Current I love my job, but I hate how it makes me feel at the end of the day.

I didn't make it to my appointment and the reason why is... rather bothersome to me

I'm finding that I am able to relax more now that I have you to talk to... but I'm also trying to be careful not to rely on you too much... I don't want to push you away

Who would have thought I'd be so stressed out I wouldn't be able to sleep? If my mind doesn't give out soon... my body sure as hell will.

I know its bad if you don't grieve properly... but being alone has stopped me from being able to react the way a normal human probably should. Don't compartmentalize people, you'll eventually explode.

Bio

Well... I was told this is a thing I should do... so here is the thing...

HI PEOPLE I'M ETERNALLY BORED:

Hi. I'm Zverda... formally Kokushi on this site! People call me Koku a lot... dunno why it just sorta started up one day and stuck.

- I'm 24 and I like playing in my age range. I prefer to stick with people who are 20+, mostly because I feel more comfortable doing any form of romance with people within that age group. If you are still a teen, I am sorry but I'm just not comfortable RPing with you just yet, nothing personal I assure you. However, if you are not looking for romance, I'm cool with RPing with you as long as you are not any younger than 18.

- I love posts that are decent in length. I won't go Nazi on you about your post length... though I will admit that if you can't give me at least 2 GOOD paragraphs, I will get bored... and fast. I give as good as I get, so please, if you do not want Crap do not give me Crap.

- I consider myself Mid to High Casual. I am not a grammar freak by any means, I just ask that you do not text talk... please have a basic understanding of the English Language, be it American English or British Language.

- I RP in PMs mostly, though I also favor Google Docs if you are looking at it to be more of a story setting rather than just a jumble of things.

- I prefer playing a female character though I do not lack the ability to play a male character, I am just relatively new to it.

What you can more or less expect from me:

On average I write anywhere from 2 to... however many Paragraphs that I feel like. If it is something I am enjoying and you are just as interested in what we are doing, I can easily knock out a few paragraphs, at least on a good day XP. Now I understand that everyone has off days, so if you are having any issues, please let me know and I will do my best to work with you ^.^

Also, I have a tendency of responding just about every day, sometimes I can only manage one a day if I am super busy (which isn't often to be honest), other times I go nuts. For the Next three weeks starting Monday Dec 21st I may be a little slow until Jan 11 as I will be visiting Family in New York, but I WILL respond, I promise you that!

What things do I like you ask?

- Action
- Progressive Character Development
- Fantasy
- Sci-fi
- Egyptian Mythology
- Greek/Roman Mythology

Stories that take place in either:

- Modern Day
- Medieval Times

Things I do not enjoy... in the least

- being the only one who pushes stuff forward, if you have a question about moving forward, all you need to do is ask. If you have an idea, please, use the OOC to bring it up to me.
- Damsels in distress so please do not expect me to play one.
- Ridiculously submissive characters... some submission is ok but try to have a backbone... and this is also something I will refuse to play, so don't ask.
- Insane amount of swearing. Now, I have the mouth of a Soldier so I understand swearing as much as the next person, but even I have a limit to what I will tolerate.
- I HATE SLICE OF LIFE!

My feeling on Romance in RPs:
I do not mind Romance in the least, however I will not make it the main premise of the story. It is perfectly fine as an addition, as in some cases it is completely normal for people traveling together to end up forming some form of bond with one another. I don't expect it to be instantaneous... I rather have it be something that forms gradually over time as it makes it more believable. If Romance isn't something you want to do, just let me know that you have no intentions towards that, trust me, it won't bother me in the least.

What to do with ideas:
I typically have ideas, just let me know what type of things you are looking for and we can always work on something together. If I already have a basic plot outline I will run it by you and if you like it, we can flush it out together and if you don't, then we can come up with something completely new. If you have things you want to do, or just basic ideas off of things I like to do, lemme know ok? Frankly, I hate making people think that I only wanna do what I wanna do, because that isn't true I assure you. The more ideas, the more fun things can be for either party.

Name: Summer

Race: Elven Zephyr

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Height: 5’6”

Weight: 118 lbs

Continent: Lucerna

Appearance:

Personality: There is little to be said about Summer’s personality as she rarely speaks, so much of what can be said is taken from her nonverbal acts. She seems to be an obedient slave, who tries her utmost to see to her master’s needs. When confronted by someone on the road about being a slave she merely hides behind her master. She is however a very thoughtful and kind elf, who seems to understand what people need without asking. Whether this was due to her years as a slave or her natural state of mind is anyone’s guess.

History: Long ago in the center of the human continent, a small sect of elves in one of the few forests refused to go with their brethren to their homeland of Tellus. These elves told their departing kin that they would rather fight to protect their homes that they lived in for generations rather than run from mere humans. Saddened but respecting their wishes most of the elves left with heavy hearts. Years late as tensions rose between the remaining elves and the encroaching human settlers the elf leaders of Tellus made a brutal decision not to go to war with the humans over so few. So the elf leaders turned a sad eye as their outcast kin fought to defend their pathetic strip of land from the Human’s influence … alone.

In time the stranded elves lost this bitter conflict, and thus they became slaves to their human masters, of whom the chief among them where the ancestors of Salvar. While at first the humans where cruel to the conquered elves, in time they allowed some elves small privileges as loyal servants or valued concubines. As these few elves gained knowledge of their past and wisdom of their own, they decided to rally their enslaved brethren to revolt against their human masters to gain their freedom.

It was not a happy ending for either side.

After a brutal few years, the revolt was put down and the measures against the elves where never questioned as being too harsh. To start the elves were not allowed to wear clothes to remind them of their transgressions, also they were not allowed to carry or use weapons, and not to speak unless spoken to. Fearing the seed of another revolt the humans went so far as to kill off any elf over the age of a hundred so no one wise enough would educate the younger generation with the ideals of freedom. The recent images of slaughter and chaos made many humans who normally would have said something against this turn a blind eye.

Summer came to the Salvar a few years ago as a prized slave of the highest stock, her delicate features making her privileged to lay with the noble Salvar children. Soon however on the night when the eldest tried to sleep with her, Summer panicked, and in the confusion kicked the young human. In a rage the man grabbed a knife and retaliated against her, giving her the scar she now has across her right cheek.

After the second eldest son of the Salvar had their way, Summer was given her punishment the next day. The young elf was confined in a cell in the dungeon for over a month, and then to be executed. Oddly enough however the sentence was withdrawn to the shock of many. Thanks to Aldin defeating Kyle in a high stakes duel, and losing much to Kyle’s displeasure, Aldin became the rightful owner of Summer and all of Kyle’s former slaves. Due to her extreme mistreatment, she was rather apprehensive about this new male and barely spoke a word to him unless she had to, usually going about her chores in complete silence and flinching whenever she was addressed. Once Winter ended, Summer found herself clothed in a grenadier support uniform with no rank and on the road with Aldin as he headed to the company barracks. Finding herself surrounded by so many men, she stuck to her new master’s side like a loyal hound and experienced many small skirmishes and a couple small battles over the next four years, aiding her in her knowledge of First-Aid, maintenance of gear, and military procedures.

Thanks to the 15th Royal Grenadier Company's keen perception, Summer's innate magical talent did not go unnoticed. However, because no one was knew how to do wind magic of any kind, she was only taught basic knowledge and understanding of how everything worked so she was able to control her abilities better. This has allowed her a better control over what little she does know without much worry of causing harm to those around her who don't deserve it.

Weapon: Field Knife

Pet:

Powers:
Wind Blast - Tier 1 - Summer can release a blast of air that forces creatures and objects away from her. At higher tiers it can actually cause damage to those hit with the attack, as well as push back (or knock prone at higher levels) humans.

Zap - Tier 1 - A tiny short release of wind that causes pain or discomfort, usually too low-powered to be destructive (scales with Tier)

Wind Wall - Tier 1 - This wall is effective in deflecting ranged attacks utilizing projectiles, but anyone can simply walk through it should they decide to attack physically (Stops things going in, not coming out) ((Size. thickness and durability improves at higher tiers))

Wind Throw - High Tier 1 - This ability allows her to utilize wind to throw her knife (or anything else really), over extreme distances though at this tier it is nearly impossible to control the accuracy of the throw. (Accuracy and control improves at higher tiers)

Strengths:
Mental Endurance: Thanks to all of the verbal abuse she took as she grew up, very few things get to her. While she has no control of her emotions, it is hard to actually hurt her feelings and rather difficult to get a rise out of her.

Physical Endurance: Due to the amount of abuse she took from all the Servants that proved to be nothing but jealous harlots, Summer has above average endurance compared to even the most hardened Slaves within Lucerna.

Weaknesses:
Emotions - Due to lack of training, Summer has a hard time controlling her emotions, the very thing her powers are tied to. It is because of this lack of control that she tends to have a hard time working on her Wind magic, despite it supposedly being her forte.

Socially Awkward - Her time spent as a Slave stunted Summer’s social growth, but thanks to her time around the Soldiers, she isn't completely inept, just has an extremely dark sense of humor that might just get her into trouble.

It’s been such a long time since the story has been told, the real reason why the Sages were chosen, what they had done to ensure that everyone was safe from a being who was so set on doing whatever it thought necessary to meet its goals. Many tell the tale of the original Sages defeating the being that had brought strife upon the world. Other’s insist that the landmass that was once in the center of the world was still there, unseen by normal people, that the being had been sealed away with its followers. No one knows which story is true, those that truly know are no longer of this world. That does not mean there are no stories as to what they did after the disappearance of the Threat. With the disappearance of the landmass, the ancient race that lived there, the secrets of the Spirit disappeared as well. With them gone, many lost their way while others simply found their own means of existing without the understanding of what they were capable of. Wars broke out. People constantly fought and battled over land that was never meant to be theirs. During this time of war and strife, the Sages continued to try their hardest to guide their people. Some were forced to fight those they considered friends, but they did so for the sake of their people, wanting to keep them as safe as possible.

Decades of war was all that faced the Sages. There seemed to be no end to any of them. It was pointless. In the eyes of the Sages the wars were all useless. They saw no reason to have disputes over lands that had boundaries that were already determined. After some time, they decided to sit out of all land disputes. They felt nothing was to be gained by such things after all. Instead, they only participated in the wars that they saw as necessary, which was never really clear. Some would participate in wars that had to do with succession, other’s over the issue of slavery, others simply wanted to end things no matter how small the dispute and often were able to do so by their presence alone.

Eventually, after the years of war, the Sages simply… disappeared. No one is sure why they suddenly left, but there has been much speculation. Some say they were tired of all the fighting and had simply left their people to deal with their own problems, rather than relying on the power of the Sages to fix everything. Other’s say that they were killed, though they have no explanation as to how they would have been killed. As a show of respect for those that saved them, each day of their week was named after the Sages that had saved them all from certain doom. Agniea, Sibek, Medeina, Hotoru, Theia, Than and Aether. Seven seemingly ordinary people with extraordinary capabilities who risked their lives to ensure that everyone was allowed the lives they wanted, only to be used as weapons for their people in the end.

“Some days you tame the Tiger. Other days it has you for lunch." ~ Tug McGraw

Adrevz looked around, her eyes scanning the room before she gave the best shrug a Tiger could muster before stepping back and sitting down, her tail sweeping the coins and smaller objects to the side. She could not detect any traps on the door, not that that was a forte of her's to begin with, though she was able to tell that it was locked. A few unintelligible words left the Tiger's mouth, though no one seemed to be able to understand her, which only proved to annoy her quiet a bit. Letting out a huff, she brought her paw down rather hard on the ground, causing a few nearby coins jump up a bit. She would break the door down if she had to, but she wanted to give the others a chance to have a look before she did so. If they were lucky, someone would be able to unlock it without her having to throw her weight around... literally.

With that communicated the best that she could, the Tiger simply sat there and waited for the others to do as needed, she could do no more than she already had after all. Looking over at Dyn, she nodded at him to show that she supported what the Beholder had said, it made perfect sense and frankly she rather be safe than sorry. Last thing any of them needed was to trigger a spell that would result in them being hurt, or worse, killed. Someone here needs to learn Sylvan or I'll be stuck having to mime things for most of this journey, she thought begrudgingly as she stared at everyone, waiting for someone to do something along the lines that her Father had said.

While she waited for someone else to do or say something, she let out a huff and cast a quick healing spell, annoyed with the chunks of flesh the Cerberi had tried to tear from her body. Sadly, underwater blood traveled far and left very little for wounds to heal properly on their own, so a little extra help never hurt. (Cast Cure Wounds in lvl 2 slot for 13)

Attacked... again, of course the three headed beasts would go after the tiger, she was huge, but she was also in their face and very much a threat. As welcome as it had been, in a sense Jill's spell had gone to waste thanks to the additional damage the Druid received. While she could handle the damage dealt far better than say, Cynthia, that did not stop her from becoming nearly enraged but the disgusting dog's attempt to kill her. It would pay for it's transgressions with it's life, that much she was certain.

Letting out a roar of fury, Adrevz slashed at the beast before her with both sets of claws. Flesh gave well beneath her paws, tearing away flesh and dealing the final blow needed to kill the three headed abomination before her. A pleased look crossed her muzzled face when it gave it's last breath, clearly happy with the success of her attack. She was ready for the next creature to return as well, wanting to tear into it just as she had this one. After all was said and done however, she would have to heal herself, the wounds were annoying and she could feel her beast shape becoming a little harder to hold onto.

@SleepingSilence should I worry?

"Do not blame God for having created the tiger, but thank him for not having given it wings."
~ Ethiopian Proverb

Adrevz let out a roar of pain when the Cerberuses bit into her, blood seeping from the wound. Baring her fangs, the rather huge Tigress moved to attack, only for her swipe to miss, the pain causing her to miss by only a small margin. This miss however, caused her to growl, hackles standing on end despite the water that surrounded them. "Damn it," she growled out, clearly aggravated with the fact that she missed her rather large target. The fact that the monster had bitten her was enough to throw her off her game, something that wasn't exactly great considering it happened right in front of the creature that had raised her.
