Bio

Hello! Nice to see you, eh?

I'm Yami, a college student and sometimes decent artist heavily influenced by anime/manga styles. Um...I'm not that interesting, really. I do some cosplay stuff and can get really into anything that interests me enough, but that's about it.

I might be in a bit of a slump right now, actually. I'm looking for something really fascinating to pique my interest once again, help me get back into the swing of things. I'm into crazy fantasy situations, especially.

Okay, then!

...Er....what are we supposed to be doing again in this class?
Once he was satisfied that the dishes were at least rinsed, Kyo quietly left the room. When he arrived back in his room, he spent a few minutes searching through the dresser until he found the correct garment. Upon trying it on, however, he felt a small amount of dismay at the resulting appearance and began searching through the drawers again. He really couldn't go out like this, it just felt uncomfortable.
Yeah, I'm sticking with this as well whatever decision we end up going with. I really want to explore this idea and this character.

Sorry! Midterm testing is getting the better of me. I'll post tonight!
If Blackmist doesn't have an answer, I'm just going to move on after my class later today.

Anything else that needs to be done before we can continue IC?
I am honestly okay with either of those suggestions. The first one might be easier, but the second option might be a little more likely to attract new players, since I've noticed that some players are more likely to join a story that they don't need to do a lot of catching up in. Also, if we are reassigning the Demon Lord and Hero positions, it's easier to just start over than explain away the sudden disappearance of the two characters.

Ah...I'm a bit busy tomorrow, but I'll gladly check in to see how the decision-making is going. I just can't do much posting until later in the day after classes. Although, I might be busy then as well since auditions start again this weekend...

In any case, I'll see what I can do!
@Song Book

True. Honestly, as long as you get the main information for the chapter, you're good. I won't let all the fun secrets go immediately, so don't worry.

Actually, Cretil got about 75% of the story points necessary, so he's good to go. I have faith that he would have gotten the last part as well if Aiace hadn't been pulled from his position so soon. Any less than 50% of the points puts people at a disadvantage to start the next chapter, but it's fairly easy to catch up as long as everyone pays attention.

Unfortunately, a large chunk of information for the next chapter just disappeared, so I get to rewrite a bunch of it now. Ah well.

EDIT: Apologies for the wait as well, this week was heavy on tests and assignments. I'll try to post tomorrow, and hopefully we'll be able to get out of the introductory phase.
The story is underway, but this is still open.
Okay, this is a problem, so I'm just dumping the information here now.

1: The Courtyard is a subsection of the carnival away from the central courtyards (where the large tent is), actually pretty deep in and surrounded by a wall. There is currently an incredible amount of mist (more of a fog) concentrated in it, hence the light that Lucifer is using. I guess that wasn't very clear before, and I apologize for that. Also, the mist cannot leave the courtyard, so don't worry about that.

2: There is nothing to fight but a magical equivalent of a neurotoxin in the courtyard right now, just so you know as you retreat. Monsters will become available to fight, but not until certain triggers have been activated. There are none that are currently relevant here. Check back later when it opens up again.

3. The story/encounter trigger you are looking for is in the tent. I have been trying to direct everyone there, but that didn't work, so I'm telling you now. You have already activated everything you can use in the courtyard at this time and anything further is only going to be harmful.

10 points from Gryffindor for missing/killing off(?) one of the first important story points so quickly, but you get a bonus for stepping up the character introductions and bringing up extra information using a crisis. Nicely done, I will be keeping these notes for future effects.

Also, one person actually hit all of the story points they were meant to find, so congratulations to them. You'll get to see the significance of this shortly; we're about to start the first real chapter now that the intro is pretty much out of the way.

Any other questions?
The mist isn't really green, the light Lucifer is using is what changed color.
