The Young Devils [Teenage Super Villains roleplay]

Wow. This thread seems pretty villainous already. Not sure if I can commit. But I do like the idea.

I have to say that for the exact reason that Progenitus isn't feeling this anymore, I'm into it. I want to be on a team with a vampire, a demigod a mad scientist, maybe an alien or a cyborg, and perhaps a professional thief, gunslinger or something rogueish. But my point is that I'm sick of all the grim and gritty "realistic superheroes". It's so pretentious anymore. I just want to be creative and have fun. And if this is a roleplay where I will be able to do that, then I am interested.

I wouldn't have expected anything too modern. Flintlock pistols, muskets & blunderbusses were more along the lines of what I was asking about. Would the Empire of Kark rely heavily on such technology with magic being forbidden? Would the dwarves be hot on the art of crafting such weapons? And basically, would a gunslinger type be a viable character option?
