@ Althernathan

In regards to you and Roran's last collab, I am going to put it here.
''
He stopped spinning as soon as the shuriken were deflected and the air burst from the falcon wing passed harmlessly. Ezuri threw some kunai at the shadow clone. (he could easily pinpoint its position due to his byakugan) "Shuriken mizu bunshin no jutsu!" The kunai multiplied by three, the clone would have a really hard time dodging this, if it was able. Ezuri focussed at Kensuke again, and on the tree behind him. He needed to get past his sensei and he figured it would be the easiest if the man came to him. Ezuri took on a defensive stance and waited for his sensei to act.

''
The jutsu/technique you used wasn't in your Cs. Next to that, its an A ranked technique. Genins aren't allowed to have such a technique that early. I would like to recommend to not go out of character. I might not be a GM, but I find it very wary what I found out. Please keep that in mind that doing such things will keep your character from growing as it will decrease the trust that will placed in you if your character suddenly does such things,

To all the Genin and Chuunin in Kumogakure:

You can now come to the base that is created by Midori and Reyna (me and Chrome x3). This base is, as I have tried to explain in my post, a place for the shinobi to hang out and just have a good time between missions (aka when you have nothing to do). It is an excellent place to meet people and make contacts as well as gain friends or, maybe, rivals. Every Genin or Chuunin is welcome. If you are looking for a reason you can state that you have heard of it from other Genin etc seeing that, again I have tried to explain in my post, Midori and Reyna have tried to keep this slightly low profile.

Basically it is run down warehouse, one huge space, that has been modified to make a rather comfortable living space with lots of couches in the corner, but also room for people to spar and test stuff. You are free to imagine stuff within the building but keep it reasonable.

And no it is not for Jounin. And it is certainly not for Asami so too bad Alice~

Diversionary tactics, huh?

Would've been clever, but you forgot one thing.

I don't care about Gero's Jounin.

oh, oops...
thanks for noticing. The shuriken clone technique is indeed not used by Ezuri but by another character of mine.
I don't got the name wrong though, Shuriken mizu bunshin is the water variety on shuriken kage bunshin.
anyways, again, thanks for reminding me, it won't happen again

I told Shadowcatcher I would apply with my next character to Kiri.

I told people on Skype I was making a pirate.

I did not lie once.

Name: Terumoto Mori
Nickname/Alias: None yet
Gender: Male
Age: 32
Age Appearance: Mid-Twenties
Sexuality: Straighter than straight

Parents: Takamoto and Suiko Mori
Length and build: 182cm, athletic
Weight: 79kg
Favorite weather and season: A clear Summer day is best for sailing!

Village: Kirigakure
Birthplace: Kirigakure
Organization:

Clan/Bloodline: Mori

Rank: Jounin

Chakra Nature: Water

Appearance: http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs46/f/2009/189/a/6/Ivory_Profiles__Red_Crow_by_lazesummerstone.jpg

Personality: Terumoto is an energetic and adventurous man at heart. He’s a person that loves to take action and see the results of his actions, and hates to back down from a good opportunity. Gregarious to a fault, he’ll talk and talk with others, even when they openly seem to dislike it. It’s all part of the fun for him.

In combat, Terumoto is someone that experiences a great rush in the midst of it. Rarely one to shy away from a full on fight, he’ll engage the enemy at hand with his full force, hoping to draw out a good challenge from the experience. If he can’t have fun with someone, chances are he’ll make his disappointment heard.

History: The Mori clan have always been pirates and privateers. Even before the history of shinobi began, the Mori were known around the islands for their pillaging and plundering. Hiromoto Mori is considered to be the clan’s true progenitor, taking lessons he learned elsewhere and using them to aid the clan’s activities, turning them into a regional powerhouse. As the wars began, the Mori clan became more and more involved in power struggles, often being hired by various lordlings that needed someone with knowledge of the seas to give them an edge. They continued as such until the formation of the villages, when the bulk of the petty squabbles ended. Initially, they attempted to resist the consolidation of power in the region, but when Motonari Mori took the reins, he made the decision to end their days as a true pirate clan and settle into the village of Kirigakure. They did not abandon their customs, of course, and made a living as privateers in the service of the Mizukage and the Water Daimyo. In war time, there was no more deadly a sight on the seas than the Mori fleet.

Terumoto is true to that legacy of piracy. As the son of the clan’s present head, Takamoto Mori, he commands his own vessel and is expected to lead from the front in battle. He is already a veteran of many missions, mostly involving keeping the local waters safe and clear of threats to the nation. Something of an irony, considering the past of the clan, but there are few Mori that would waste time dwelling on such things, especially Terumoto himself. Terumoto’s most recent exploits took place during the oppression, in which he committed his efforts to smuggling and raiding supply lines. It was said that he almost effortlessly transitioned into the traditional methods of the Mori clan, which did not rely on any shinobi arts. With the oppressors gone, Terumoto can but smile, knowing that he’s once again free to explore his options as he pleases.

Weapons/Items:

Skills/Abilities
-Trained athlete
-Skilled swordsman
-Brilliant reflexes
-Excellent swimmer

Special Traits
-Quick witted
-Naturally resilient to pain

Kekkei Genkai:

Name of Kekkei Genkai: Sons of the Sea
Clan: Mori
Description: The Mori have lived for generations as sailors and pirates on the high seas, so it’s natural they would claim an affinity for the ocean. But alongside having a tradition of seafaring, they also possess a unique trait to their chakra that gives it properties more akin to sea water than any other. Furthermore, when deriving techniques directly from the sea, the Mori have a significantly reduced chakra cost.

Zimmer,

Though the CS looks average in my opinion, thus no real problem with it, I prefer a genin in place. We need more genins to fill up the teams than a jounin and thus creating more openings. After all, opening a team in Kiri or using a new one while another has barely been filled doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Shadow!!

you are always so passionate about Kirigakuru...
Is that the hidden mist? if so I am making a character for it, Is kiri in need of genin, chuunin, jounin or anbu?

Kiri needs Genins and ANBU, so feel free to make 2 chars :P

You cannot make a Chuunin (Must be gained through IC) and there are 2 teams which require being filled with Genin, so... Yeah.

And Les, there is a team in Kiri, if I'm not mistaken, which does need a Jounin, but like you said, getting Genin's first is a bit more needed :3

Also, while not being able to accept or deny the CS, I do must say that Genin cannot start with B or A ranked jutsus. So theres that, if you choose to make a genin :3 (Totally unrelated note but what the heck xD Though due to writing about needing a genin I almost mistaked your char with being a genin instead of Jounin... Silly me.)

And I LOVE the fact you made a pirate.

yes! both of you, make Kirigakure genins! besides the obvious fact that Haruhi needs some friends, The Hidden Mist is THE BEST villiage!

what makes it the best villiage you ask?

Haru: Its because I live there. And i dont need friends. I have Mika.

me: *pulls Haru's ear* you didn't let me say my clever thing!

Haru: oww! i was saving you from embarrassing yourself!

me: whatever. *pouts*

Haru and me: *in sync* join Kiri!

As a Kekkei Genkai, sure, but you still need to remember that a Genin cannot start with more than one nature, two including the Kekkei Genkai. So you'll need to choose between Water and Wind chakras, which would be quite awesome since my Jounin in Kiri knows both :D

She actually has a Water technique which makes fairly solid water, not frozen though, but in a similair manner.

But yeah, Its acceptable. And don't forget: 4 D ranked jutsus and 2 C ranked ones are the max amount of starting jutsus for a genin. Includes both canon and custom jutsus.

Would be interesting to see, by the way. Its not used (Like, I haven't seen it) here.

There are libraries in the Naruto world, but they are not often used. It better to go and ask someone experienced for advice rather than a book, since people can give actual directions and pointers that can fit each person, while a book will merely give general instructions as to how to do things.
