Okay...Two quick things though. Have you heard of the term "brilliant, but lazy?"

2. You put judgement as a synonym of intelligent, meaning good judgement is largely similar to having good intelligence, which intelligence is the main argument. But then you said Vesta's judgement is bad. See where I'm going with this?
@Sir Lurksalot

Btw if this doesn't play at some point for Duncan, I'm gonna be sorely disappointed.

@Spriggs27
He hasn't met Zin XD Also Vesta already has mentioned (twice) in Zin's presence that Avery is a guy. Hell Vesta warned Ease, Kyle and Blanc he was one yet Ease still didn't work it out XD

And Ease also has completely shit memory. And has had a rather hectic day. Do you expect him to remember every detail he's gonna hear? lol
@ZekariVoblis
Her divine protection simply ups her magic, it is still useless without the training she had to go through. And useless without the intelligence to back it up. Also Blanc is super sheltered what with spending 200 years in a forest XD (Wise definitely not)
I don't think Mithril is all too bright. Otherwise he wouldn't have picked the sword up in the first place XD
Vesta meanwhile? Knows magic inside and out. Studious. Strategic. Has been about five steps ahead of everyone she has fought this far.
Actually has used more big words than just about anyone else in the roleplay (does anyone know what the insult she hurled at Dante even means? I do and it's HILARIOUS. It's also a quote :P)
Also she visualises how her spells operate before using and during their use and can work out in a split second which spell is most suited to a situation despite having possibly hundreds of generic spells alone. Let alone having her own unique ones which she made up herself. You can have all the talent in the world but it's useless without the smarts and work to back it up, she knows it. Hence why she doesn't like people who don't at least try.
The only mistake she is likely to make is probably get into a fight she can't win. Even then, on the ground that is highly unlikely to happen (Note she will be a lot more reserved aboard a boat and in fact avoids them XD)
All this yet she can't find one feminine guy in the capital city XD

On the other hand Avery? Well he's fooled Maria for the last 8 years into believing he is a girl. And has fooled everyone he has met thus far that he is a girl.
Take it as you will XD

Eh, I don't think she was sheltered the whole 200 shebang, but sheltered or not-she's still intelligent.

I never did say I meant Mithril as in the sword wielder.

Like I said, I think Vesta is smart. Simple fact is, she's definitely more inclined to battle smarts and magical expertise(both training and the more formal teachings of it). Of course, she is also a noble so it can be assumed she was given a higher education to a degree than most, no? As for big words...You can teach anyone big words. Big, more verbose words are simply for appearance if anything. It shows they were able to learn the words and use them in the right context...but that's as far as it goes.

I can agree with hard work being necessary for good results.

Mistakes...Eh. Likelihood of a mistake all depends on the situation, not just the character.

As for fights, she had to deal with a crowd of people and Aleph. And with Aleph, it was still unknown who was gonna come up on top do to how it ended.

Eh. Avery also dressed feminine, acted feminine, looks feminine, more than likely sounds feminine(though of course hard to say since it's text based), has maintained a feminine build, and in general is very feminine. A feminine person is how they'll take it.
*Big Disney-esque musical number wherein Ease and Duncan teach Avery about the joys of drinking to cope with his new homicidal roommate*

Also, sorry it's taking a while for me to post, work's been giving me the shaft this week.

1. It's cool.

2. "But you can bet, before this bottle's through. Girl guy we'll...make an alcoholic...outta you!"
@Dioxit
She is arguably the most intelligent one in the roleplay. Her whole thing is magic, magic has always been linked to intellect. She reads and learns quite a bit, just that her own ego dwarfs even the sun XD

Eh I'm 50/50. She's definitely smart, but I feel like her ego might make her more easily make mistakes(Ala Vegeta but not to the same degree) or manipulated with the right words. Plus, she was more naturally born with her talent in magic, so the intellect boost wouldn't be as great(though it'd still be there).

Honestly, top contenders for smartest imo are probably Blanc(she is a 200 year old elf after all), Maria(she definitely seems like a strategic fighter so it wouldn't shock me), Tsuiho(girl knows how to manipulate-usually means a smart mind), Henry(if the guy has the time to figure out trade routes for benefit, he's definitely got some brains), Rachild(Information collecting + memory=damn son), and Mithril(50/50 since the dude is insane which makes him unpredictable. But at the same time, he can fly off the handle).

Ease on the other hand...he can pop open beer bottles with his teeth and once accidentally drank chlorox. Make of that what you will.

<Snipped quote by ZekariVoblis>

I awoke him from his coma! Plan successful XD

I WAS ALREADY OUT OF MY COMA
@lunarlors34 @Spriggs27 @dioxit

...I leave for 10 seconds. This shit happens.

So it was on that day that the roleplayerguild ended, not with a bang, but with a spriggs.
@Lunarlors34 Well Avery is gone forever, Zin will be Vesta's new Avery.

I think Zin's missing the necessary equipment to do that.

And femininity.
....what xD i'm fine i have nothing xX @Delta44

It's a joke on how people tend to say "their fine" when they obviously aren't.

We get you're fine. A joke is simply being played.

Now if you guys need me, I'm going back into my coma.
