The meeting of the royals in the surrounding countries were to be held at the castle where the Ashwards lived ruling their kingdom with kindness, fairiness and lawfulness. The only son and successor, Prince Jacob was as kind and gentle as his parents and never once seemed to do anything wrong. Never the daring one of his group of friends, the prince lived his life on the straight and narrow. Even getting ready for the party, he took care of what he could. That was until he was helping someone carry a table and set it up that his stomach roared in disagreement. "Your highness please go get something to eat, we can get the rest." If the castle's staff had learned anything about the young prince it was that if he said he would help there was no need to try to stop him, he was going to do it anyway. "Good idea. Thank you for all your work." The prince said giving a pleasant smile showing his straight white teeth before leaving the ballroom and venturing to the kitchen. The blonde haired man opened the door to find the chaos happening in the kitchen. His staff had to bring in outside staff for help but before he could leave his stomach voiced its protest and the blonde put his hand on his t-shirt covered stomach. He couldn't walk away... ugh. Turning back in he kept himself in the doorway in order to not be in the way but his hand reached in and grabbed the passing hand of a girl not carrying anything. "Excuse me? I know you're busy but could you please make me a simple sandwich before my stomach eats me alive?" His stomach grumbled as if to emphasize his hungry as his blue eyes begged for her assistance. "Please?" [img]https://s17.postimg.org/r1js4vwwv/IMG_5971_1.jpg[/img] [/hider] [hider=Sample 2][color=lightblue]“And I’d like you to be the one to show him around; seeing at you’re the top of your class and the only person without a roommate right now.”[/color] The principal was very clear in his instructions as he handed the young man across from him the information packet and a key to the dorm room. Sighing softly, the young man took the information in his large hands and gently flipped through the contents with his long fingers before closing the packet and gazing at the name on the top. [color=silver][i]‘Caleb Knox’ huh? So I have a roommate now… boy-oh-boy.[/i][/color] Getting to his feet he bid the principal a good bye and reassured him he would take care of the new student before throwing the jacket over his shoulder and left the office. The young blonde quickly moved his way through the school, knowing this place like the back of his hand made things a lot easier for him as he hurried to meet the new student. What a wonderful way to make a first impression. [color=silver][i]Fucking principal always making me late for shit.[/i][/color] He reminisced to himself as he sprinted through the empty hallways. Classes weren’t due to start for another two hours which gave him time to show the new kid the ropes but he was supposed to meet him at 6:30 and now it was 6:45am. [color=silver][i]Kiss my parents’ ass not mine old man. It doesn’t matter to me how much money they dump into this place.[/i][/color] [center][img]https://s17.postimg.org/n5ezogoqn/large.jpg[/img][/center] Jake’s parents donated a lot of money to the school to help fun activities and even provide people less fortunate the opportunity to attend but that didn’t mean he had influence over what his parents did with their cash. So the reasoning of why people sucked up to him or attempted to get on his good side didn’t make too much sense. The few true friends he did have were few and far between but… they were enough to help him make it this far in life. [center][img]https://s17.postimg.org/3nkc90cin/4799354_orig.jpg[/img][/center] The six foot figure curved around the corner and dashed down the steps of the grand staircase before noticing someone in a school uniform looking relatively lost. [color=silver][i]Just couldn’t wait could you?[/i][/color] He mentally laughed as he hurried to the guy and pulled himself to a stop. [color=violet]“Yo.”[/color] He said with a cheeky grin. [color=violet]“The principal wouldn’t shut up so he made me late. You must be Caleb Knox. I’m Jacob Atkins, you can call me Jake.”[/color] With that he handed over the packet of papers. [color=violet]“Feel free to look through this information and I’ll take you on a tour before the students start piling in.”[/color] With that and a nod he gestured towards the right. Touring the first floor seemed to be the better idea before taking him upstairs. [/hider]
