Yu-Gi-Oh Soul R (Still Accepting)

Taiyo quickly scurried away from the chef with his tray, not even caring if there was food on it or not. The attention from the other students made him quickly nervous, as he scouted the room for an empty table. He found one by the back, not yet taken by any others, and quickly sat in the corner, now away from the ruckus.

He pulled out his deck and examined his cards, going over each of them carefully. He thought back to the few duels he had seen today. Each one he would work to learn more about, so his deck could always be prepared in kind.

Hopefully, he would better represent his house. Maybe some duels would even commence here, during eating time. A few more battles to watch and learn from.

Taiyo found that food had suddenly entered his mouth, causing him to momentarily cough before he began to reluctantly begin chewing, looking up at the man in the mask in fear. Never before had he encountered such... aggressiveness, save his time as a child picked on by bullies. It made him frustrated and mad, but this man was bigger, stronger and currently insulted. Knowing there was no reasoning with him, he slowly ate the meatloaf until there was nothing left.

The bland taste stained his tongue, the dryness and cold revolting, Taiyo shook his head in slight disgust. He did feel some relief however, thinking on it. After all, it could have been so much worse. He looked up at the masked man, hoping to settle his mood with his next statement.

"... it w-was-"

Before he could finish, another stranger had popped into the confrontation, a girl talking up the large man and telling him off, smelling like something far more delicious than the food he had just consumed. Looking up at the large man, however, he felt afraid of the possible reaction.

"... g-good..."

This would only get worse.

As he was lifted up by this terrifying man, Taiyo almost let out a shriek, doing his best to keep his mouth shut and holding on tight to his tray as to not let his food drop and possibly anger the man further.

"W-w-w-why n-no sir! I w-w-was just u-uh... u-um m-making sure my f-food didn't f-fall off-"

Before he would continue to stammer, a stranger had interrupted. A tall fellow, with a charming voice and pale yellow hair attempted to calm the man holding him almost off the ground. He let out a soft sigh, trying to recollect himself before he locked eyes nervously with the masked man.

"M-mhm, what he said. If I could eat first, I'm s-sure it'll be just as delicious as it looks!"

As the words tumbled out of his mouth, he hoped it would be enough to sway the man's anger.

Returning to the auditorium, Taiyo waited and listened, and as the house points were announced he grimaced. His house was coming second last. Was that his fault for forfeiting so early? Now with the knowledge of house points being an occurring thing, he knew better he needed to better represent his house.

As Taiyo moved into the cafeteria afterwards seeking a bite to eat, he looked up at the masked man with horror as it came to his turn, before he shook himself out of his possibly offensive stare. Looking down in shame, he awaited the entree meal, hoping the situation wouldn't get any worse.

'J-just wait for the food, walk away, and sit alone. That's the plan.' He thought in his moment of nervous panic.

That's true. I just suggested it because it could help with communication. Then again, just having people give eachother their skypes to talk is fine too.

Mostly for me it'd just be easier to get everyone's contact details without having to ask everyone for theirs. XD
