judgement after she had properly introduced herself and the other girl had introduced herself as well.

"Hello!" Athena entered the room slowly with a small wave, but a grin on her face nonetheless. "I'm Athena.... Your roommate." 'Please don't give me a blank stare, please don't give me a blank stare, please respond, please say something.'

Scarlett - Plaza - Tyler/Floyd/Jess/Tremblay Community

Tears came rushing down Scarlett's face as Tyler pulled her in for a hug. She wanted to keep the man in that embrace and disappear so that no one could hurt him anymore. She sobbed quietly as she buried her face into his neck, listening to the barely audible words that he whispered in her ear. 'Sympathize?' The word circled in Scarlett's mind as she tried to make sense of what it meant. What could Tremblay say that was so bad?

As if on cue, the man himself began to list the crimes that Tyler had committed. Scarlett's sobs ceased but the tears still streamed down her face as she began to look up at Tremblay, shaking her head at after every word the man spoke. "No.... No." She merely mouthed the words, too appalled and in shock to speak any louder. 'Why is he saying this about Tyler? This is too detailed to be made up..... What if he's lying?' Scarlett acted as if she had just asked the question out loud, backing away from Tyler before turning to look at him. "Is it true?" She lifted her hand to hold the man's face up and once she spoke, her tone had changed completely. "Tyler..... Is what this man is saying true?" She couldn't hide the sound of disgust and slight anger in voice. She spoke louder now, a bit of confidence in her words. If what Tremblay said was the truth, Scarlett wouldn't bare to look at the man in eye anymore. The same people that abducted her and her sister might have been the same people working for him..... but if Tremblay was lying, what could she do? What about the community that he apparently try to send to chaos? Scarlett looked up to see Tremblay looking at Matt, an old rage forming inside of her that had formed when Katie's rib was broken. "You want your people to believe you, yet you have your men go around and hurt innocent children? You go out and send your pretty little Matt to go out and break little girls' ribs?" She had no real purpose for making the statement, but it served well to shut him up and the rest of the people that had now formed their own little side conversations about Tyler. Now she could have the floor to herself. She wanted the truth.

The woman had many questions that needed answering but she managed to not let her rage get in the way and stuck to the main point, "Did you rape all of those women?" Scarlett was now on her feet, glaring at anyone who tried to make a move towards her. She wished people would speak up and say it was all a lie. That these people Tremblay said that were in the crowd denied the accusations and riot against the absurdity.
These are some really, really good looking posts. I'm slightly nervous to post now haha.
I'll update my CS with the schedule and such either when I get a free period, or when I get home today from work! I'll also be posting in the ic.

Scarlett - Plaza - Floyd/Jess/Tremblay Community

Reluctantly, after being with Katie for several days helping her and tending to her wound, Scarlett had left the young child's side to attend some type of a speech that the Tremblay man had wanted to give the community. According to KK, it was something important, although she really never specified. Still, the woman assured her that Katie would be fine with the other children, allowing Scarlett the slightest peace of mind.

Amongst the many people, Scarlett felt awkward and out of place. There was still a lot of anger and fear in her but it had died down a bit since the first day they had arrived. Seeing that people were tending to her and Tyler's daughter had helped her calm down, but the anxiety of not knowing what had happened to Tyler never ceased. The young, blonde, woman hugged herself as she peered around, studying everyones faces. The sound of Tremblay's voice was what snapped Scarlett out of her paranoid state and forced her to look up.

The man spoke of someone named Richard, which quite frankly, meant nothing to Scarlett. She had came hoping for something of importance and yet here this man was, rambling about some sort of threat to him and this community. At least that's what she thought. It wasn't until Tremblay gestured to some buildings that Scarlett had actually began to pay attention. It was as if she already knew what was coming but she would have never been able to mentally prepared herself. The shock of seeing Tyler being dragged by the two men left her frozen, mouth agape, and eyes wide. She couldn't find it in her to form words nor to blink her eyes. As the men walked over with Tyler to the front of the group, Scarlett found herself moving forward. Her body seemed to have been working on its own accord and her brain was having to play catch up. She pushed past several people before she was at a full out run, soon forcefully shoving people out of her way.

"Tyler!?" Scarlett finally found her voice after having maneuvered her way around a guard, shouting at him 'don't fucking touch me' and ran past them to drop down to her knees in front of Tyler. She had felt many eyes on her but the ones that caused her to look up were Tremblay's. She glared intensely at him for a brief moment before looking back down at Tyler and reaching up, hesitating to touch him. "I'm so sorry.... Oh my god I'm so sorry." She wanted to reach out and hug him, or to place her hands on each side of his face and just hold him there, but she just merely knelt in front of him with her hands up to him but not touching him. "Katie..... Katie's safe." Her voice was a quiet whisper as she answered a silent question that she knew he would ask if given the chance. She didn't know what to do. Once again, the woman was stuck in a difficult spot. She did not want to make empty promises that she would get him out of there alive, nor that she would get revenge for him because that would ultimately lead to her death.

Recalling Tremblay's last bit of his speech, Scarlett looked at Tyler, making sure to lock eye contact with him. She had wanted to believe that his past would not be something that mattered to her. That it would be something that had happened and that he was going to leave behind him so that he could be a better father like he had told her, and she would not pry. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but after seeing how many times his past had come back to their small group, it left Scarlett with many unanswered questions. "Tyler.... Why do these men want you dead? What did you do?"
