𝓗𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓸!
Roleplaying Status: Moderately Active
Nice to meet you. I've been here since before the guild fall.
I'm not really looking for anybody in particular, but I am looking for somebody who can write very immersive stories, especially in the Medieval Fantasy genre. It doesn't have to be that genre specifically. I just have a slow start in RPs sometimes due to immersion difficulties. I basically like to do 'improv' world building as we go along with our posts. We don't have to have every little detail fleshed out. It makes it harder to get started in my opinion.
Somewhat active at the moment, but I'm in the U.S. Military. So there may be some times where I won't be able to respond other than hiatus reasons. I hope to be around more in the future. I always have my days where I just like to write and think of something to write about. Sadly I don't always have a creative mind, but it's a work in progress.
If there is something else I should add, let me know!
After a couple hours of aimlessly walking, he sees a distant city. This would be Jag’s first time to enter a city. He grew up in a rural area, and his parents didn’t like people very much. His dad was in a war, but only a soldier. His mom was just a commoner woman. After his dad got out of the military service he wanted to retire far away from everything. He didn’t know what his dad had gone through, he never really talked about it.
Jag had actually forgotten about his family for a little while. He was so infatuated with Seraphina that his mind was just constantly occupied with the future. Now that she was dead, he didn’t really know what to do. He couldn’t find any kind of motivation to live. He didn’t feel alive, and that was for damn sure.
The city grew in size as he neared it. He got a slight urge to visit his family again. Maybe even tell them about what happened to Seraphina. Then he could grab some stuff he left at home, when they went to go meet the witch. ‘Alright, I finally got myself some type of plan.’ He thought nearing the city gates.
The gates were open allowing outsiders to freely roam in. There were about 4 guards at these doors. Jag nodded at the guards as he walked through the city doors. The city was bustling with people and chatter. The first thing Jag needed to was to resupply.
He began to look for a merchant shop, to buy rations and other supplies.Realizing that he wasn’t in the market district of the town he begins to walk else where. This seemed more like a residential neighborhood. Kids ran threw the streets and women swept out their houses, or doing some other household chore. Walking further into town the actual market district starts to come into view. The distant shouting of a store owners advertising their goods.
Jag soon walks upon a blacksmith shop. He didn't even have a weapon, 'I'm so stupid..I couldn't even attack the witch even if I wanted too..' He became saddened at the thought of yesterday. 'Why did Seraphina even stick with me? I got her killed..' Jag thought wanting to cry. A blade felt like it was stabbing the heart constantly. This pain was unavoidable. It hurt, even when the tiniest thing would make him think about it. Almost grabbing his heart, he started to walk inside the blacksmith shop.
As he entered the shop he let his arm down from his heart, focusing on what was ahead. Nodding at the store owner, he began to browse around the store looking for a weapon. "Hello sir, welcome to Zollie's Blacksmith shop." He said with a raised voice and smile, then continuing, "We have the finest swords around, hand crafted by dwarves." He finished setting a hand down on the counter.
"Oh, I don't know what I'm really looking for, I don't even have that much money." Jag paused for a second pulling out his coin purse to see what was even purchasable. "Well I can strike a deal with you, if need be." The dwarf said as Jag counted 89 gold pieces. "Oh no, It's fine. I have 89 pieces. What could I get with that?" He asked
"Well with that I could sell you a tempered/hybrid blade. It's got a mixture of metals, its steel and mithril combined. If you were to have more gold I would sell you something a little better, but that's as best as it gets young lag." The dwarf walked from the counter into the back room, shuffling around some boxes, coming back out with a sword. "I don't really let people know about my special items, but since you seem like you're in need I'll help you out."
Jag nods his head in respect to the dwarf, "Thanks, I actually really am in need." He said almost what sounded like relief. He knew that the blade he was getting was a pretty high price, the dwarf indeed cut him a deal. "This blade doesn't need to be sharpened as much as other steel blades, due to mithril mixture. It'll be sharper than steel and iron blades as well." He slid the sword across the counter, slightly cutting it. Showing Jag how sharp it was. "So be careful."
"I will. Thanks so much sir!" He said with excitement, looking at the sword. He never owned such a beautiful sword before, and this word wasn't even THAT good. "No problem, take good care of it for me." The dwarf said handing Jag the sword.
Jag took the sword, looking at it, 'Wow so cool.' He thought, this looked at his waist. "Oh sir, do you have a sheathe for it?" The dwarf snapped his finger, "Oh yeah I forgot." He said walking to the back, shuffling some things around again, coming back out with a sheathe. "Most people have these already so I usually don't worry about it." He said handing it to Jag.
"It's okay, thanks again!" Jag said handing him the coin purse, then giving him a wave goodbye walking out of the store. The dwarf waved goodbye in return.
He's usually calm. Learning from experience and age, that rash decisions aren't always the best. Being emotional can get you into trouble. He's not always in control of his emotions, but it's rare for him to waiver from logical decisions.
Sexual Orientation
He's straight, romance isn't always the first thing on his mind, as he's an ambitious man. He's confident, and loving. His first priority is to make sure his woman's mental state is okay, then he feels secure enough to move on with his own plans and goals. He's usually not one to cause problems in relationships, due to his cool demeanor, and lack of being very emotional. He's a man, not some sissy that complains about everything.
Seraphina lies dead in his arms. Tears rolled down his face as her limp cold body rests in his arms. With no hands free to wipe his tears, he stood up carrying her dead corpse back to his camp. Jag was in shock, almost incapable of gathering his feelings, or even think. 'What do I even do now?' He thought, as he advanced towards camp. 'Is this even worth it? Why didn't I even think for a second that this could've gone wrong. She's dead because of me.' His heart just jumped, it felt like it was being stabbed. His throat felt so tight, he almost couldn't breathe. The muscles almost hurt it was so bad.
Camp finally came in sight. On the perimeter of a forest, barely inside the forest. It was a mountainous area, but full of green and very humid. Life bloomed everywhere, the green on the plants almost shined, it seemed. Finally entering the camp he sat her on the ground, by a tree a few feet away from the fireplace. He went the opposite side of her. A campfire was between them now, the coals still hot from last night. The sun was starting to set, and he was exhausted.
'I'll burn her body tomorrow.' He thought as he stared at what she used to be. 'What did that fuckin' witch say anyway? That I'll be cursed to watch her die for an eternity? What a bunch of nonsense. I'll find a way to kill her.' He clenched his fist tightly, while gritting his teeth. He hasn't felt hatred towards somebody like this ever, it almost felt wrong.
He shook his head after moment of cooling down. Jag got up, 'I need to get some firewood before it gets too dark.' He thought, walking towards a small pile that he had made the previous day. He stacked the wood in the fireplace, taking the whole pile, then went to gather new firewood. Shortly after he came back and lit the fire. He put his hands out, warming them up. He glanced at Seraphina by accident, and his heart dropped. 'She's dead cause of me. It's all my fault. What's even worse is, her soul is cursed forever, to die. A pain a soul shouldn't have to feel over and over again. She should be able to move on, or be able to live with me.' He grew angry, but calmed down after a minute. His emotions were everywhere. He almost just wanted to die.
Tears crawled down his face as he laid on his bed. His eyelids lay shut while tears still found a way out. Blackness slowly starts taking over as his consciousness fades, slowly falling asleep while crying. As the sun rises and peaks over the distant mountains, the rays pierce the leaves of the forest, bringing about a very vivid color. He wipes away some dried up tears, rubbing eyes. He blinks a few times, not ready for another day. It was so strange, he still wasn't used to Seraphina being gone. His mood quickly declined into a worse mood. He looks over at Seraphina's stiff cold body. He sighs and looks down. He gets up from his bed, beginning to gather wood. After about 30 minutes or so, he builds up a big pile of wood. 'Alright..Let's do this.' He thought as he inched towards his soulmates dead corpse. He wanted to puke, something so beautiful was taken away from him in the worst possible way.
Jag picks her up. Her body so stiff, she didn't even move. He could feel the stiffness in her joints, turning his stomach. He walks over to the his stack of wood, setting her on top. 'I'm sorry I was so stupid. I love you, and nothing will change that. If you're in the afterlife thinking that I'm stupid and you don't love me anymore, I understand. I did kill you. It is my fault.' He thought, almost saying a final goodbye to her, accepting her fate, and his as well. He lit a torch, then set the pile of wood on fire in different spots.
His eyes stared into the flames as the sun rose. 'Bye baby.' He thought as he turned around, heading towards his bedroll. He started packing up camp. 'I can't stay here, and I really don't want too. Not for another minute.' He thought, picking up the pace a little more.
He stood at the edge of the campfire, taking a 360 degree turn, seeing if he missed anything to get. It seemed like everything was taken care of. A frown appeared on his face, then he became saddened, weakly walking away from his soulmates graveyard. 'I don't know where to go, so I'll just let my feet take me.' He thought, walking aimlessly southeast.

As Jag left the building, he looked around for another place to go. Feeling where his coin purse used to be, he realized he couldn't really do anything else. He was broke and had to do something about it. Standing around for a second trying to think of where to get some money he looked back at the blacksmith shop and shrugged, 'Guess I could just go back in there and ask him.' Turning around Jag walked back into the blacksmith shop. "So I don't have any money, do you know where I could find some work?" He asked the dwarf. Zollie put his finger on his chin beginning to think, "Hmm. Well I do have a couple errands if you are willing." He paused for a moment, thinking more about it, "I made a sword for a famous Knight. It's a really expensive sword, so I'll pay you 30gp to deliver it safely. He's been waiting on this sword for a while, don't screw it up." Zollie went back into the back of the store, grabbing the sword. Coming back out he laid it on the counter, "It's a mix between Adamantium and Mithril." He said gliding his hands down the flat part of the blade, feeling it one last time. "The knight is at the royal court of this city." The dwarf said before dismissing Jag.
"Okay, I'll be back soon." Jag nodded his head taking the sword from the counter, "Thanks again Zollie." He gave a smile and rushed out of the store. 'Okay, so which way is the royal court?' He thought, looking around the city. In the distance he saw the center of the town. 'It's gotta be over there, government buildings are always in the middle.' Jag started to head towards the inner city. With the sword in both hands, his head casually turns as he observes his surroundings.
The people that's he has been walking past mostly consists of humans. Orcs were very rare in number, same with dwarves. People didn't seem too mean, but they weren't particularly welcoming either. The royal court slowly came into view as Jag took a turn. 'Almost there.' He thought, 'Once I get this gold, I can leave this city. Then I can be--' As soon as he took a corner, a girl elf ran into him, falling over into the dirt.
"Oh I'm so sorry! I gotta pay attention to where I'm going better!" She said standing up, brushing herself off. "It's fine, I took the corner rather sharp and fast." He said as she looked up to see who she had ran into. She froze for a second, then gave one last brush off, "Well you're a cutie aren't ya." She gave a little wink. "I feel a little embarrassed about being so clumsy." She said shying away a little bit. "It's fine, you didn't hurt me at all. Don't be embarrassed, it happens to people all the time." He said as he watched her skirt backwards to make distance.
Relaxing a little bit she looked at him, "I didn't think I would've hurt you. You're like a giant muscle ball." Jag laughed when she said that, "Well thanks I guess." He said scratching his head, not knowing if it was a compliment or not. "What's your name anyway?" He asked. "I'm Tasha. I'm an elf from another continent." She said pointing westwards. "Wayyy across the ocean." She said as she looked far into the west, even though it was too far to even see.
"Oh, I'm Jag. I'm Human. I'm from Mosca." He said pointing towards the east. Even though he knew his direction, he actually didn't even know where he was. "What town are we in?" He asked looking around a little cluelessly. "We're in Tylion silly!" She said enthusiastically, "How do you not know where you are??" She questioned. "I was on a quest..." He trailed off as memories from yesterday came flooding in. His throat getting tight, "It's over now.." Jag said clearly looking upset, but trying to hide it.
She quickly said, "I'm sorry for whatever happened! I won't ask again." Pausing for a moment, looking Jag over, she said, "What are you doing right now anyway?" Jag's thoughts were cut off, when she asked that question, "Oh I need to go bring this sword to some Knight." He said showing her the sword. "Wow it looks amazing, what is it?" She asked cautiously, inching her fingertip towards the sword, feeling the texture. Cold and smooth, one of the smoothest swords she'd have ever felt. "It's a mix between Mithril and Adamantium." Jag said regurgitating the dwarf's information. "Oh cool." She thought pulling her finger back, then putting her hands on her hips.
"So do you need any help or what?" Jag stood there for a second a little confused, "Well this is an easy task, but I wouldn't mind the company..." He said concealing his loneliness and depression. "Well okay then, let's get to it!" She said eagerly, pointing to the royal court, marching off. Jag laughed, she was quite energetic, and it was good change for Jag.
