First Turn goes to Griffontaur.
@Griffintaur Alright, sorry I missed those haha. I'll take a look to make sure I catch anything I missed the first time. Justread through everything except Backstory, which I will read momentarily.

So, in lieu of his overwhelming physical prowess, adaptability, and minor magics--and because in the tournament I used Raelis in his power ended up scaled up in all but the literal sense--I am going to ask for something of a boost for Raelis provided that you think it fair. I wish only for this to even the playing field somewhat.

I have added a hider above Raelis' CS that I have copy-pasta'd below for ease of access in the present moment. Before you read it I'd like to notify you of something that might be interesting to you in regards to the mechanics of Raelis' Devene magic.

Devene magic is barely magical. Rather, what Devene magic allows is for the wielder to manipulate heat/light, rather than for them to actually create it. As a result all heat and light energy are entirely natural and can either be sourced back to their surroundings or from the star/deity that the Asarae worship: Rhay.

I'd think that as a result of this, that Tharraleos would not have to worry about Malefeor's Sorcery since Devene energy is not used to actually deal damage--since it really just grants Raelis or other wielders the capacity to manipulate, channel, and draw forth from Rhay natural heat/light.

For Context regarding the below:

Raelis at base strength/ability can generate up to a maximum of 200 degrees per post (Blade of Rhay generates 80 degrees. Armor can generate 100 degrees. His body can generate 20 degrees in an aura surrounding him).

Most likely all above traits in the Disclaimer would be applied, but any amplification effects would be doubled, rather than tripled or quadrupled, except for perhaps the Blade of Rhay, which I'd ask have its capabilities tripled--but that depends on you. If you'd rather it just be doubled like the other stuff, then that's fine.
Correction to the above. It seems like he has eight limbs (you keep saying Octopedal), meaning that his leonine body has the back two lion/avian legs/feet and the front two lion legs, whereas his "humanoid" centaur portion has wings and the lion limbs? Or are the wings on the back of his leonine body rather than on the centaur portion?

When he stands on his backmost legs to be bipedal, how tall is he?
@Griffintaur alrighty :)

Yes I'm seeing the various capabilities. Just finished reading the Physical Appearance. Damn good job there, it's described like a biologist wrote it hehe, well done. I don't know some of the terms, but I more or less followed (occasionally using the wonders of google to supplement my existing knowledge). Tharr's appearance as I understand it is as follows:

Back legs are much like a lions, but with the talons/feet of a bird (three digits in the front, one in the back, foot partially upraised with the toes on the ground rather than the whole foot most times), front legs and feet of a lion with a dew claw. Where the head of a lion/bird/griffon would be is instead the beginning of a humanoid torso that goes upwards to a head and arms. The arms are fully outfitted for flight with feathers that can be manipulated with incredibly dexterity so as to allow the feathers to act as precision digits like a hand if necessary. The face is a combination of a lion's, a bird's and a human's (with heavy focus on the first two) with feathers going backwards from the sides of the eyes, which are capable of curving to the side and then at a near 90 degrees upwards like horns (which can be used as such due to their density and hardness I imagine). The face has a beak rather than a snout or flat mouth like a human, the beak is capable of splitting into four sections, like mandibles, rather than just being the two sections like a bird or most non-insectoid/arachnoid animals. The beak has retractable teeth/fangs and there are gills inside the mouth portion of the beak as well, which can be opened and closed as necessary to provide air/oxygen etc even when underwater. Lastly the entire body is covered with a mixture of thick fur and dense feathers, which together provide armor equivalent to iron/steel or a slightly more dense/durable material. All together this Tharr pretty damned heavy, but also packed with a veritable ton of muscle meaning he's gonna have a lot of power behind practically any movement he makes.

Coloration is mostly yellow/tan, but does include black feather, red and red in some places as I understand it.

I'm wondering several things, one of which is how much does he weigh exactly? How tall is he in part (at the shoulder of his leonine/griffon body where humanoid torso meets the back of his main body) and in total (top of the head of the humanoid torso). How wide is he from one side of his leonine body to the other? what is his total length from the chest of front of his Leonine body to the end of his tail? Can he angle his humanoid body forwards to increase that length/his reach at all? What is his wingspan from the longest feather to feather (fully extended)? How long are the arm that carry his wings when the feathers are furled or they're being used as hands/digits rather than for flight?

That's all for now. Reading the abilities now.
Alrighty! Two people took interest, well two people shall get fights then! I need to get more active in the arena anyways. I'll make threads for each of you in due time, but I want to go over some fight rules/details and get a judge just in case even though I doubt we'll need one :)

@ChickenTeriyaki Thank you, I try ^_^

If you don't mind, can I see who you plan to use against Mairyell (Mai for short)? Additionally, do you mind if we have a posting timer (something like a post every week sound reasonable?) just so that the fight doesn't drag on forever resulting in us maybe losing interest? We can always put in notice if we have some stuff coming up if we need more time. It won't be strictly enforced, but I imagine it'll help things go smoothly.

Beyond that, do you want me to make an battlefield (I've been told I'm pretty good at it), or would you prefer to pick an existing one? If I am to make one, I'll be sure to be fair about it and not to have it impede either of us unequally. Meaning that if it has any special traits that might act as complications, they will act as complications to BOTH characters rather than favoring one or the other.

@Griffintaur I am currently reading your character sheet to see if I agree on the match-up, but I likely will agree because I've only really used Raelis once and it was against someone who could move and react at times roughly equivalent to the speed of sound (not to mention they had a dangerous nanite swarm and swords that could nullify magic. Oh and it was in a cavern...so Raelis' wings were nigh useless) so he was barely able to follow (having highly advanced/evolved avian perception used for flying or nose diving at tremendous speed is useful).

Beyond that, do you want me to make an battlefield (I've been told I'm pretty good at it), or would you prefer to pick an existing one? If I am to make one, I'll be sure to be fair about it and not to have it impede either of us unequally. Accepted.
@Demonic Angel

Three things.

1.) Healing Water: I'm not entirely clear on what this is actually capable of healing. Does it just heal skin and soft tissues (so it can't heal muscle, bone, cartilage, nerves, or organs)? Additionally, you didn't really specify what the "water" aspect of this spell is. Also, is it not being able to heal the above because the spell only has a certain capacity for healing, or is it because Erin just isn't very good at any of her spells yet? If it's the latter then I need you to specify the upper limit of its healing potential.

My suggestion: Say the spell has the potential to heal anything EXCEPT for bone, nerves, deep muscle damage, and organs (meaning it can heal light muscular wounds, skin, and cartilage). The reasoning being that the spell uses water as a medium through which to heal and you don't want water getting super deep into someone's body and causes complications.

2.) Waterfall: How does the water protect the target if it is just a drizzle? Is the water sort of like an enchantment that--while it's on the target--simulates armor or did you just not describe it properly and you meant that the water is pouring down around them so fast that it can slow down, stop, or deflect a few attacks for a brief time?

My Suggestion: Make it the former, meaning it's a sort of "enchantment-like" spell that applies simulated armor on the target so long as the water remains on them (if the water is evaporated or hit off then the spell weakens and eventually fails).

3.) Ifrit's Heart: I need a maximum radius.

My Suggestion: 2 meter radius (6 foot radius).
I want to fight someone in a ranked battle, in about the middle of the Powered Tier. Below are the characters I'm willing to use, though technically anything that is not WIP in the thread is open (though many of the characters that I'm not linking happen to be Naruto or Bleachverse. Those Naruto/Bleachverse characters I prefer would fight individuals within their fandom just for ease).

Khuseeya: Mid Powered Warrior with Obsidian magic.
Zephyri: Mid Powered Mage. Creates constructs and has three forms. Power can scale somewhat (limiting her to one of her forms).
Kaelia Katela: Low Powered Warrior with minor physical enhancement, enchanted gear, and Silver manipulation magic.
Raelis Vaerkturian: Mid-High Powered Warrior with heat/light manipulation/generation magic. Minor enchantments on armor. Physically devastating. Magic takes time to become strong, but then becomes deadly as hell.
Timore Scarborough: Low Powered squishy mage. Enchanted items and weird construct/emotion-based magic.
Casana, G. Lecor: Mid-High Powered battlemage. Magic is used to enhance physical body, nullify other magic/do slight damage(must produce an equivalent amount of magical energy to nullify a spell/magical effect), and to alter the size and density of objects (either in part or en full). Extremely fast(disappears when moving at top speed); versatile weapon due to size altering magic.
Dornae Namari: Low-Mid Powered battleMAGE. Magic is a modified form of Enchantment/spellcasting. Can cast almost any sort of spell or enchant objects in any variety of ways so long as they follow the rules of the system in his CS. Generally requires prep time to become powerful. Is not great in close-range combat, but isn't terrible. More of a mage than a warrior.
Ananze: Low-Mid Powered non-human creature. Predator/Animalistic.
Vasarius Aetearan: Low-Mid Powered warrior/mage hybrid. uses physical enhancement magic and a little something on the side. Close range combatant.
Mairyell Kasio: Low-Mid Powered battlemage vampire. Enhanced senses and physical abilities. Blood manipulation magic. Minor healing/absorption magic. Very hard to kill(regen factor).
Dranai Llamant: Low-Mid Powered illusion mage. Has other minor magics, but is primarily an illusionist.
Kirameku: Low Powered warrior with weapon-altering magic.

Aaaand that's all folks!
