Dice Rolls for Justice League: World In Crisis. This is how we will generate Events, Twists, and Effort.

Events:
Crisis: Threat is to the general public. Typically a natural disaster, vehicle crash, etc.
Heist: Agents of the Mastermind are working in the open to achieve a goal. Lieutenants (such as Harley Quinn or Kalibak) may be present depending on severity.
Villain Attack: As supervillain directly attacks one of the heroes.
Rolling for Events: 1d10
1: Minor Crisis. Target Number: 10, Timer: 1d4+1
2: Minor Heist. Target Number: 10, Timer: 1d4+1
3: Minor Villain Attack. Target Number: 10, Timer: 1d4+1
4: Moderate Crisis. Target Number: 15, Timer: 1d8+2
5: Moderate Heist. Target Number: 15, Timer: 1d8+2
6: Moderate Villain Attack. Target Number: 15, Timer: 1d8+2
7: Major Crisis. Target Number: 20, Timer: 1d12+3
8: Major Heist. Target Number: 20, Timer: 1d12+3
9: Moderate Villain Attack. Target Number: 20, Timer: 1d12+3
10: Apocalyptic Crisis. Game (and world) ends if timer runs out. Target Number: 25, Timer: 1d20+3
Twists: are added to an active Event whenever the Event's Timer is reduced.
Roll for Twists (1d12):
1: Ticking Clock: Reduce the Timer by 1
2: Buying Precious Time: Increase the Timer by 2
3: Exposed Weakness: you may only roll Minimal/Struggling Effort this round
4: Minor Assistance: the next Hero who posts at this Event may roll 1 additional Minimal/Struggling Effort from a friendly NPC
5: Raise the Stakes: Increase the Target Number by 1d6
6: Burst of Momentum: All Heroes at this Event add +3 Effort to their next Post
7: Interruption: A new Minor Crisis begins at this Location; the current Event's Timer continues
8: Moderate Assist: the next Hero who posts at this Event may roll 1 additional Standard Effort from a friendly NPC
9: Things Turn Deadly All Heroes at this Event are now in Mortal Danger
10: Dig Deep. All Heroes at this Event may gain an additional Empowered Effort to use during this Event.
11: Crippling Weakness: One Hero at this Event may only use Minimal/Struggling Effort for the rest of the Event.
12: Major Assistance: the next Hero who posts at this Event may roll 1 additional Maximum Effort from a friendly NPC
