hope you've watched Rosario + Vampire, if you havn't here's a rundown of what you need to know, if you have, skip the next paragraph:

There's a school full of monsters from ledgened (Vampires, Ware-wolfs, Witches, Fire Demons, Zombies, to name but a few). and they can either take on a monster form. or take on a human form, the idea of this school is to help them integrate in to human society without getting spotted and killed. Deviating from the point of this RP a little the Anime's plot is basically a human kid gets mistakenly taken to the school ect. back on to point. This rp will be focused around the monsters mostly. in the anime there are two types of monster, Normal class, and S class, or 'Super' class.

The idea of the RP is simple, everyone will have a monster and they'll have to get through school. However due to fights breaking out there is now a judged, ruled, and controlled combative tournament, victory through any means is legal, weather it be knocking your opponent out, or charming them in to submission.

Now due to the wide veriation in monster skills and powers I'm going to stratify monsters in to four tears.
T; Typical, this is your basic monster, They have two forms, Human, and Monster, this monster, while being the weakest over all has the strongest human form, able to use most (if not all) of their powers.

A; Advanced, This is more of a bridging step between T and S class monsters, these monsters have three forms, Human, Normal Monster and Advanced Monster, in human form they have access to the basic powers of their race, for instance a fire demon could control flame, no more. (not create). in his Normal Monster form he'd be able to create, control, and treat flame as his personal play toy. In his advanced form he could call upon specific fire, such as hell fire, or fire so hot it burnt white. Their Advanced form is sealed, like a S classes Monster form. The unlock is simpler though.

S; Super, these monsters have only two forms, Human and Monster, however, these monster forms are sealed in some way or another, they are only accessible through a specific set of circumstances, say a full moon for a werewolf, or the breaking of a rosary for a vampire. There human forms are quite weak, they still have normal monster strength and endurance but no specific abilites bar the special atribute, IE a vampire could drain blood, or a werewolf would have a very sensitive nose.

L; The Legendary class. this is a class reserved for very specific monsters, While, like most monsters they have a Human and Monster form, they hold powers unlike any other, comparable to creatures of legend, Baal would be one example, Greater Dragons would fall under this category. there is however, a catch, while in human form the hold only one power, and it is the same for all of them, a controllable Aura linked directly to their Monster form. for instance Baal would have a aura of pure hatred and fear. they also appear like normal humans, along with the weakness and lack of stamina (against a normal monster). they also may not enter their monster form unless upon the verge of death or being knocked out ect. So yes, you have powers that match up to creatures like Death Incarnate, the Demonic incarnation of strife and fury, or whatever you so chose. but you can't use it unless your about to be knocked out or killed.

This ordering system is often refereed to as the 'tassel' grading system.

All players will share dorms (there are NO co ed dorms). you must share a dorm with another Player controlled Caricature, they don't have to be your friend, but you must atleast interact (this is to stop players hiding there caricature in their dorm for ages).

Important things to note;
1) This is not a normal school, you will not learn english and maths.
2) All lessons will be compulsory and shared by all charictures, (we're all in the same class)
3) all students are first years, and thus all of a similar age (16-18)
4) All fights take place in a arena, much like gladiator combat, it is a HUGE sport.
5) please allow two (or more) other players to post before you post again, this does not include the player you are interacting with.
Explination on how five works; player X is having a 1x1 sceen with player Y. player X posts, Player X must wait untill Players A and B have posted before Posting again, Even if Player Y posts after player A and before player B. this is to stop two or three people going off and playing out an entire day while a player in a different timezone is sleeping.
This is subject to number of people interacting and in the rp over all.
6) OOC in the IC to a minimum. if you have something to say, type it up in the OOC and just put 'See OOC' in your post in double brackets, or Square brackets.
8) Put 'The answer is 42' in your CS so I know your reading this.
9) Any monster type can be T, S or A class, Please ask about L class monsters. (as we will only have two or three of them)
10) Basic RP rules apply, No; OP, godmodding, metagaming, noclipping, candlejacking, ect
11) I am not going to enforce a specific post length rule, exept in combat, if you are in the arena all posts must be over a paragraph (five sentences) or higher. this is to encourage people to both have light hearted and quick posts when non-plot is happening, but also to make sure that we don't end up with someone just typing 'he dodged the claw.' how please?

cursed fire; fire from the very bowls of hell, capable of melting metal and charring bone, this flame also lingers on matirals for a lot longer than normal flame.
IronHide; his scales are stronger than the toughest armor, easily capable of withstanding strikes from great weapons, however blessed weapons tend to cause some issues.
Rending claws; Claws longer than a normal humans arm, sharper than diamond and with six on each foot these are weapons unto themselves and then add in the fact that they are serrated makes them even worse.
Flight; he has wings. he can fly.
Tri scale vision; Six eyes, one pair for each spectrum, He can see in Infra red, the normal visible spectrum, and ultra violet.
Toxic bite; his fangs produce a lethal hell venom, he can also produce the anti venom, this toxin starts the rapid decay of the body,
Detachable lower jaw; as a reptile he can detach his lower jaw and extend it to engulf huge objects, a minivan is his largest.
Regenerative teeth; his teeth can be removed and will be replaced within about half a minute.
mace/whip tail; his tail is covered in huge spikes, getting thinner towards the end he can use it either as a mace for clubbing with spikes, or like a whip to cause soundwaves or rip through armour.
Demon Roar; Syrax can let out a roar capable of instilling pure terror in to the hearts of his foes, a sound torn from the mouth of the greatest demons of hell this dissonant noise often slaughters all non-sentient creatures outright, causing a cone of dead rabbits and birds in its path.
Regeneration; Syrax's body regenerates at quite a rapid pace capable of saving him from all wounds that don't kill him outright.
Shadow Soul; Syrax's ultimate ability, this wave of pure evil smashes the foes soul from his or her body, replacing it with a shadowy imitation, slaved to Syrax's will. this turns the foe in to nothing more than a mindless slave drone. for obvious reasons syrax is banned from using this in arena combat.
Exponential unlocking; Due to the fact that Syrax is almost dead or knocked out when entering this state it takes time for his powers to come to light, the longer he remains in this form the stronger he gets, this is without limit.

Personal Info;
Personality; in human form syrax is friendly and warm, if somewhat frightening from his aura and eyecolour. he enjoys making friends and is very happy to talk to people. while he is a L class monster he dislikes holding this over people, he looks down on those in the A or S class who treat lower graded monsters as if they were inferior and as such will often stand up for the underdog. however, in Monster form, he is evil, sadistic, and capable of great feats of cruelty and violence, often stopping to let a foe on the edge of losing recover themselves just so he can tease them with the false hope of victory before utterly destroying them. he will not hesitate to use his full power to strike at a someone just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. and woe betide any who try and fight him.

History; Born from two 'normal' human parents with monster blood in their lineage. he grew up a shunned kid, unknowing why everyone in school feared him and wouldn't talk to him this caused him to find friends with those who either had non or were more frightened of others than him, at the age of ten his family moved due to slayers encroaching on their family, this is what caused his parents to start talking to each other about their historical family, it turned out his mother had demonic blood in her veins and his father was the great great grandson of a dragon. this mixing of the blood was both unheard of and very rare to produce a child. and so they quickly came to the conclusion that Syrax was some sort of S class monster. They weren't far wrong, just before his seventeenth birthday several slayers found him and tried to kill him. this is when Syrax's L class typing became apparent, lying in the ally, bleeding out, his parents found him just as the slayers left, then he opened his eyes, all three pairs. the entire city was annihilated in Syrax's rage. just blasted off the map, except for one house. his own. it was later put down to a nucular reactor overload. Within the month he was booked in to Yokai Acadamy and upon his seventeenth birthday he was shipped off for his first day of term.
Heritage; His mother's grandmother was a Demon of the Eighth circle and his Fathers great great grandfather was a Western fire dragon of some repute.
Goal; so that he could integrate in to human society and not have to use his true powers again
Likes; warm places, Kind people, Rare cooked stake. talking to people, fun surpises. learning about people.
Dislikes; getting rained on, people taking advantage of others, burnt food. raw fish. people trying to provoke him

No, its not. because if you read the actual description its very, very limited. You have only one power in human form, in human form you are as weak as a human, and the only way you can use your monster form is on the verge of death or being knocked out. in the arena to win you have to simply best your foe, this can be pinning them so they can't move, charming them in to submission, knocking them out the arena, or even just straight up causing enough damage to stop them fighting. you don't have to knock them out or even harm them physically. Honestly if i was to pick a OP class, I'd say its the A class. you have the power of a S class monster, but without the S class monster restrictions on using your monster form.

that very much depends on how the monsters you pick work, you couldn't have a vampire/lycan but you can have things like a yukirina zombie, just be careful ok? try and match your powers to your class, if you have a hybrid monster your best bet is to make a list of powers for each, and then pick half. Just as a rough guide;
T class monsters; four or five powers, maybe six if there are three physical and three magical.
A class monsters; 10 powers, three in human form, three extra in monster form, and then four 'advanced' ones
S class monsters; ten powers again, however 1 or two for human form and the rest are for monster form (also quite strong)
L class; This is basically the class for just going over the top, hence why I limited it so much, syrax is a prime example, he's basically a OP as hell char but so horrifically limited in the fact that he's basically a human unless he's almost dead or knocked out (no fainting from exhaustion does not count) that you can get away with it.

THIS IS NOT A EXACT GUIDE just a a idea of the sort of power ratios.

Fox fire Magic: This is technically more than one ability in and of itself, and will likely make up most of the list of things she can do. Kyuubi are capable of illusion magic that can transform a scene before someones very eyes through their foxfire magics, a scene often almost impossible to discern from reality. Some of her tails are also capable of calling lightening or burning fire, though aim can be... difficult. The use of foxfire around her paws also allows for flight.
Kitsunetsuki- If truly in danger (or if it's a particularly evil member of the species, aka not Leilah), she may attempt to possess her opponent and bend them to her will. This is difficult and not rarely dangerous.
Dream walking- likely to never be seen, Kitsune like the Kyuubi can often make willful manifestations of themselves within the dreams of others.

Sealing/Unsealing Requirements; (if L class is denied) Leilah's monstrous form is sealed by a small, opalescent, pearl like stone worn in a ring on her right hand (Hoshi-no-Tama). Removal of this ring is only possible by her when she is truly in danger, typically life and death situations. She tends to shy away from people in case of someone else being able to remove the ring accidentally. She has never let anyone attempt to try and take it, and doesn't want to find out if they can.

Personal Info;
Personality; Leilah is a somewhat reserved, and quiet person. Many think she is aloof or cold, but mostly she is unsure of the world around her. She looks down on no one, knowing half of her own heritage is below that of even T class monster. If you can get her to open up a little, she is a somewhat sweet and caring, but logical and straight forward girl. She has a clear social anxiety and prefers to be alone, though deep down she wishes someone could show her the way out of her dark hole- that is, if she found anyone that could be trusted...

History & Heritage; Leilah was born to a human Egyptian male and a Kyuubi mother, the latter's monstrous blood completely erradicating the former's in the body of their child. When she was four, her father passed and her mother returned home. Since then, Leilah was raised with little outside contact. The Kyuubi of Japan long had many stigma against them, and it was often difficult for young Leilah to retain a fully human form. The difficult life of her mother lead her to raise the young girl with a deep mistrust of those around her, human and monster alike.

Goal; Leilah wants to know if, out there anywhere, is someone that could be trusted. She also wishes to learn how to control herself more to properly integrate into society so she does not have to fear going outside anymore.

(It won't be quite as dangerous in the beginning, because she doesn't know how to use her dragon abilities and such)

While I can see her being a L class, the S class build you have is a lot stronger for YOU as in you feel better with it. also I like the fact that she dosn't like unbinding herself. if she was L class you'd have to pretty much drop all the Human form abilities and add a pile of Monster form powers. but yeah, she seems to fit in rather well in S class.

short version; Accepted, stick with S class, it looks better on her.

so she'd struggle to use her full A class abilites untill later on and would also be lacking in draconic powers untill she got better control. ooh actually, if you put it so that in her Normal form she was warewolf only and then only got the Draconic powers in her A form, I can see that working quite well.
yeah if you do something akin to that I can see it being accepted.

Personal Info;
Personality; Zexel is sort of quiet and is a bit distance towards others. Having a distrustful nature, she doesn't get to close to others. She also has a bit of a temper, snapping at those who harm innocent people or bother her. Despite her tempered and distant nature, she has a kind heart and cares for others. Zexel is also very overprotective over those she dearly cares about, to the point where she is aggressive so ward strangers getting near them. Oddly, she has a terrible fear of fire. She also loathes dragons, believing they are terrible creatures who only care about themself.
History; Zexel grew up in a forest with her mother and her werewolf pack. Everyone looked down on her, never being a true werewolf with the scales and wings. The other children bullied her, treating her as a outcast.. A monster. So in her childhood, she spent it alone with only her mother to keep her company. Many times Zexel asked where her father was at, but her mother always refused to speak of it. Deeming she was just not ready to hear about it or that her mother didn't want to talk about it. Eventually, she started to believe the rumors from her pack mates. That he had abandoned them, that dragons never actually cared and were just greedy reptiles. He had used her mother! That was what she came to believe and she despised dragons for this. For causing her mother pain and possibly regret in having a hybrid as a daughter. At the age of twelve was when she first discovered her advanced monster form. Having no idea how to control it, she went on a rampage. Her Pack quickly sent for the best spell casters to deal with this and create a seal while her mother tried and calm her. However, just as the collar was placed upon her neck was when she released her first flames. The fire burned her mothers softer body, screams tainting the sky and the smell of scorched fur upon her natural. All she could do was stare in horror at what she had done, staring at the charred body. The event scarred her, fearing fire for the dreadful memories it brought. Afraid she would kill someone again.. Afterwards, she was sent to a family living as humans in Russia. Learning to live as a human was a little different, but slightly easier except for her height which got made fun of by the other children. The other hard part was hiding her normal monster form, which would instinctively reveal itself on her emotions. When she was old enough, her family sent her to Yokai Academy so she could get a better handle on her powers and be around people a little like her.
Heritage; Her mother was a werewolf who fell in love with a wandering dragon. Zexel never knew her father and therefore believed that he abandoned her and dragons were all like that. Grew up solely in her mothers pack.
Goal; (why did they come to Yokai Acadamy?) To learn a bit more about herself. Mostly how to use her dragon side and hopefully get over her fear of fire. And how to control her transformation.
