It's difficult to make because both options have their pros and cons, but in the end it's your decision and it must be made. The reversed knight of cups in this position is referencing a person who has been a source of upset in your life, they may be moody and depressed or hypersensitive and quick to argue. Either way they are causing you some sort of grief. I'm assuming your father? Paired with the three of swords, which is basically a "truth hurts" kind of card, I'm thinking that it's saying that while your father may react negatively to you opening up, he will come to appreciate it with time. The nine of swords is trying to tell you that you've been ignoring your problems, which only adds to your increasing anxiety over the subject. Paired with the centre card, it is telling you that if you leave things as is, your stress over the issue will only get worse.
