Bio

Hello fellow Guild members. I'm Zmerr. I love to roleplay. I am very loyal to my roleplays and will honestly let you know when or if I have lost interest. In return, I trust that anyone I may be playing with does the same. I play a wide range of settings with the exception of most supernatural themes. I am almost always willing to try new things and love originality. I'm easy-going and I'm not particularly picky about grammar, though I take pride in my own. I can post anywhere from one sentence to ten paragraphs depending on the situation, though I try to keep it in a range of two to five paragraphs.

Also- If I suddenly seem super busy, don't mistake it as a lack of interest. I'm also the leader of a roleplay guild in Guild Wars 2 and often hold meetings and such.

Count me in! This could be a lot of fun!
The world has fallen into disrepair and most people just stay inside these days. It wasn't a sudden apocalypse or anything. More like a slow decay into lifelessness. There are more robots than trees, more buildings than animals. The sky is a constant, consistent gray and the world is covered the black sludge of years of coal dust heavy air. But that's probably the least interesting part of this story. A man by the name of Neysah Rhodes, an engineering prodigy, really, has created the first “cyborg.” A human with robotic attributes. Well, cyborg really isn't the word to use here. He created a sort of serum that, when injected, releases tiny micro-bots into the system. They link to various parts of the brain and nervous system, waking up parts that the normal human mind is not usually able to use. It allows for people to perform abnormal abilities. For lack of a better term, super powers. We're not talking Superman here. But unnatural nonetheless. Unfortunately, Neysah did his research without the permission of the government and even used stolen data to invent his serum. They had planned to arrest him and put him in prison, but that all changed when the world was attacked by an unknown army. Not aliens. No. Humans from another dimension. The government now calls upon Neysah and his successful subjects to help protect the world from the others.
Potentially interested. This is a type of roleplay I have not yet explored so forgive me if I decide to drop out.
Interested.
Make that three. Jurassic Park is my favorite book to ever exist. Would this be original, canon, or mixed?
Though I'm not the one who controls Dark Link, I'll be getting up a short post soon. Apologies for the delay.
Not a problem. I might post as the Happy Mask Salesman pretty soon myself as he isn't really waiting on any other characters at the moment.
Whoever is playing Dark Link (I can't seem to remember for the life of me) I am waiting on you to make my next move. Unless I missed something. Which is very possible.
-Laughs- Andrea's a little crazy here. But I always kind of viewed her as such. She thinks too much with her heart. That's why she was always in trouble. She was doomed from the start. She was also way too paranoid and too eager to do something about what she viewed as a threat. I'm trying to implement that idea here.
Rick drove in silence, not wanting to intereupt whatever Jan was doing to cope with the situation. He knew what it felt like to lose someone important to him and he figured Jan was responding in a way similar to the way he had. Every once in a while, he shot a glance at her to make sure she wasn't crying. "Yeah. I'd give it five more minutes." He said when she spoke. He turned off of the road, planning on a quiet entrance. He didn't want the people of Woodbury blowing them to bits before they even got inside. That would be pointless. He hoped Lara and Michonne understood. He trusted that they would. They were smart people. Lara saw Rick turn off into the trees. She thought it was kind of funny, knowing the little sedan was probably not intended for such a setting. The truck that she drove, however, would handle it with no issue. She followed behind with a good fifty foot space between the two vehicles. It would be harder to overtake them if they were spread out. "You're probably right. Though, he seems to want to go a little further with the cars. Maybe looking for a place to park?" She wouldn't question Rick, but she sometimes wondered what he was thinking. "Yeah." Andrea said, not even trying to hide her frustration. Then she stopped walking mid-stride. She maintained a tight grip on the pole and blocked out the sound of the hungry walker as she listened to the distant sound of tires in the woods. After a minute, she drew a gun and turned on Milton. "You led me out here to die!" She shouted. "This was a plan to get me executed! And to think I fell for it. Wow!"
I was thinking Andrea and Milton should arrive back at Woodbury after or at the same time as Rick and his men. I feel like that would make for a more interesting story.
