Your character is a B-rank ninja trying to fight an S-class I think he should have the right to kill of your character cause that's borderline retarded.Although you do have a bijuu to you could give him a nice work out but ultimately you would lose, if you had full control that would be a different story..

Oh no it wouldn't be instant death unless you told him you were the host of the eight tails, then he qould come after you quick, but if you just throw kunai the ANBU that are roaming the village will get you before the hokage does, all he wants is getting the 7-tails and showing this is what happens when you join the republic against him.

I would only allow character deaths if it is within the contempt of the player.

Now let's see how everyone reacts to the Two-Tails Chakra beginning to slip out of Kota~! It's not certain to anyone if he's the Two-Tails yet, but they'd be damned if it wasn't mighty suspicious for a sudden large pool of chakra to emit out of nowhere.

so if ether of our characters attack the Hokage we instantly get taken down? my plan was to cause a distraction and have someone rescue Shira during the chaos.

I wouldn't think so, I reckon you'd be able to put up a bit of a fight but the odds are definitely leaned more towards the Hokage winning.

it is not a fight to win but just to distract so that Shira could be rescued, and my character would just try and get away as soon as Shira was rescued.
