I like Asriel and and the little monster with no arms that keeps falling.
Rather she pulls out a single ear bud and offers a cold greeting.

"No, I am clearly ready for a conversation. Do go on."

I feel this on a spiritual level. Someone always wants to come talk to me when I am listening to music. They tap me on the shoulder and start talking even though they can clearly see my headphones still in my ears. Like jeez, wait for me to at least pull one out so I can hear before you start talking my ear off.

”Monsters that live inside my head at night are all right cause they can never compare to the ones that live outside.”

Body type: Willowy, slender, and petite. A "dancers" build.
Skin tone: Fair with a smattering of faint freckles over the bridge of her nose
Height: 3'6
Weight: 50 pounds
Hair style/color: Brown with golden highlights, it hangs in curls to her waist
Eye color: Crystal blue. Turns storm-cloud gray when she is angry
Description:Standing at 3'6, Lilia looks a lot younger than she actually is. She weighs in at a whooping 50 pounds and has a "dancers" build as her parents called it. Her limbs are willowy and slender, no baby fat from childhood to be found. Her skin is fair, almost pale with a smattering of freckles over the bridge of her nose. However, despite being so pale she doesn't burn easily, even if she's outside all day without sunscreen. Her hair hangs in curls to her waist, brown with a touch of golden highlights that shimmer if caught in the right light. A little long, but her mother just couldn't bare to cut them so Lilia learned to braid her hair away from her face so it didn't get in the way. Her eyes are a crystal blue, which she gets from her father with her mother having pale green eyes along with her brother. Her eyes turn storm-cloud gray when she is upset or angry.

Name: Lilia Colette Galton
Nickname: Lily
Age: 10 years old
Gender: Female

Personality: Lilia is always looking for the hint of good in even the worst of people and events, searching for ways to make things better. She is always trying to take care of the people around her but in doing so Lilia sometimes forgets to take care of herself as well. Normally, Lilia comes across as a little shy, emanating a calm and reserved aura. But given the right circumstances and Lilia's inner flame can shine through the shell she builds around herself. Lilia listens to her heart and her actions are ruled by her desire to lend a hand rather than what she would get out of the situation by helping. Her caring nature knows no bounds and she holds a place for everyone in her heart. When given the task of helping someone, she comes out of her shell and gives them a shoulder to lean on, an ear to talk to, and a voice to comfort them. Lilia is also open-minded and tries to look for the good things in life rather than focusing on the bad. When she puts her mind to it, Lilia can be a little ball of energy, especially surrounded by those she cares for. She is also not one for giving up until she's given it her all and even then she's very hard-pressed to quit. But life is a double-edged sword. At times her caring nature leads her to trouble with people who do not want to be helped and may show violence in resisting. There is also a possibility of someone exploiting her kind nature to manipulate her.

Background: Lily was born to a loving with two doting parents and an older brother that spoiled her rotten. She grew up in a two-story house right by a park, the same park where she learned to ride her first bike and fell off the swings trying to jump off. Their neighbors were fairly friendly, a little old lady on their left who was the blocks' resident cat lady. Many thought she was batty but Lily just thought she was lonely and so the child made it her goal to visit the kind woman every day after school. To the right of her house lived a couple who had lost their daughter when she was about Lily's age so they enjoyed when she visited them. Unfortunately, the universe has a nice way of flipping your world upside down.

On Lily's seventh birthday, her parents were in a fetal car crash, leaving her in the care of her brother. His current job wasn't able to sustain both of them so he got a job in the city over. He was gone from home most days but it paid the bills. Even so, Lilia quickly had to learn how to take care of herself, with the help of her neighbors of course. Lilia hadn't even been aware there was an outbreak at all. The day the plague hit her country, she came home to an empty house.

This was strange, her brother had today off. She found a hurried note on the counter from her brother stating he got called in suddenly, that it was an emergency and if she needed something she should head next door. She was slightly sad because she was really looking forward to dinner with her brother but she got over it like she always does and made herself a sandwich for dinner. She was just about to go say hi to the couple next door, maybe see if they wanted any of the cookies she had baked when, through the window she saw the husband start attacking the wife through their dining room window. Lilia's mind couldn't process what she was seeing. He...He was eating her. Frightened out of her mind, Lilia race upstairs to her bedroom. She could hear more people outside falling victim to the monsters but Lilia never made a peep so the monsters didn't know she was there.

Skills:
  • Flexible from ballet classes as a child
  • She's small so she isn't as easy to grab and she can fit into tiny places
  • Fairly quick on her feet with the speed to boot
  • Can be as quiet as a mouse

Motivation:
For the first three days after seeing what she saw, Lilia stayed holed up in the house, keeping quiet. However, she knew that the food wouldnt last. Plus, her brother had yet to return. Gathering what she could carry, Lilia decided she needed to be a big girl and go find him.

Other:
She has a fear of thunderstorms and heights.

Once Misses Cassidy was done Max's ears were ringing slightly. Max looked over in the seat next to him and saw a girl. "hello my names max what's your?" max said smiling. He always treats people he doesn't know nicely to get to know them.

Please don't take this the wrong way but..er...it states in the rules each IC post is supposed to be 5 sentences minimum.
Ciana & Trico

"You're making the Elder have heart palpitations. Would you please come down from there?"

A male voice that was not her own echoed through her mind, deep yet still holding tones of youth. Ciana glanced far down below, spying figures standing on a platform near one of the temple entrances. Trico was unmistakable, mighty form towering over the monks at his side. She could still see the blue tint of his eyes even from as high up as she was. The monks were jabbering to each other, pointing up at her before pointing up at Trico.

"They said if you refuse to come down, I'll have to come up there and get you."

Ciana groaned from her position of clinging to the many hand and foot-holds of the tower. Honestly, they treated her like she was made of glass. "But I wanted to see how high I could climb today. It's no fun using the light bridges and my wings. Besides, I'll get fat if I don't exert myself." She complained to her friend, feeling the beast heave a mental sigh. "Fine, I'll come down." She grumbled as a cheeky grin stole over her face. Since the monks were ruining her fun, why not have fun while still doing as they wished? Releasing the rock, she let gravity grab hold of her and send her falling downwards. She could hear the alarmed shouts of the monks as bright light burst from her back in the form of wings. They snapped open and her fall turned into a lazy, circling glide until she had descended down to their level, perching lightly on Trico's back.

The great beast turned his snake-like head and stared at her, gaze part amused, part exasperated. "You're going to give me a heart-attack one of these days by doing that, even if I know you could fly and I know I could catch you if you couldn't." Ciana laughed, falling face-first into the feathers on his neck as she began to rub them, calming her friend down.

"Ciana Ignatius!"

The voice boomed from the ground and Ciana winced, slowly crawling forward until her head was peeking out from Trico's feathers as she looked down at the Elder's unamused glare. "Oh boy." She whispered to herself.
