Odo will do normal Odo-things. Stalk all villains while whining about how lame humanoids are.
I have no clue what any of these references are...The only thing I've understood is the Elder Scrolls reference.

GM, do we need more characters and/or more members to start?

Well yeah they are, but the Altmers of the Aldmeri Dominion is a collective group of racists that hates humans and forbade Talos Worshipping! Those ignorant freaks!

The Dominion only forbade Talos worshipping because they knew it would cause problems among the Nords, who make up the huge majority of the Empire's military. It was a cunning strategy to determine a sure victory in the next (inevitable) war. I doubt the Altmer care at all about what humans worship, since I'll admit, they believe themselves to be above all humans. But that's just the Altmer...Well, and the Falmer, but I hate the evolved Falmer too. The ancient Snow Elves were awesome. And Yagrum Bagarn, although grossly obese from Corpus, is awesome too.

Aww, not a Werewolf? Well at least you're not a Altmer...or any other Mers

What's wrong with the Mers? Bosmer, Altmer, Chimer, Dunmer, Orsimer, Dwemer...They're cool!
With my guy, yes it would. Being a shapeshifter does not grant automatic resistance to radiation/heat/shockwaves/everything else that makes up a nuclear explosion.
It sounds to me like he can do basically anything to any matter. (minus living) Changing matter on an atomic level? That can easily create a nuclear bomb.
That's okay. What do you think, now that it's daytime?
Replicating abilities? Well...I don't know about that. As far as I've gone in the series, Odo hasn't shifted into one of the species with unusual abilities. As a bird he can fly, as a plant he can photosynthesize, but I'm not sure about telepathy or summoning giant soul-scythes. I didn't plan on doing that. If I had to give an answer, I'd say it all depends on how well he can shift into that creature. If there's a plant that reacts to magic (for example, the trees in The Amber Spyglass that pollinate through Dust) I think it wouldn't be too hard, but shifting into the telepathic Betazoids...no.
Anything smaller or the same size as him. Various humanoid species, rocks, plants, birds, insects, clothes, his combadge, beakers, food...Like I said in the form, simpler things are easier, and sometimes he's so good with them, a DNA scan will show the creature he's mimicking and not his own DNA. But humanoids are hard to perfectly mimic, as evidenced by his lack of eyebrows, lips, and halfway complete ears.

EDIT: don't expect him to shift into a Triceratops or something. At least...not a full-grown Triceratops. A really tiny, weird-looking one. :P
Name: Odo

Age: Unknown. Discovered year 2337, possibly as an "infant" at the time. I'm currently at Season 3, year 2371. Humanoid form resembles an adult, maybe 30-40 years of age.

Gender: Gender is male. I'm not sure if the sex is also male.

Appearance: Odo likes to take the shape of a human, but he has problems constructing a realistic human face. He mimics the Chief of Security Starfleet Uniform--those aren't actual clothes. He also forms a working com-badge.Odo smiling Close-up of face.
Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon

Universe of Origin: Star Trek, specifically the Deep Space 9 series

Personality:

Abilities/Weapons: Being a Changeling, he can shapeshift into anything living and non-living. Rocks, plants, humanoids, etc; with enough practice and will, he can create a realistic copy. However, his attempt at a humanoid face shows that shapeshifting is really hard work. Rocks and simple lifeforms are easier. Odo is a rare Changeling, in that he never took part in "The Great Link", the joining of all Changelings in their natural liquid state. As such, assuming a form for more than 16 hours hurts, and he has to "rest" in "his pail" (a futuristic-looking bucket with a small hole in the top, so that he can get in, but no one can see him. He's ashamed of his natural state.) and regain his energy. Where he gets this energy is unknown; he doesn't need to eat, sleep, drink, or create waste. Odo carries a standard-issue Starfleet phaser, a gun which can be set to varying levels of force; most notably "stun" and "kill.".

Backstory:

Faction: USSA

Other: Odo's bucket with a plant in it
