secondly, Chidori isn't a Sharingan only technique. Kakashi developed it in Kakashi Gaiden. Plus, I'm a lightning specialist so... it might seem too powerful, granted, but it's accessible to my character in long term.

Moot point nonetheless as I will concede my space if the player above me can't get in.

Gian - Rank B: K' exetends his katana point-forward and emits lightning in the shape of a beam from the tip, using his katana as a conducting rod. The spear of lightning pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock.
Raigan - Rank D: K' charges his eyes with lightning chakra to enhance his visibility field. This allows him, specifically, to see in the dark, even within pitch black.
Storm Release (嵐遁, Ranton; Viz "Gale Style" or "Storm Style") is an advanced nature kekkei genkai made up of techniques that combine lightning and water-based chakra to create energy beams that can be guided towards the enemy.
Ranshō-ha - Rank D: K' releases a surge of lightning chakra at the body of his target to disrupt the flow of electrical signals from their brain to their body for a full two seconds. During this time, K himself is stunned, meaning both he and the target become free to move at the same time.

Personality: K' behaves and speaks facetiously. It's not an actual character trait - he's very mindful of manners and typical social norms, he just chooses no to stifle his opinion by them. It goes without saying that he has a verbal response for any situation and is much more likely to express himself vocally than by any non-verbal communication. K' has an eye for subtleties and is very comfortable in his own space and skin, meaning he isn't deterred by awkward silences or strange personality ticks in other people that most might be.
History: K' was born as one of the new era's inter-village babies. His mother was a Konoichi from Kumogakure who married an ambassador from Konoha and travelled back to the hidden leaf to live with him. I didn't state how much damage the attacks actually do deliberately, just to stay away from actually overpowering. It's like in paper mario that you could use bombette to explode and it wouldn't necessarily do a lot of damage even though it's an explosion etc.

Basically, Vergil's moves look flashy, but not necessarily damaging.

V - Vergil will make a shell spin, but let the kendo stick poke out of his shell to bat and ward off attacks while he moves.

Vergilance - Vergil will throw his boomerang at his target. It will spin so fast that it will conjure up a small whirlwind while travelling. When the boomerang hits the target, they will get thrust up into the air by the suction of the whirlwind. This attack will travel forwards and then return, requiring it to be dodged twice.

Vergilante -Vergil will pounce up and smash his hammer into the target. Vergil will hit them with so much 'hammer force' that the target will temporally get planted into the ground. If Vergil is hitting the ground, he can cause a fracture in the surface and cause a part of the ground to avalanche or break away.

Maximum Vergil - Vergil will launch himself at the target with a full tackle in mind will spinning. As he spins he will hit the enemy with each of his three tools (Hammer, Boomerang, Kendo stick). This is Vergil's "Ultimate Attack". After successfully hitting a target with this, there is a moment of time, about 5-10 seconds in which a random Guqin Zither solo will play as both Vergil and his target are standing ten feet apart with Vergil in a 'post-move' post

Brief background history: Vergil is a rebel to the Bowser Kingdom. He defected long ago when his dad fought with the Mario bros to defend one of Bowsers many airships. After being defeated and being spared by the brothers, Vergil's Dad was fired by the Bowser Empire and then jailed as a traitor for not completed his mission. Wanted to free his dad and all the other political prisoners of the Bowser Kingdom, Vergil went rogue, relinquishing his usual Hammer Bros. gear and donning a blue neckscarf spreading 'propaganda' throughout the Kingdom pertaining to the personal bad habits of Bowser and his family to try and incite the people to overthrow him.

I didn't say date either. Just the word romance. I didn't mean anything to come of it more than an appreciation of kindred spirits. It's not as if Xero would function in flirting anyway.I am eager to post but I am feeling a little overwhelmed by the posts thus far. They all cover so much and the timing of certain things is difficult to pick up on and register. I was going to do a less pro-active and more reactive post of Xero finding Mr Ziggy and returning him with discretion to Kenpachi Ueru... but I can't even tell if that is possible. I won't even pretend I've read all the posts, but they all are starting their own plot points in someway shape or form and I can already see myself forgetting and missing some as I post.

So yeah, even by your own words interaction with GM characters outside of being a part of the tournament still needed collaboration so... I'm not sure how that could be interpreted as complete RP freedom.

I understand it's supposed to be a mean of drawing everyone into the same place but I think the problem is:

It didn't work. There's red tape around the GM characters regarding when and who you can interact with due to the requirement of collabs and etc.

Which is why LimeyPanda is getting restless.
