The apologetic tone in her voice started to dissipate. She looked over at Jen and Wes. "I am glad we had this conversation." She noded her head in the direction of the searchers. "I should go talk to them now." Kiiros and Veronica reappeared and Veronica went over to the others.

She was upset for a variety of reasons, Kiiros served only to fuel the flames (haha). She ran off because she realized how poorly she was dealing with the situation, her main issue was herself. Trying to make amends in hindsight of the situation does by no means equate to wanting to be friends be friends with Kiiros.

It is partly because she could tell Kiiros saw her and knew they would be (to her knowledge) unspottable by others, alowing for them to talk without interruption for the moment. Talking to Wes and Jen may have been better, but she would seldom get the chance for a private conversation with Kiiros outside of this instance.

Veronica let out a sigh and gave a chuckle. "You are clueless aren't you? It isn't that you said the wrong thing...just that you said it. At that moment, you saying that didn't help anyone." Her level of finesse while talking to Him was significantly lower than it would be with other people.

A small smile appeared as Kiiros struggled for words. His flustration was further proof of her earlier theory about his actions. "You do understand what happend to me right...right? Do you know why I reacted the way I did despite your intentions?" Having this conversation was harder than with someone who would understand, like Jen, but she still wanted to have this conversation.

The silent approach ended with Veronica making Kiiros invisible as well. "No one should be able to see either of us now. Look, I know you where trying to help and werent being an ass on purpose. I want to apologize for reacting so poorly." Her voice was low and soft with only a hint of storryness on her face.

I never said she appeared, I have a plan regarding that. And don't ask questions about her decision making at the moment, she still isn't in a super clear state of mind. Kiiros really didn't do much, she overreacted (slightly) and wants to atone for it.
