I like the concept, but wouldn't a seperate Character Sheet be necessary for the other boy? Or better yet you could have him die and be a dual wielder. Just a suggestion, also how does he get to Twilight Town? That's where everyone is after all.

The other boy is someone else's character. They haven't made it yet but they're working on it. If they fall through then I'll change my character to reflect that.
Name: Rekuzan 0 (Zero)
Age: 25
Species: Human
Appearance:

Keyblade: Falchion

Keyblade powers: Falchion imbues the wielder with 2 primary powers connected to voids. The first is to teleport across distances instantly by using a wormhole-type void. The further the distance the wielder attempts to warp, the longer it takes the wormhole to fully manifest for use.
Secondly, Falchion allows the use to create void shadows. These clones mimic the wielders movements as opposed to acting on their own.
Heart type: Heart of Wise
Spells: Aero, Thunder, Silence
Bio: Zero was born into a gang of thieves within Agrabah. From what he could infer, he was born by a woman of the night and one of the gang members. That's all he ever knew or was told about his beginnings. The prostitute didn't want a child interrupting her affairs, neither did she have any particular inkling as to which particular member of the gang was the one to impregnate her due to her popularity with it's members. "Rekuzan" was the name of the whorehouse he was born into. The last name Zero was given later on in life by his first and only friend. All Zero was ever taught was the value of loyalty beyond all else. Not to question for oneself, not to think for oneself, but all that one does is for the gang. With no true family or any other concept of unconditional love, Zero conformed into a man who became afraid to voice his own opinion or thoughts in fear of losing favour and interest in his superiors. This changed when the leader had a son of his own who appealed to Zero because of their similar age.

The leader of the gang noticed the camaraderie that his soon expressed to Zero and gave Zero the command to being his son's body guard. Zero put everything he had into doing so. He learned the ways of the sword, he trained tireless and religiously while those around him indulged and experienced the fruits of the business; money, power, women. It was inevitable that he would rise above the mire. His unquestioning loyalty and diligence towards the son won over his boss, who went from simply seeing value in Zero to genuinely having faith in him when he would go one step beyond the other members to protect him.

When Zero was ___ years old, the gang was set upon by a rival militia who only went by then name "The 40 Thieves". Zero aligned with the higher ranking members of the gang to protect the leader and his son, but was soon ordered to make sure the son could escape while the others protected the leader. They were fought into a corner. The son insisted that Zero save himself rather that stay to die with him as the battler brought Zero to a point of being gravely wounded. Something within Zero erupted. His sword, formerly a nameless sabre, absorbed the blood that Zero was bleeding onto it from the hilt and transformed in his hand into a keyblade. The powers it imbue him with were enough to fight back, but Zero could only fight so long before the blood loss caught up to him.

When Zero awoke, he realized he had been saved by the leader's son, who in turn manifested his own keyblade to save Zero while he was unconscious. They soon realised that they were the last of the gang to live the onslaught and didn't have the power at the time to avenge their fallen family and comrades. For Zero, he simply switched his allegiance from father to son, committing himself to being his sworn sword and bodyguard.

...And my characteR?
@Xan the G Okay so as Phobos said. Basically your character is a seated Shinigami which can master up to one area (learn all or most skills in the area) and be expert in another while the other two fall to a more intermediate level.

So basically from what I see your character is a Master level in Zanjutsu and is either likely going to be an expert in Hakuda or Kido and then a practitioner in Hoho. or to make it simpler for you

Master = Captain level of skill

Expert = Lieutenant level of skill

Practitioner = Seated level of skill

Unseated = Unseated level of skill xD

So your character is allowed to be Captain level of skill in one area, Lieutenant level of skill in another and then a practitioner in the other two. If that makes sense...I hope it does...I'm usually terrible at explaining things

That makes perfect sense.

Now I've finished my application.
Is "master level" skills beyond that of Captain level skills that are listed? Because if I understand correctly, I am able to write in all skills that are seated level as of right now, and add in all the Zanjutsu skills because I have a mastery in it.
So, my obvious question is, how many skill points does a seated shinigami start of with? It bugs me that the only thing I couldn't competently write in my character sheet was the skills&mastery section.

Some time after the group dispersed, Nicolas received a knock on his door. It was soft and cavalier. Nicolas, who had busied himself with research books he had taken from the library adjusted his glasses revolved his head to glance at the door. There was no second attempt at the door, but with the near silence in the room, Nicolas couldn't imagined he had mistaken anything for a knock. He got up and walked to the door, looking through the peephole, but couldn't see a face. The person on the other side was standing too close to see anything beyond the neck. Nicolas opened the door and stepped back. On the other side of the door a dark skinned young man nodded flatly to Nicolas and began to whistle to himself nonchalantly. The young man was carrying a duffel as well as a backpack. He put the duffel bag down on the free bed and began taking out affairs towards a bedroom - covers, nightwear etc. His behavior seemed to lack any and all affectations for a man that had yet to introduce himself or even meet with Nicolas before. In fact, his behaviour was so unapologetically crass and presumptuous Nicolas had to question whether or not he was the one with the problem.

"Er- excuse me, but this room belongs to me." explained Nicolas.

"Oh that's fine. I don't want the room. I just need the bed." replied the young man obnoxiously.

"No I mean- I'm sorry, who are you?" asked Nicolas, now rethinking what information was most important to ascertain.

"Trebeque. Marcus Trebeque." replied Marcus, still busying himself with his things and refusing to turn round to greet Nicolas properly.

"And you also here to take part in the exploration team?" asked Nicolas. Marcus took a breath before answering.

"Not really."

"You're a member of the HMS Swellow crew, then?"

"Nope" replied Marcus flippantly.

"Then who are yo-"

"You know," began Marcus, turning round to face Nicolas. His face was full of scrutiny and suspicion towards Nicolas, which was ironic considering the progression of their conversation. "You ask a lot of questions for a man who hasn't even given his first name," jabbed Marcus subtly.

"I did give my name - I introduced myself to the entire team!" replied Nicolas, a little high-strung with Marcus's accusatory tone. "My name is Nicolas Rion. I'm a cultural researcher. I am here to act as a guide. People know what I'm doing here." explained Nicolas. Marcus was silent for a moment.

"...Meh." replied Marcus eventually.

"Meh...?" parroted Nicolas.

"Yes. Meh." insisted Marcus. "You don't get brownie points for talking to people before hand. Just because they believed you doesn't mean you're telling the truth. For all I know, they could all be in on it."

"In on what?" inquired Nicolas.

"I don't know man," replied Marcus in a whimsically tone, rocking at the shoulders with his hands up. "I didn't find you suspicious 'til you started asking questions with suspicion. I was just like - oh hey there's some guy already in the room, that's cool. Probably best I just get on with my day - but you turned it into this whole drama about who I am and what I'm doing here. I am not the one who brought a crap load of suspicion into an already small, cramped room. Bad form Nick, bad form." critiqued Marcus.
Name: Marcus Trebeque

Age:26

Profession/Trade: Spy

Skills/traits: Marcus is well versed in recognizing behavioural patterns in wild pokemon and people and additionally knows how to turn behaviour, reactions and conversation into useful information. This means he has limited means of understanding expressions of wild pokemon, but he has also trained his own pokemon to communicate with similar species. Marcus has a forte in stealth and covert movements and procuring things in similar fashion and even making an escape. He earned his Criminal Psychology PhD and has been working as a spy for the last 5 years. It goes without saying that Marcus is an accredited expert in tactical, strategic operations and traps.

Due to the nature of Marcus's job, he has developed sideline skills suited to larceny. He know how to move with stealth through hostile or enemy territory. Marcus effectively know how to pull off a heist. Marcus is also very quick to decide when someone else becomes expendable without orders to do so. He is not beyond using others as bait.

However, Marcus's expertise only go as far as to address how to manipulate pokemon and people, and his actions naturally disassociate responsibility to the environment over the actions he might take for the safety of his crew or employer after they are gone. He doesn't spend time keeping and maintaining himself in the wild, so while he can control pokemon to a limited degree, he doesn't know how to survive amongst them. His skills with wild pokemon also do not translate over into competitive battling which pits his skills against another conspiring human mind.

Equipment: Burn/Poison/Sleep/Freeze/Paralysis heals, potions, escape ropes, fast balls, Chloroform&Napkin, binoculars.

Okay. I edited I used the strikeout tool to remove the two pokemon I won't be starting with. I'll just "un-strikeout" them when they appear in story.
