Tousling her crazy curls with her hand, Nylah couldn't help but raise an eyebrow in question."Wait--Really?" She asked."I mean, Like said you can criticize me." she was chosen just like that? The teen was rather surprised and shook her head, shaking her hands as well in disagreement."No, no, no forget it." responded the young model before bursting out into laughter."Oh--Who am I kidding--THANK YOU!" Nylah happily shouted, grabbing the burly looking man in for a hug. She was extremely proud of herself, and hopped off the casting director."Sorry. I'm really bubbly.. Nylah Rose." she greeted, raising her hand up for a high-five gesture rather than a handshake deliberately."You are...?" her tone was genuinely clueless. The man seemed familiar, but at the same time his name didn't come to her in an instant and she squinted her eyes attempting to think."Nope, Sorry.." she curtsied once more shaking her head with defeat.

"Anyways, I'd like to know any information about this whole.... business sort of thing. First movie, need guidance." The blonde/brunette looked around the room."The movie information.. What to do.. Schedules... Sorry for being needy, sir." Nylah apologized as usual before making a fist of victory momentarily and uttering a small 'Yess!' to the accomplishment. Definitely not like other noob-actors and actresses at all.

Because plans had been canceled due to this audition, which the girl did not mind at all, she walked into the room and looked about. This was her first audition to acting, so it was understandable based on why she was nervous. How can she even 'play cool' when the other girls who had walked out the room seemed much more confident? And on top of that, they were somewhat dressed for the part. Nylah didn't expect girls actually giving an impression for an audition--Jesus.. Were all young ladies like that? She didn't regret how dull she looked though and remained quiet for a few seconds. Then, a grin across her face appeared and she laughed."Sorry, This is my first audition so i'm nervous..." She paused before raising her voice abruptly to show her seriousness which was mixed with friendliness, and more importantly to get their attention. "But don't hesitate to criticize me!" She pointed at each of the 'judges' sitting behind the table as she nodded her head.

After that small clarification, Nylah scoffed before looking at no one in particular, she just faced ahead of her."So the movie--Aliens?" she asked rhetorically, however her tone seemed like she actually meant to ask. She paced around the front of the table, looking down at the casting directors and sliding her hand across the table before looking up at the window behind them and furrowing her brows. She squinted her eyes, and then, without warning, Nylah appeared shocked and took a few steps back. Hey face showed fear as she looked ahead and raised a trembling finger to point."Uhh..." her voice was shaky, as she took a few steps back and suddenly screamed. The young lady had actually screamed to the top of her lungs. It was surely alarming and she turned to the door, putting her foot over it to keep it closed and attempting to open the door in panic. Within a few seconds she then ran out the room, looking over her shoulder before disappearing.

After a few seconds, Nylah walked back into the room and gave an awkward wave smiling."My.." But before even finishing a sentence, her voice cracked immediately. She didn't mean to put in the actual effort when screaming and the young girl held up a finger to pause them in order to clear her throat."My bad guys.. Sorry." She curtsied, forcing a laugh to brush away the fact that she had probably deafened the casting directors.

@Simple UnicycleGuidance would be super duper useful. So far I just wrote how she's basically nervous and told them 'First audition. nerve-wracking. Criticize me and don't hesitate.'

then the real thinking came to me personally,"oh crap i cannot afford writers block"

I didn't wanna go with the whole classic damsel in distress is screaming and shouting her lungs off the whole time barely saying any lines. It seemed like a cliche... //sobs.

Hm, that'll work. I'll jump cut to Lawrence leaving, heading to the casting office to get cast for his new movie (which'll probably be a ridiculously named sci-fi horror movie), and Nylah will come in. If you're okay with it, I can have your character coming in when I write my post (you'd write her actions, however), or you can just write her coming in.

@Simple Unicycle Hmm... Perhaps our characters could interact despite the age gap. Maybe he directs an upcoming show or movie, or an assistant/partner of his suggests Nylah to be casted and gives him a call? Just trying to help, you're free to reject :)
Or maybe she gets some sort of breakthrough with acting cause of him.
