When It come to role-playing I like well constructed and interesting worlds. Magic, advanced tech, strange world? I'm in, or may at least lurk. My main enjoyment in role-playing is in the story and the characters, and often take the story five or six different ways in my head then what actually happens, often with a romance plot in mind. Action is secondary, or even tertiary. However I myself am (relatively) new to forum Role-playing and most of my experience comes from playing and GMing a table top RPG.
I am also pretty good at designing role play setting and such so if you would like help creating your RP I would be more then happy to assist.
The original concept mixes the Mario universe with several other videogame universes, but me and Jenso are leaning more towards having the entire RP take place in the mushroom world. The plot will unravel as things progress. I appreciate any and all feedback though, so I can keep this fun for everyone.
Why not do the same thing a lot of 3d Mario Games do? An over-world that has links to other realms in the same universe? Due to the verity of characters we could visit all sorts of places from all of the games, have a nice long adventure, and never leave the universe.
EDIT: The Mario games have enough verity on there own to make a nearly unstopping RP.

Careful with Bowser's darkness healing ability, though. I think he should be able to heal out-of-combat, but not during battle.
That's really only to avoid the healing ability from being spammed so it can't heal every injury during intense battles instantly.
But I trust you won't do that. If you have Tex's approval as well, you're good to go!
That's what his healing ability is described as I believe, and how it is portrayed in all of the games.
@Lmpkio What games did Bowser use dark magic in? I remember Death Battle brining that up too, but i dont believe they mentioned a source.
Almost all of them. Any time you see him change size, or breath fire, or become Dry bowser, or any of the other hundred things he has done. Almost all of his abilities draw on his dark power. However, if your looking for a specific game, look at (almost) all of them.
How big of a Goomba are we talking? I mean if it's all about size, I'm sure we can raise the bar past stupid and unreasonable. Insane ideas? Of course I love them, the new problem is how to make it the right level of playable...
Wow, this RP is already cracking me up, and it hasn't started yet. I tried to stay out of this, but I can't resist the draw of so many zany characters. I'm considering joining this on the principle that anyone with the time to make Mario into a CS deserves the time to contribute to this. Lame excuse to join the madness
