Depends on the character. I've had good characters who were complete and utter jerks, but no-one had a problem with them oocly. It all depends on the readers ability to realize it's just a character. Take for example a char in one of my Roleplays named Loretta. She's literally an evil maniacal bitch and everybody knows it. Everybody hates her, even I hate her. Doesn't mean me and the other players can't get along :PThough I can see where you're coming at. It needs to be done right, if someones being a jerk for the sake of being a jerk and constantly in your characters face it can get a bit irritating.

What I've seen is that when someone has a character do a jerky thing then another player or the gm comes in to show them the consequences of their actions and then they get mad and bitch in the ooc. I just feel like people are way too sensitive on this site, maybe its just me being use to YouTube and having crazy arguments

I know but I find people are very sensitive on the Guild, which is why it just keeps happening. I think that's a problem with the Guild community

after being a part of several rps where this has happened, I have determined that having jerky characters and douche bags is usually asking for someone to get pissed at your character and then you for making him or her, it keeps happening and then arguments break out which ruin the experience.
