Chance - Pokemon Contest Line

PATIENCE IS NOT WORKING AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH- he screamed internally, the little skitty meowing curiously as his petting got a bit harsher... the shiny skitty would shake its head an Chance would move his hand away, looking down for a moment his rage of boredom faded.

Oh- uhm... sorry Blitzy... heh.

He would sigh, looking around quietly... he'd look over at Ryan who seemed to have their attention on some trainers doing- stuff... it was hard for him to figure out what was exactly going on...

...

... this is so boring, should I just say something...? To whom? What should I say? THINK DAMMIT!

After the brief internal struggle he decided to finally say something to the guy next to him, turning to face them.

Uhhh- hey, hows it goin'?

Meanwhile... Blitzy would prance around on his shoulders, shaking her shiny red tail around while purring.

Chance stood in the line- at least this seemed like the line... people were signing up here so it was most likely right. As Ruby began he'd turn and then quickly turn away. God, such a flash outfit... he could barely stand it but he remained calm and positive. Rivals. Nope. Nope. Nope. There's definitely no way he was going to like this person now. Even if he was signing up for a competition he just couldn't handle that word. He hated it, more than almost any other word. Rivals. Hopefully... this will be a friendly competition.

Blitzy, the shiny little skitty waved her little red tail around before jumping off his head and into Chances arms, meowing softly... at least his Pokemon knew how to cheer him up. Okay geez after that thought came to mind he realized how lonely he was here... he didn't know anyone from the city. Maybe this is his chance to meet some people, maybe someone will try to talk to me...? I can be patient... right?

Are you by the professor or in the contest line, because I had Ryan leave the professor when he realized they were actually talking and about to have a conversation, and is now in the contest line.

Well, crap. Sorry... obviously still trying to get into the flow of things. Let's just say he ended up following the other trainers in hope of finding the contest line, so he'll be near by Ryan.

Chance would also be standing around, close by to Ryan, waiting for the professor to seem- less busy, which didn't seem like that would change anytime soon. Though patience is a virtue after all...- but at this point it was a virtue Chance was severely lacking.

The same could be said for Blitzy, the shiny red skitty would hop around his head, playfully pawing at his hat before hopping once and looking around, locking eyes with the trainer stood next to Chance.

The little skitty would meow at Ryan, staring at them- it almost appeared as if little hearts were in the skitty's eyes, it's tail would wave around curiously at the stranger.

...meanwhile, their trainer, Chance, would be facing the other direction, unaware of their kitty's interactions with the trainer next to them.

He had been there, watching the Professor with his skitty in his hands, gently petting her. After the speech ended he’d look around, watching the crowd disperse and separate into several different groups.

As he pet Blitzy, his pet skitty, she would would shake her head a bit, he’d lift as hand as and as he did Blitzy would jump onto his shoulder.

Gah- hey… whatcha doing there?~

He’d turn his head to face the skitty on his left shoulder.

Chance would boop the skitty on the nose, proceeding to find wherever that sign up thing was… he’d glance over at the Professor in a hope to maybe get their attention, hopefully they could help them out. Blitzy would also quietly look around with him, hopping on top of his head.

Personality: Chance is a bit of a wild card, sometimes he’ll be outgoing and happy- other times he’ll be anxious and lonely. He likes meeting friendly and nice people, and REALLY hates rude and highly competitive people. Chance is usually easy to please and hard to anger, which can switch back and forth at times. It’s not recommended for a person’s well being to intentionally anger Chance, or betray him...

Biography: Born a few months after the family’s Delcatty gave birth to a litter of skitty’s, one of them being a shiny. Even though the family was well off, plans on selling this rare pokemon had risen, but quickly disappeared after the skitty found a liking to their new son, Chance. Chance lived a normal life, school… typical kid stuff- enjoying time with Blitzy (the shiny skitty). Eventually it was obvious Chance took a liking to pokemon and so his parents sent him off to Beryllium City to learn more about pokemon, and planned to secretly sell Blitzy while he was gone, but when Chance arrived he’d find Blitzy had snuck her way into his luggage.

Now he lives in the city, adjusting to the new lifestyle and living off his parent’s money… while his parents try to hide their true intention of sending him there. His parents constantly try to get him to find ways to make his own living as they’re tired of sending him money.

Hey, I'm a person. A huge nerd to be specific, I've role played for a few years now... and was just interested in checking out some other communities. I like video game based role play... but non-specific sci-fi and fantasy is also up my alley as well!~
