My Roleplay Plot
You are an adult peasant, dwelling on the outskirts of your hometown. You've inherited everything from your late parents-- from the ramshackle cottage to the family locket, which you treasure dearly. But desperate times call for desperate measures, and you must reluctantly sell the locket one day. You succeed in this, but you are given a leather pouch full of "magical beans" instead of money. Still hoping for the best, you plant these beans in the front yard and go to bed. When you awake the next morning, you find that your attic bedroom is dimmer than usual... and the window curtains are closed, so that's saying something! You open the curtains and see a ginormous beanstalk, situated where you planted the beans last night. You rush downstairs, slipping on your regular clothes, and you soon reach the beanstalk outside. You decide to climb it, and when you do, you find an entire land above the clouds. Fantasy, fairy-tales, nursery rhymes, and fables galore! Your world is normal, so all of this is new to you. Will you find your happily ever after here, or will you find a grim end instead?

I know this is a casual interest check, but I'd like you to use at least one full sentence while roleplaying. Please use proper grammar and don't use ordinary one-liners. Second, only sign up for this if you're going to be active. I can be impatient and I don't want to get upset at you, so if you're not very active, it's best you stay away from this post. Third, if you are uncomfortable with something or don't agree with something, please let me know. But be warned that I might not listen to you if it must happen in the story, so if that does happen, I'm very sorry. But that is unlikely since this roleplay is going to be safe.
Okay, I don't really know how this works. So if you're interested, just do what you do if you're interested in a roleplay here. Also, the roleplay is medieval but with modern features. I know that doesn't make sense, but I think it's funny to casually have a cellphone in the age of knights and castles.
