Awesome, I have to clean up a bit but I'll try to respond as soon as possible!
Fires had always been one for strange things, but this land was a bit too strange and foreign. The city of Serji held more strange creatures than Fiers was accustomed to. Being unfamiliar with the wildlife left him at a huge disadvantage, especially when confronting that aggressive snow...griffon...thing? The confrontation left him with plenty lacerations and bruises, none too deep to cause serious harm, but enough to weaken him. The griffon had swiped his calf with three sharp talons, leaving Fiers with a limp as he made his way towards the city. He could only wish that the people of this land were at least a bit more...normal.

His hopes were lost when some stranger approached him, dressed in odd blue robes and physical attributes no man would have in Coars. He looked away from the stranger for a little, talking in the strange tranquility of this new kingdom. Savages, Fiers concluded.

He looked the stranger up and down again, taking in his blue hair and soft face. Nodding, he leaned on his uninjured leg as he reached into his pocket!and pulled out an official document. It was stained from his blood from a punctured shoulder, but the huge stamp of the Coars Council stood out even under the stain. "Yes, sir. I am Fiers, a knight from the. City of Coars, and I've been asked to come to your city and aid in becoming a more developed society by implementing Coars regulations and customs."
Yo it's all good. Take your time, and eat to full that creativity of yours owo .
Jay's lips curled upwards into a snarl. All this sentimental stuff really wasn't in his expertise. Emotions besides anger and hatred were all quite foreign to him. At that moment, he was experiencing both of them. All he really wanted to do was to make the doctor pay for the life he was brought into.

Simply killing the doctor with a few shots to some major organs was what he had intended..but with the involvement of his son, things just got a whole lot more complicated...and dramatic. He could just pull the trigger, blow his son's brains out, and let the doctor live on. He would grieve and mourn, sure, but something told Jay the doctor was capable of moving past his son's death. In the end, it would just make him even angrier that Jay was, and possibly make him thirsty for revenge. He couldn't give me some anticlimactic ending in with they both died in each other's arms either. Especially when it's what they wanted..neither would be alone and both would be free from the government.

Jay went through the scenarios in his head, and almost smiled when he picked what he thought was the best one. The one where the doctor suffered through something greater than simply his son's death.

Jay pressed the gun harder into Leonel's skull and leaned his face closer to the Doctor. "Leave," he snarled, "Go back to your living quarters at the facility or hide, I don't care which. Your son stays with me." Jay paused when he saw the Doctor open and close his mouth like a fish, no words coming out to express his horror. "And don't even think about sending some big bad agent to get me. I've been around for plenty of years nod trust me. I. Know. All. Of. Them." He said, the last few words dripping with venom as he put on his most menacing smirk. "Now leave."
Who would you like to start? .o.
Awesome, can't wait to start this roleplay.
RPG.has been dead every time I've tried to access it. Once I get to my computer I'll reply. C:
The City of Coars (I looked through pictures of dystopian cities, but none of them are as breathtaking as the one you chose)

Culture
"Work. Do as you're told. You are meant to benefit the city that raised you." Its what every child growing up in the city is taught in their standardized education system. "Culture is for savages who are not capable of higher intellect." In the city, you are meant for one of two things; Destroy, or Build.

Lifestyle
Dreary at best. Life goes on in Coars, but does humanity go on? For the first 18 years of a child's life, they are sent to school and drilled with ideals and skills those who run the city wish for each generation to have. Only those with high ranking families become city officials or scientists. The other two main careers the city provides are simple; there are destroyers and builders.

Running out of space for their ever growing city, destroyers are sent to discard of old pieces of the city in order to make new parts. Any citizen who doesn't pass the requirements for any other careers become destroyers, causing them to be seen as low lives.

Destroyers

Builders are similar to Destroyers in the sense that they create new sections for the city. Unlike Destroyers however, Builders are put through rigurous tests and are respected. A Destoryer's only job is to tear things down, while Builders are sent to establish colonies for the cities. If a colony does not reform, Destroyers are sent in. Only the best Builders are promoted to "Knight" by the city officials.

Lower-Level Builders

Knights

Most of the animals in Coars have either died from the toxins in the air, moved on to less polluted areas of the world, or have simply evolved.

The sewer rats in New York City are nothing compared to the mutant rats in Coars

Don't pick up the strays.

Name: Fiers Hoftram
Age: 22
History: Fiers has lived in the city his whole life. Its a rather difficult place to escape if you're born there. Though he refused to accept certain ideals taught by the system, he did rather well in school and went on to become a builder right out of high school. Not only was it something he loved doing, but he was damn good at his job as well. Within a few years he was promoted to Knight by the city council. Convincing the City of Serji to become more developed is his first big job as Knight, and he hopes he does not dissapoint.
Personality: Will be revealed throughout roleplay

(With his Knight uniform)
Jay waited along with Leonel, each waiting for the other to make a move. He stood with his back pressed along the beam, gun pointed up at the ceiling. When Leonel began to move, he stayed. As Leonel rushed past him and too his father, Jay had enough time to register the man's face as Harry's son. Jay continued to watch the reunion, observing the many emotions playing on Leonel's face. So many expressions in such a short time.. Jay shook his head. He had been taught to stay away from those..emotions. They said emotions had been the fall of many great people in the academy. For a second, Jay wondered if that was just another blatant lie they had told him. Not the time, not now, he thought, as he watched the reunion.

It was when the Doctor started talking that Jay made his move. Jay moved quickly, aware of the creaky boards of the abandoned building. With a few hurried strides he stood behind Leonel, and placed the end of the silencer on the back of his head. He shook his head, "How touching," He said in a low growl, cocking the hammer of his pistol. He looked at the horrified face of the Doctor, and a snide smirk crawled on his face. "Isn't this just a lovely reunion," He continued, keeping his voice low and smooth, trying not to let his eagerness shine through.
