Mabel glance between Azul and Ariel as they discussed further. Azul assumed Ariel was hiding her royal nature, while Ariel seemed to think it didn't matter and she was just like any other mermaid. Did royals really believe that? The fact her father didn't like humans was slightly concerning to Mabel though, as a human, traveling with her. She looked back at the wares on display, attempting to distract herself. There did seem to be a lot of useful items in this shop, though none of them had price tags.

Mabel turned a healing potion bottle on one the shelves near her, inspecting the fluid inside until she overheard the Huntsman learning that arrows cost 500 gp each, or an undefined something else. Mabel recoiled from the potion display. Healing potions would be useful, but not worth the cost of one's soul (literally or figuratively). She stepped away, "Oh-kay, to rich for Mabel's blood."

She turned to watch the Huntsman as he attempted to haggle with Azul. She didn't think the answer was going to be anything any of them wanted to pay, but she was curious about what it was. "Right, how many squirrels for an arrow?"
Uh sure, sorry for the delay, I've not been checking often cause this is the only RP here I'm in right now.
Sorry for not checking in, just not enough has happened that I felt like there's anything to post.

A smile of pleasant surprise crossed Mabel's face when she realized this shop was not simply snake oil and garbage balm. But before she could explore the magical wares or even note that another from the restaurant had followed their group, they were confronted by a pair of twins, supposedly looking to assist them. Mabel's smile fell away, this just made her miss her brother all the more. And to be so lucky as to apprentice to the same place? What a dream.

A third shop worker appeared, telling them off and calling one of their number a royal customer. Mabel squinted curiously as Ariel spoke up to reveal it was her, a daughter of Triton? Mabel's smile returned, the hamster in her brain running double time as she said excitedly, "Wait? You're royalty, and looking for a prince. Are you a princess?"
That’s what emojis are for!

Unfortunately, RPGguild is lacking there…

No, they don't help, emojis are even easier to misunderstand.

Edit:
Mabel never cared enough to listen to the tall tales of merpeople. roleplayerguild.com/rolls/25788
- I didn't think I'd need it, then I started writing my post.
I think Rush is joking around. ^^”

Yeah, I assumed so as well, since they clearly are very familiar with the rules. . . I'd meant that to have a somewhat tongue and cheek tone, but tone online is hard.
By the power of the Natural 20, the Huntsman now has total and perfect historical knowledge of the daughters of Triton.

I think you know that's not necessarily how Nat 20s work

Things were going great. The Huntsman thought Ariel's prince should be easy to locate and Pacha though there was a map shop in the Adventurer's Shopping District. Mabel giggled just a little, with a place like that, you'd think the townsfolk would be more prepared. Instead of commenting on that she told Pacha, “Thank you, that is some helpful information.”

Mabel followed along with the Huntsman and Ariel, chatting whether they wanted to or not. She watched in confusion as Ariel tried to eat a flower and the Huntsman stopped her, suggesting he'd show her how to press it instead. Mabel smiled, still amused, “You can't eat flowers. They're for sniffing. But girl, the food was bad, wasn't it?”

They stopped in front of a curiosity shop, The Octavinelle Shop of Magical Supplies and Curiosities. Ariel said she needed to go in and the Huntsman expressed curiosity about the shops wares. Mabel shrugged and followed them inside, “Eh, sounds like somewhere that would sell the same hokey wares my Grunkle Stan peddles.”
I don't think it's going to be much of a shopping trip. I have 15 gp, so maybe some basic camping supplies assuming maps don't cost too much.
Cool, I'll edit that in
