Backstory: A anonymous witch destroyed his village and killed everyone in it. Miraculously, Neku had been away at the time, so he was the only to survive the attack. He had arrived back at the village just as the witch had finished her assault. Ever since then, he decided to go to the DWMA and hone his skills as a Meister so he could get revenge for his village. He dislikes talking to others because not only does he feel that having friends would only drag him down, but also on a personal note, he doesn't want to lose anyone close to him again.

Predetermined. We just need more Miesters for NOT and more Weapons for EAT but I'm not letting people created more than one character.

And even though it's pre-determined here, that doesn't mean you can't make it look like it happened by chance. Your characters may be meeting for the first time, if that's what you want.

Yea its happened in the other two versions we had. I had to put temp bans on both of them to try and get more of the other before opening them back up.

You can make it look like it will happen by chance but I had to make the rule that I give everyone there partners because of a incident I had in the first version of this. But that's fine with me but if a weapon is partnered with my character that means they've been partnered for a year......wait hold up I just realized there's a rule I'm missing.

I thought it would be obvious but um for one I'm the one who gives people their partners and part two is that I don't think EAT students can be partnered with NOT students which is why the partnerings are separate....

Appearance- Rather tall at 6’2”, Jasper has a gaunt facial appearance. He has a lithe musculature, his body like a whipcord. His hair is a premature grey, kept rather short and swept back. Ice blue eyes peer out from under his brow. He generally wears a suit that covers up his arms, which have scars running up and down the length of them.
Weapon Form- Mongolian Bow Like this
Special Abilities – Ice generation both in his human form and weapon form, though only when he is calm and focused. When he is, the temperature around him is naturally colder, but when he is unable to focus or is distracted he is unable to create ice and cold. When he is afraid, he is unable to stop generating ice. As such, he normally tries to remain detached and cool headed.
Backstory- Jasper was born in America, in Detroit. He was abandoned by his family at a young age when he began to manifest his abilities. He made his way to the DWMA where he learned to control his abilities, where he began to learn to control his weapon form.

(I tried to use Harvar as the guideline for his ability to use ice in his human form, because he isn’t a melee weapon, I imagine that he projects ice arrows in human form and his weapon form can be used to generate ice at the point of impact of the fired arrows…willing to edit as necessary)

Maybe try a different weapon form because I don't think the bow would work very well. I like it I just don't see how the bow idea would work out well. other than that accepted!

Could we work around a shield idea? That would be my second choice, with an unbladed rapier made solely for stabbing being my third.

I think a bow'd work. If it's an arrows problem have them bring them along, or fire soul-made arrows.

EDIT: Or both.

Hmm... an incident in the first instance of this? Are the people that caused the incident still here? I'd like to think we can be mature about it, but... well, whatever.
